“Experiential Master of Terrible Experiences”If you are looking to be belittled when shopping for a car, ask for Keith Perkins. When shopping for a car, you expect a back and forth negotiation in price, but not a belittling treatment from the beginning of the interaction. To be treated like I am an 18 year old with no credit is appalling. Keith literally asked me did I have a credit card and not with just a $500 credit limit. I was taken aback at the audacity to assume that I did not have the credit to purchase at the Lexus dealership. He then proceeds to show me the price breakdown that has the list price higher than advertised online. When negotiating in price he informs me that Lexus might just not be the brand for me. I was not asking to purchase a Lexus at a Kia price point to be clear. As a luxury sales manager myself, we are taught from the beginning to never assume someone cannot afford to purchase at your establishment. Purchasing a new vehicle is meant to be an exciting experience for an individual and Keith put a damper on the expectation I had shopping at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett.

Nick is truly unlike any other car salesman I met before. Im always skeptical walking into dealerships and being a woman, sometimes I do feel like Im at a disadvantage because I dont know everything about cars. I test drove a vehicle and was planning to purchase it, however it didnt feel right. I could tell there was some type of transmission issue but wasnt entirely sure. Nick offered to jump in the driver seat to see if he could find the problem. He immediately said yes, something isnt right but I will make sure to get it checked out immediately. The next day, he gave me a call saying it was a bigger problem than we were thinking, so he didnt want to sell me the vehicle but just for the trouble he would help me find another car and even gave me suggestions about cars that werent even on his lot!He truly cares about his customers whether he makes a sale or not. That is very rare. He is honest and so great to work with. I didnt buy a car from him this time, but he will definitely be the one I call next time! I cant say enough good things about him as a salesman.
Farick was the best service consultant!! I took my car to an auto shop and they fried my car and left it a mess. Farick was so thorough and helpful throughout the whole process. My experience with Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett was a good one. My sales rep, Brandon So, was helpful in answering all of my questions. They were upfront, did not pressure and kept me informed throughout the process. They could work with their sister store for inventory. Id buy from them again.
Well, I understand dealerships need to make money. Negotiating is part of buying a car. Questioning my intention/decision making abilities does not win you a new customer and leaves bad taste in the mouth.Tom Jernighan needs a basic sales negotiations and how to treat a customer right training. Those heavy handed “will you buy the car today if I sell it to you for MSRP” sales tactics are not how you run a good business. Treat the customer with basic dignity. Talking over them just makes the Lexus brand look bad.
It was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Britt was so easy to work with and he did everything he could to make us comfortable and cool! He was very knowledgeable about the Lexus SUV that we were interested in buying. He made us feel like we were part of the Hennessy family! Great experience. Daniel, the internet sale manager was fantastic and found the color and exterior color for me in a warehouse and had it shipped to the Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett location. The finance manager was also very helpful. Loved the new full size desk computer to sign the papers. Very state of the art.

I bought an SUV from them. The service their is terrible. They give unrealistic timelines & expectations that they can not meet themselves.And they give half information for what & who they need for signatures for final transfers.Also we were promised a second key for our SUV in few days, but we kept calling no one bothered to respond. My husband finally went there after 3 months of attempts and still had to go there one more time after that to finally get they key.I dont recommend anyone to buy from here. Waste of precious time!
Sales person was good; however the finance team is horrible! I specifically asked them to only run my credit with Lexus to see if they could beat the interest rate that I had already received from another approval. I told the finance guy I didnt want a million hits on my credit like dealerships normally do. He said ok. I told him to ask me first if I want him to run it with any banks because Im very particular about who I do business with. 20 mins later, I start getting all these notifications from banks running my credit!!! Im highly annoyed. The finance people dont listen and are very pushy (tried to sell me an extra warranty relentlessly). Dont believe anything they say. If you have good credit just stick with your own bank/approval cause they are liars. I want the inquires taken off!!!

Call service for diagnostic, service adviser quote me 165.00 I ask if that was for full diagnostic service adviser say yes, take my car to dealership tech couldn’t found the problem service adviser told me that needs a special tech!!! That will cost me $335 I was like ok from 165$ to 335$ ok got ahead (they did provide with a loner car) couple days later I receive a text that the gas tank needs to be dropped and now is 1157 just for diagnostic!!! Still don’t know the problem!! I request to speak to service manager witch his name is Paul, Paul was very rude unprofessional and no sense of customer service lately he was arguing with me, At this point is not even about money is about customer service!!! I will not recommend this place to anybody if someone decide to go make sure ask 10,0000 questions that way you don’t have to go with this unprofessional experience with Paul!!!!!!

Visited the place to learn and compare lexus model with competitors.Asked receptionist for a sales person with specific knowledge of that model and got a guy with 6 month experience. I knew more about the car than him! The culmination was his rejection to do the test drive: we need to agree on numbers first!.Never had this treatment anywhere else and obviously cross out this dealership from my list.

I recently bought a IS 350 Lexus F-Sport in Iridium with red leather interior. It’s absolutely gorgeous!! I had shopped at Nalley Lexus in GA 2 times with 2 different sales agents and did not receive the quality customer service that I felt should be the Lexus standard. Nalley Lexus IS closer to my house but I’m glad I chose to drive further because I got the car of my dreams! My family drives Lexus. I had my mind set on Atomic Silver with red leather interior but Lawrence Randolph at Hennessy Lexus in Gwinnett asked me if I saw the 2021 color Iridium which is a pretty silver.. I loved it more than the Atomic Silver.. if he would not have mentioned this I would have not known about this color and would have been disappointed! He work hard, he was diligent, follows up and he was exceptional! I would highly recommend Lawrence Randolph as your sales agent and I would highly recommend Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett. Everyone was friendly and professional!

My parents wanted to get a lexus RX 350. I had been checking around and saw a few on the website. Brought them in to test drive, and they ended up purchasing the vehicle. As a bonus they have Korean speaking sales people and financing which means that my parents could talk with the agent and feel more comfortable about making the purchase. They got an excellent APR and could not be happier. I appreciate you not trying to trick my elderly parents into a bad deal, I have had to come with them to other dealerships who tried to use some low ball tactics to get my parents to sign a bad deal. Thank you again for being honest and helpful.

Obnoxious service personnel...I had my Line of Lexus Cars serviced here and also Nalley since 1998Never had these kind of experienceService personnel named Don Park was rude and unprofessional and not informative.I definitely not want to go to this person for any kinds of maintenance matters.

Please read this before you go in and buy a carWhen I purchased the car is spent over 10k extra just on warranties, that cover tires, wheels.....etc. However, I got into an incident that caused my tire to pop and scrap both of my wheels and put my second tire in a bad spot. I went to service and explained what happen. The service department told me that the warranty does not cover wheels scrap and tires. This made me wonder about what I bought when I purchased the car, so I went back to my paperwork and looked over the warranty paper and had to fight with these blasphemous people that work in the service department to get my car fixed. During the problem I tried contacting the Financial manager that helped us purchasing the car. I left him a couple voice mails and did not get a respond and till today no respond April 28th. This shows me that they just care about selling the cars inventory, knowing that I do not I own one but 3 new Lexus models from this location. It upset me as a customer and drive me away from LEXUS brand entirely.They got it fixed after a long fight, But this have to be seen by people, because you need to understand that these extra warranties you buying are just a kids toy. Worthless!

I’m shocked to read the review here. My experience was nothing like the others share. In fact I was insulted by the Finance director Rich Mahoney during my signing of the vehicle sale. He had no intention of selling the vehicle to me because I didn’t get financing through them. We came in 3/26 with the bank fund request form and it is now Friday 4/2 with no car . This process was exhausting and we decided to walk away at this point. I do not wish this to anyone who is trying to buy car. I will take my money somewhere who is willing to work with me and treat me right.

I bought a 2021 GX 460 on 05/06/2021, and my husband liked it so much that he also bought a 2021 GX 460 on 05/15/2021. Because Daniel got us such a great deal, my husband also worked with him on the purchase of the 2nd GX. This dealership is very clean and has a nice waiting area. Since we are still going through a pandemic, I felt very safe in the dealership and around all the individuals working there. I would highly recommend this dealership and they seem so have a higher inventory compared to the Roswell and Atlanta dealers.
I knew it was time to get another car, my last three were Lexus so I was pretty certain this one would be also. I started casually looking around the Internet and a lady named Sophia reached out to me. She was very nice and helpful. When she told me who is she was with, I knew the dealership because even though I bought my other cars in Memphis, TN, When I moved to Georgia I had taken my car to her dealership several times for service.I had come to expect excellent service from the other dealership in Memphis so when I came here I was not disappointed. My neighbor three doors down recently bought a car from this dealership and he recommended that I use his salesman Jack. I found Jack to be very knowledgeable and very patient, not a pushy sales person at all. So I recommend him to one of my coworkers.I must say the overall experience was very good, but it was hot walking around the car lot in this Georgia heat.

I closed the deal for my 91 year old mom to get a leased 2021 ES 250. She received the car Friday April 30th 2021. The sales-person was to assure all the paper work was completed, auto-draft for payments setup, seat adjusted, and bluetooth connected. They took their money (1 check deposit and 1 check for possible lost title on trade-in), came twice to the house that same day to verify my dad with a photo of my 90 year old dad and his ID. They set the seat but failed to hook up bluetooth or leave any papers AND failed to signup for auto-draft. My parents dont use computers so now I had to do this for them. Its hard for me to imagine that this is a premium dealership. I left a complaint for the GM and after that I got a message from the salesman who had been choosing NOT to respond to my plea for help but he responded about a different issue. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICER. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership and Brian Gust. They make the purchasing of a car seamless and simple without the hassles of a usual car dealership. The Service department treats you like a VIP whenever you bring your car in for service and I would not buy a car from anywhere else.

Taylor was very nice, not pushy and very patient with me. Service was very good. I would recommend that the managers not talk so loud about customers though, I could hear every word! I give Taylor 5 Stars, detailing 4 Stars as my car was not as clean as I expected after 4 hours of detailing. Finance guy (Tom I think) was very quick and efficient, I came with funds for payment.
I had a top notch experience. Danny Hu was exceptional, knowledge and top customer service. He went beyond the call of duty. The service manager took accommodated me and thoroughly expected the car with me. The finance coordinator was fast and thorough and worked with me regarding the rate.I love my new car.
