People dont care how much you know Until they know how much you care These guys care! They treat you like family & give you honest advice on your car, on what needs to be done now & what can wait. I trust those guys. In fact everyone Ive encountered there has been great. I give Audi Gwinnett 5*s. Its a Pleasure doing business with them.
Service was great! I got a video showing me about my tires and brake pads and was able to see what repairs I needed. I have had an issue for months with a coolant light signal. Other Audi service was not able to correct the issue after multiple visits. I will always take my vehicle to Audi Gwinette as my problem was identified and solved in a day! My car was also cleaned when it was returned I almost didn’t recognize it!
The Experience was great. They had honesty pricing and they made you feel like you were part of the family from the beginning. They explained the car in and out counldn’t be happier with the experience.

Was experiencing some issues with my car while traveling. Decided not to take any chances. It was after midnight, I drove the car to Gwinnett Audi and left it. Patrick the service advisor contacted me immediately the next day to discuss my concerns and issues. I very much appreciated his kindness and courtesy. I also appreciate the fact that he kept me in the loop and no repairs were done without my okay as some dealerships do. Overall great outcome. I had my car back sooner than expected.
Nice staff, but I had a coupon for an oil change with an additional car wash and interior detailing that needed to be used before 9/30. My car came out of the service area, and I noticed it didn’t look particularly clean. Upon asking, I was told that their car washing/detailing service was unavailable and was given no more information. Kind of a pointless promotion especially with the fact that I had to use it before month’s end, and I would’ve appreciated a heads up when I called to schedule or before they took my car in. Without the complimentary car wash and detail, I could have gotten an oil change anywhere and didn’t have to drive the 30 miles or so to the dealership from where I live. I was also not given any other price adjustment to compensate the lack of service. A little disappointed, and I will reevaluate where I get my car serviced in the future.
Aziz is a phenomenal sales person! I made an inquiry online looking for Q7, within minutes he reached out to me and explained to me detail features of the car. I made appointment to come in with my husband, we was even more impressed with the whole staff. The car was not in stock so we reserved it and in less than 10days we got our dream car!! I leased an Audi S5 at this dealership in June and it has been one of the worst experiences I have ever been in. First being a returning Audi customer I expected some level of decency from the Audi Reps. They asked for all of my information on my statements and private information in which made me feel uncomfortable. Then they were acting like swindlers trying to get the final deal confusing in which I had to get at the end. They don’t treat returning customers with any respect.Now for the car, I leased the car around evening on a Monday. I drove the car from the dealership back to my house which is only about 3 miles away. The next morning with the sun out I checked the S5 and it was not something I expect from a new luxury car. The S5 has scratches and blemishes which look like someone did it on purpose. The hood has deep scratches that looked like someone scratched it with a key. The wheel and tire have a deep cut on the sidewall and I returned the next day after to get denied a replacement or repair. I then got in an accident with a Malibu from the same Audi dealership about 3 months ago. Every member of Audi Gwinnett denied knowing about this Malibu until I found it online which made me question what is going on. I am now out of a car I only drove 400 miles and have been paying out of pocket still with no car to this day. Audi of America denied any help as well with any payments. I am very disappointed with my experience at Audi Gwinnett and with their team. The whole mishap with their Malibu was a nightmare for me. I would recommend a different Audi dealership as I should’ve listened to my gut feeling that this dealership gave me from the first impression of walking in to lease an S5.

Jeff B was very professional and attentive after I was checked in.My wife and I are very concerned as we had a disabled sign, in our glove compartment, that hangs from our mirror.It is gone!Jeff agreed to ask the detailers and one said they thought they saw it in the back seat. The sign has always been in the glove compartment, never in the back seat. We hope it is returned.

The experience at Audi Gwinnett was great. When I went in I was not accosted like at other auto brand dealers. Andrew Johnson, my sales rep, was very informative describing the Q5’s features before, during and after my test drive. The Q5 is a really nice automobile and has more then sufficient power, which is one of the main things for which I was looking. The tech is also really cool - after purchasing and driving it I tested some of the features and they worked like a charm. I recommend this Audi Gwinnett highly! Thanks Drew!

I took my car in at 7am on a Friday. It wasn’t ready until the next day. When I got it back I had more issues and more warning lights for the right blinker and the bulb I purchased and installed no longer works. I had to call and find out that what was wrong because no one called me until I contacted them. The people were nice but I’m completely dissatisfied with the diagnostic check because now I have kore issues!!!!!
I waited for my car here while I had my car looked at and serviced.0 They were efficient but not speedy. I gave 3 star cause not very friendly or welcoming. He updated me when there was updates but not much more. I just moved here from a different state and was used to a very friendly and warm smile. Internet wasn’t fast for being there 3 hours. It wasn’t bad service by any means, just average.
Great service, even better than usual. I needed a tire, it wasn’t in house but the service folks got it for me and had it on the car and everything completed in about 90 minutes. The tire hazard warranty paid for about half of the tire with 20,000+ miles on it. Jeff, Josh, and Glen did me right.
Denzel was very polite and helpful.But unfortunately, i had to be there 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I was on time for my appointment for the oil change. I appreciate the car wash but wonder how much time that added to my wait. I’ll pass on that next time.

I had to take the girlfriends car to the dealer due to a flat tire. Let me tell you... this place is awesome. When I checked in the representative told me I could either sit and wait or he could get me a lyft back to my home becuase it would be a long wait. When I tell you I was totally blown away by the HUGE gesture of gesture of customer service. Not only did they drop me off, they also picked me up when my car was ready. CUSTOMER SERICE at its BEST. If I owned an Audi, this place would always have my business. I am huge fan of customer service and treating people right. If you have an Audi... Check in was fast. I like the video from the mechanic explaining the inspection of the tires, brakes and fluids. The lobby was clean and peaceful.

My Lyft driver didn’t show up to take me to work after dropping my car off for regular service. Without hesitation, one of the service advisors took me. Also I had left my 10% off my service coupon at home. Jeff honored my coupon anyway! Always pleased with the service I receive at this location!

I had a problem with a leaking windshield and also needed an oil change. Glenn in the service department was very helpful & knew exactly what to do for the leaking windshield. I left my car and used their shuttle service (Lyft) to go back to work which was very convenient.
Audi at Gwinnett is a great place! This is my second experience getting a car, and they made it very memorable for my family and me. Everyone was very welcoming, and worked so hard to make sure we got the best deals and experience. We will be coming again in the future!
I was noticing my car was making some noises and so I had consulted a private mechanic to fix the problem. I came here to get the part to fix the issue. When I arrived I was informed by Jeff that the issue I was experiencing fell under the Audi Extended Warranty. I made a Appointment for my the servicing and everything was peaches and cream. Jeff informed me of additional problems and gave me a discount on the service which was beautiful, mind you Im driving a premium car and not paying the prices I was imagining I highly recommend and will be returning for future servicing thanks so much !!!
The car purchase experience was unpleasant. Without the expectation of the salesperson…a nice young man.When asked during the finance portion of the process the interest rate quoted me was ridiculous for an individual with a perfect credit score. I took another avenue to secure the purchase. I was rushed during the sales process, and as a result the car had a lien on it in Florida. I could not register the car at DMV.On several occasions I spoke to the manager, Mark Johnson to no avail. I ‘WILL NOT’ recommend this dealership to anyone. Trust me, you do not want me as a dissatisfied customer. I even went as far to have the dealership’s name removed from the vehicle to include the license plate frame.

Salesperson was cool. We were planning to purchase a car, but the Asian girl that deals with financial sucks. She was rude and had a very bad attitude. She approached us, roll her eyes, and gave us hell. She was putting a lot of pressure on my little sister when it was her first time ever buying a car. She kept interrupting us and will not let us finish talking or answer her questions. It is not right for her to treat us so badly. We spoke to her with respect, but we didn’t get respect back. Instead we were mistreated. We really want to buy the car, but not no more after dealing with her horrible attitude. We will never return back to this dealership. Worst experience ever!!!! If I can give 5 negative stars, I would.
I’m normally a customer of the JE location in Doraville, but I’ve come to like the Rick Case Audi location as well. Had my last 2 oil changes and inspection done there and was satisfied.
Went there 2 days before my actual appointment just to check and see if they can accomodate me. Draezel willingly helped me and got the job done needed for my car . Did not wait too long, service dept beat their promised time as well. Appreciate the new battery on my key . Thank you!
So let me start by saying that, this has to be the worst customer experience leasing a $62,000 car. Once the car was off the lot any questions I had for the people who sold me the car went off that lot too. It was like I didn’t exist for them anymore. They tried to double charge on my second payment saying that they paid it for me which was a lie. Did not send me my tag or the paperwork to the tag office to get my tag. I had to constantly call for this. I got my tag 3 months into having the car. My car had a recall and i reached out to the dealership 4 times and they said they would call me back and never did. I got fed up and sold my lease to BMW in Athens who were amazing I may add, but my problems didn’t end there. I realized not only is this dealership incompetent but Audi/VW overall is incompetent. The payoff quote that BMW got from Audi in a written statement was apparently not correct and this is not BMWs fault it’s audis entirely. Audi said that we misquoted by $2000 and that they were not going to close the account until that $2000 was met. So guess who had to pay out of pocket! My suggestion stay clear of Gwinnett Place Audi and stay clear of leasing an Audi overall I’ve leased vehicles before and never had this issue. Bad experiences all around.
Walked into buy a new car. I asked if they had zero interest. Sales guy said no. So I thanked him and left. They chased my car to tell me the manager said he would give me zero interest on any car. NOT the case. They bait and switched me a few times for different models. After feeling like I was wasting my time i ended up thanking Shawn the salesman for his time and left.

What a breath of fresh air to work with the folks at Rick Case Gwinnett Audi... I walked into the dealership and looked around for some minutes and had the opportunity to see some of the products before I met with KT, and then was treated so professionally and had a real pleasant conversation with him regarding the Q5. We discussed the Q5, the different trim levels and options and before long I was in a test drive of the model that exactly suited my needs. Trade in and price negotiations were pressure free and we came to an agreement during our initial discussions. I was totally expecting the typical dealer experience of back and forth and total time consuming waste of time, but it never came. These folks are totally customer orientated and made the experience enjoyable. I cant tell you all how good I felt during this experience and congratulations to KT and the whole Rick case team. The dealership was professional and quick, and I had a “complicated” trade-in. It was the easiest purchase of a new car I have ever had in 40+ years of buying. No games, just the truth. If you want to waste your time, this is the place for you. I order a part Monday and the parts dept tells me it will be here on Tuesday(parts in stock). So I call Tuesday to confirm parts on the truck, nope it will be the afternoon run Im told. Close of business comes no part. Wednesday comes I make another call yeah it will be out on the morning run, again nope. I make another call at 3 pm which Im told they use a third party and cant contact the delivery service they use to deliver parts. This parts dept is about as useful as a box of rocks.
I went to Gwinnett Audi this past Saturday to get oil change. I told them that my car had shut off on me twice. They said they would check it out. The service advisor comes back to me and advised that I have a bad battery and needed to have it replaced. nothing else was discovered ! They gave me a quote and I decided to get a second opinion so, I go to another dealership same day and get a Diagnosis they tell me I need a new thermostat and have an oil leak! Now why didn’t Gwinnett Audi not catch the oil leak while performing my oil change or that I needed a new thermostat ?!! The quote given to me by the other dealership was half what Gwinnett Audi quoted me. I feel as Gwinnett Audi was overcharging me. Not to mention I’ve been asking for the multi point inspection report and today is Monday night still haven’t received the report or inspection video ! May I add the complimentary car wash was awful! I had the same spots on the car as when I dropped off it off at Gwinnett Audi.
Update on a previous review I purchased my car about 3 months. Now I’m having a few issues I’m trying to get resolved, but each time I speak with a rep I feel like I’m rushed off the phone. One of the reps he suggested he will call back and he didn’t timeframe was 4:42 then I made a call at 6:15 I’m confused on the customer service at this point and not happy with the service at all. I don’t want to feel uncomfortable like I did something wrong for making a purchase at a dealership. I’m trying to get a few answers resolved over the phone due to not feeling well at the moment, I know I would have to come in soon to check the vehicle, but don’t want to make a trip out if I don’t feel well.

This was the best buying experience I have ever had. I have wanted an Audi for years, and I finally got it. Audi Q3 is a beautiful small SUV. Drew Johnson, was great he got me in and out in two and a half hours. He was just as excited as I was. Drew and Mark the General Manager put a big red bow on her as I was getting ready to leave. I would recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for an Audi. Fantastic customer service!
Mark was very professional and efficient salesman. He communicated well and found us the car we wanted. The reason you are not getting 5 stars ( thought about taking away 2 stars) is the closing process. This should be a very exciting time for buyers but when it takes 2 hours to complete the deal the buyer loses that excitement and tarnishes the deal. I would suggest that management take a serious look at this process as it really takes away from the car buying experience.Tom

I bought my Audi Q5 in January. I have been waiting to write this review because I really wanted to give it 5 stars! The sales and communication up until I bought the vehicle was amazing. The follow up once or twice was nice as well. When I called to check up on few things, no one answered. My sales rep, Drew never got back with me about few things I inquired about. Every time I call the phone gets transferred and goes to voicemail. I wont be making another purchase from this dealership.

Moreover, the Audi Gwinnett exclusive double warranty was worth driving the extra distance; and that, combined with receiving top dollar for our trade-in plus further discounts off their already competitive internet prices, made for very little haggling. In addition to the great prices/warranty, they offered to have our new car delivered to our door and paperwork signed at our home- no waiting for hours in the dealership with kids in tow.
