Have Ben with them a few years now about to find something else to get since the washer and dryer are paid off they have Ben awesome and understanding when times wer hard awesome customer service always there right when I need them needless to say they have a happy return customer here cant wait to see what I get next

I would rate them 0! But I had to give just one to write a review to warn others! DO NOT but from any of rent 1st. I dealt with them over a year. GM gave me a loaner recliner, stated payments would still go towards ordered chair, it broke, he brought me another recliner already broke. All while I was waiting for recliner I ordered. He received recliner I ordered but was on vacation and an employee Mike sold to someone else. So still continued to wait for recliner to come in. I went to pay off early, wanting guarantee that when my recliner came in they would deliver it. Dillon wrote agreement on my receipt. The owner JD returns my husbands call stated he is not giving us our recliner. They definitely do not do what they say. Sum it up, do not believe what these people tell you. Go somewhere else. Horrible management. You might think Im just an irrate customer. But we were very understanding of Covid shutdown and kept in touch with them. All while apparently they had NO intention on giving us our chair we were supposed to have.

Dakota & Jake were amazing! They made sure I got exactly what I needed and in a timely manner after running into an issue with the appliance I was initially renting! Very professional and kind! Best customer service ever! Great job gentleman.

I’ve been renting from them for about 6 years now and they have always been willing to work with me and have never had a problem helping me out! There was one manager that wasn’t very good and I’m glad he’s not there anymore. Dustin and his crew are always so kind and professional when I go in to make a payment or even call to ask about something. I’m never disappointed and they always understand! Wouldn’t ask for a better crew! :)

Was a great place to rent from. Now its horrible. We have been renting about 2 years now the last manager was understanding and willing to work with us. The new manager is very disrespectful and raises his voice everytime something doesnt go his way. Wouldnt recommend rent first to anyone with the new management.

Long story short, I was renting a dryer from them, I got it last November. Today I called to to have them pick it up simple enough as I bought a new dryer out right. Talked to the store manager Chris and he informed me I had a washer not a dryer. I explained to him no I have a dryer I dont have any washer from you all. He told me that was not true and told me I was either a lier and thief, or that I was confused and were I got the dryer. I tried to tell him that was not the case, and at that point he told me I was lying to him and he was pressing charging against me for stealing a washer from them as that always happens to them. And then he hung up on me. So I went out to the dryer and got the model and serial number off of it and called Chris back. I was trying to tell him I had the serial number for him to look up but he kept talking over me.until I finally told him to shut up and listen. I gave him the serial number and guess what it wasnt a washer it was the dryer that I rented fr them. And according to him the dryer was showing to be somewhere else but not at my home. I told him again we could of talked out all through if he would of listened to me instead of calling me a lier and a thief. He said well the paperwork showed it was a washer, and I informed him he was the one who wrote the paperwork up not me, and secondly he was the one who went over the paperwork. So for him being stupid I almost paid the price for his mistake. And I might be the one who files charges against rent 1st for saying I stole from the and they were filing charges on me before he would even listen to my side of the store. Chris needs to be fired he is not a people person and not the sharpest tool in the shed.And if this always happens to them, then maybe it Chris screwing up the paperwork.

I love this place.... They are the best I bought a sectional brand new! I love it! The guys were very professional and set it up for me and even moved my old couches out for me!

BE VERY CAREFUL AND MINDFUL WHEN RENTING FROM THESE CLOWNS. MY HUSBAND AND A I GOT SUCKERED IN WITH THE PERSONALITY OF THEIR GENERAL MANAGER. BUT AGAIN BE CAREFUL. WE RENT FROM THEM, AND I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. TO BE HONEST I AM QUITE DISAPPOINTED IN THEM. WE GOT A REFRIGERATOR FROM THEM THAT WAS LOADED WITH ROACHES. WE HAVE NEVER HAD BUGS BEFORE AND NOW AFTER THEY BROUGHT THE THING IN, WE ARE LOADED WITH THEM. AND WHEN I CALLED TO TALK TO THEM ABOUT IT THEY LAUGHED AT ME. THESE IS NOT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS

I have never been in a place where the people were so unprofessional. I understand customers cursing and all but that does not mean that the employees should do so as well. I mean its one thing to use a free words but to drop the f bomb while others are in the store was just too much for me. They seemed to have things I would have liked to look at as well but unfortunately I turned around and left due to this issue and wont be going back.

The store is under new management. The people are great the service is wonderful. They will work with you to getting things and payment plans. If you had a bad experience go back you will see the change. Ask for Dustin the new manager.

If you ever have to be one week late don’t go to these guys, I posted a picture where they called me 9 times back to back as I was on the other line doing a phone interview, and they do that all the time, they have banged on my door while I ran to the store scaring my kids because of their persistent banging, why is there a late fee if you’re not allowed to be late if you need to be, I always pay them what I owe them sometimes things just come up and this place does not understand that, if I knew how they were then I would have never rented from these people.

A word of advice...Be more than clever and more than cautious!!!!The most dishonest and rude customer service I have yet experienced in or with any retailer.Beware of the manager, he is a swindler...We simply wanted an option to buy out in 90 days a couch and loveseat!!We were told we could pay as we go as long as it was settled by the 90 day window, keep in mind we had been paying along.I came in to pay the entire purchase off and apparently the general manager as he addressed him self stated we owed way more than what was agreed on and stated on contract.He would not give me the correct amount or explain why he wanted to collect more than the pay off...Not professional!!!He clever prompted me to become upset then arguing as he would not answer my questions and I being a customer coming in to pay off furniture Should have been treated with a great smile and a thank you mam!I would do some research if you are looking to buy or rent anything in the way of appliances or furniture as there are plenty of options out there, we going a great place in Lawton, worth the short drive.That will call and harass you consistently even though you spoke with someone just a day or do before.End result: We called and told them to come and get there furniture that out business and treatment had been unexceptable, we were hung up on by a customer representative....We are shocked to see how this company stays in business!

This place is outstanding, very clean and nice furniture those guys down there Dustin and Jeremy have really turned that place around its not the same store at all anymore. Its worth going down there! Best service Ive had in a long time. Highly recommended this store over rac and Aarons any day...

Amazing service! the first dryer they brought wasnt drying very well so I called and they had a brand new unit out to me within hours!! ill never go anywhere else, amazing all the way around!!

This store implies they have items on site and then informs you AFTER youve made the drive to the store (to sign the paperwork) that the item is only available at another location and that they will have to go there to pick up and then deliver the product. Now, in this stores defense, most people do not need these products immediately and in such circumstances appliances on location are irrelevant. But in our particular situation it was necessary to have the appliance within a 2 hour time frame of our initial phone call to them. I spoke to a man named J.D. who came off to me as incredibly unprofessional before cancelling our initial order and dismissing us all together. The salesmen and managers here seem pushy and unprofessional in my opinion. Simply put, I promised a review, and because of this experience we will no longer consider doing business here. Others should be wary as well if they are needing something promptly as it may or may not be at location.

Company very rude these days since the former manger left I can’t stand the company anymore I ll refer anyone to rent a center before I do them
