Isaiah was really professional and thorough in his work. There were some things I didn’t understand because it was my first time going to Caliber. I felt a little overwhelmed thinking “is this business going to lie and add things to my car without my knowledge?” But I was wrong. He was honest as ever. They gave me a rental and kept me informed from beginning to end, even if it was small and it seemed like I was repeating myself. Isaiah was patient and amazing. Joshua was AWESOME! I was shocked at how friendly and respectful he was because I had visited other shops and I didn’t enjoy being hassled just because it seemed like I was an easy target for more “add ons”. He was very funny and helped me understand what was needed on my car. In these crazy times we’re living in it’s good to just kick back and talk like buddies instead of always a “yes sir, no sir”. This location is amazing! Not only was Emily helpful over the phone but so was Isaiah in going over the estimate with me. Being so patient as I asked questions about my vehicle. They have always done great work. Although they are taking so long to get anything done now days. A simple estimate takes a week to do. Yet I noticed 3 employees hanging out, one about to take a smoke brake for 5 mins.

Isiah was my poc on my original repair, I had to bring my car back a year later under the warranty due to what I noticed a paint chipThey got me in as soon as they could, placed me in a rental and gave me my car back 6 days laterThey even had it cleaned up nicely, I was advised something hit my car to cause the the paint to chip but they repaired it anyways since it was tiny.I thank them so much for taking care of me!!! I highly recommend and tell them TeeTee sent ya!

They were very profession and completed my repair very quickly! The job was done well and they stayed in contact throughout the process.

I was sent here by an insurance company after someone hit me. It started off great. Got a good rental and the service advisors were nice. I had to pick up my vehicle with a light not done (not their fault) and later to return to get the light installed. Both times I informed the advisor before I arrived I was coming on my break so I was strapped for time. Both times they made me extremely late. They did not communicate what was going on because if so I would have left when needed. They did not apologize either time and the second time they made it out to be my fault. I would not recommend this location. Go to the Cedar Hill one. If you value your time don’t go here.

I was stressed to the max about my situation with my car. Isaiah took care of everything and talked to me really calm. I really appreciate his patience, helpfulness, and compassion because I was extremely stressed. Thank you so much Isaiah. I’m so glad you were the person assigned to my case.

My family and my insurance company were defrauded by your Duncanville location. My vehicle was taken to the shop approximately two months ago for repair. The vehicle was picked up from the shop and immediately failed the same day before leaving the shop. The shop requested the vehicle be towed back but didn’t repair the vehicle. I called to ask what was going on with the repair but was told it was from previous damage. Which it was not. I then bought the parts to have them installed and was told they could not. After Geico has paid for my vehicle to be repaired and we personally paid them $1001 for the deductible the vehicle must be told to another shop to put on a belt and one oil seal. The shop then refused to release the vehicle to the towing company so the vehicle could not be repaired. We have now paid them another $110 for towing a vehicle that they failed to correctly repair from the beginning. This has been the most ridiculous and unprofessional experience I have ever seen. I’m disappointed that the shop wouldn’t stand by their work and correct their failures. I’m disgusted that no one reached to resolve the matter or make a good faith effort to help. I think at best you should return Geico’s money and my deductible paid in order to pay another shop to do the work. I think at the least someone could have reached out and simply apologized.

I can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism and ignorance at this shop!!!!!!!!!!!!I called to schedule an appointment and was asked to repeat myself half a dozen times.... and for just an appointment let a lone the actual repair.... I am glad I know all franchises are independently owned because I can choose a different branch but...I haven’t had an accident in over 10 years and they were extremely inconsiderate and unaware of the challenges that show up from this type of experience....Learn some customer service and professionalism skills.
