Good location great employees and service

We are buying a bed and couch and 2 recliners from rent a center. We had to let the two chairs go back because of life’s circumstances. The workers were so very nice and understanding and did not make us feel bad for not being able to afford them right now. I would highly recommend them!

Went in today at 3:40pm we were greeted by the man working. He was attending another customer. The other worker who was standing by the computer she never spoke to us never. She was to busy on her cell phone to say give me a minute and Ill be right with you. So we walked out. Very unsatisfied. Never again.

Great employees especially Amanda that works there always greets with a smile and is very helpful. If you want to find a place to get things you need Rent A Center in Duncan is the place to go.

Every employee will talk behind your back and the Area Manager has no customer service skills whatsoever.

Smallest rent a center Ive ever seen, but the employees are always willing to help and are very kind.

Ask them about the No Money No problem payment option on couch payments ... You will thank me later ...

Overall they are okay.... I got a fridge and a stove. When I got home. I opened the oven door and it fell off they told me it just came back from service they were ot aware of it since it was in plastic still. Also, the fridge was missing the freezer door. It took 2 weeks to get it but when it came in the handle was white and my fridge was stainless. I was told to just use it for now... It took me 6 weeks to get the correct handle.

I just watched a national news piece on TV about Rent a Center and how they are overly price and beyond the scales of poor treatmemt to late paying customers, or on collections. I must say this for Duncan OK.branch. They treated me with the utmost respect even if I was late payment so much that I came back and bought many items form them. They even helped me hunt for items their store dif not have. Thank you .
