I havent been to the store for a long time. They have awesome books. I was able to find good ones in the past. Bobs Burgers cookbook, How Science Works, and got a Macgyver book for Christmas.

Has an amazing assortment of books to pick and choose from! You name it, they have it. There is even a Starbucks Cafe. A little bit of something for everyone. So the kids and parents can have an equally enjoyable time. Definitely recommend checking it out!

I think there is something magical about a bookstore! The wonderful array of books, the smells, the people feasting on the sights, soaking up the quiet.

I love being able to still go into a book store and look at books and I appreciate B&N being here in Duluth. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My only reason for the four star rating is their prices. I love books and I buy a lot of books. I can’t justify spending sometimes $9 more on a YA paperback book in the store than I can get it online at Amazon (with free next-day shipping). I want to keep B&N here, but they have to get a little more competitive with their prices. Or at least honor other stores’ prices. I usually stick to the bargain book section when I purchased here. 😕

I found every book that I was looking for. And even more. Sales ladies were extremely friendly and helpful

One of my favorite places. Sometimes I just browse with a starbucks and sometimes I buy. Great variety and always changing.

It was Friday night and I REALLY wanted a specific book for the weekend. The employee that helped went above and beyond. We could not locate the book anywhere in the store. She took my cell phone number so I could finish up some other shopping while she searched, and then called me when she found it!

This is a nice Barnes & Noble with a big cafe. I found their organization a little difficult to get around. They have all their local books together which is really cool but then they dont have hiking books for the area for instance in a hiking section. You have to go hunt them out of the several bookcases of local books. Staff was very nice and helpful though and finding things.

Very helpful staff in assisting to find the right books. I usually go in without the intention of buying a book and leave with several must have books.

Always love coming here despite all the lovely books my favorite part is the section for the clearance ❤I love seeing all the books an activity they have(: only down fall is they are not open all day an night lol.. if I could spend forever in there reading I would (: dont change a thing.

Huge bookstore, tons of choices for every type of bookworm! clean and well managed.

Nothing interesting, its your standard chain bookstore. Check out Xenith Books instead. Barnes and Noble used to be good but theyve gone very corporate and unimpassioned in the past decade.

Clean, and nice pool. Had to ask for more towels for the four of us - only two sets in bathroom! But no problems. Good breakfast. Wed stay there again.

Kind staff, decent selection of new books, a nice place for a cup of coffee, a fun amount of LEGO and games to buy.

Lots of books, but my families favorite authors were there or only had a couple of books that were their the last time we were. My favorite author was hard to find and the selection very poor. She has 10 new books out in the last 2 yes and BN didnt have any of them. Dont know if BN is not going to carry her anymore. Tried to ask staff, but they were hard to find so I gave up and left

Was in Barnes & Noble the other day, very organized and full of current books and magazines. Great place to chill and read.

I love B&N and that I can find virtually anything in books, music, and movies. I especially enjoy their unique selection of mostly educational but yet fun toys that Ive never seen anywhere else. Only problem is Im not a millionaire and cant afford everything I desire when I go to B&N.

I was looking a calendar that I get every year called Outhouse Wall Calendar. And Barnes & Noble carry it. The staff there is friendly and are always ready to help. A woman at the information desk asked if she could help and she did. She looked it up and said I would need to.order it online which I have since done.

I should start remembering to take photos when I go places.Big store, and well stocked with book. They were out of any kind of bag to put your product in ... thought that was odd. Went there to buy a Bible. I noticed in the midst of each Bible translation section would be a book that was out of place, and apparently intended to be insulting to Christians. Just an observation.

I was looking for a certain book but no one even asked if they could help me. I left without the book. Im trying to keep business local but this would be why we use the internet for purchases.

Found the books Ive had forever in my Amazon cart very helpful employees.my son loves that they have lego sets and books on lego with a figure included. It helps to get him into reading more we found plenty of chapter books for his age range and reading level that perked his interest!

Busy during COVID, but still excellent customer care was given. Staff helped me and my children locate some newer authors. Always a positive experience.

I was in here for one minute or less today but I appreciate that youre keeping magazines (now obsolete, but still something that I like)from their inevitable extinction . I saw all kind of magazines in there. Keep up the good work conservation, heroes

My son loves going to the comics area for spiderman or Miles Morales comics. I enjoy anything Warhammer 40k book wise. Weve had lots of luck in the boardgame section. Very clean, nice staff and overall solid place.

Forces customers out of store for not wearing a mask even if they have a medical condition! This is discrimination.Some people like myself have absolutely no choice but to bear the weight of not being able to wear a mask and be publicly humiliated while having a medical condition.You also can’t use the excuse that I don’t “need” to be shopping here, that I can do pick up or order online becuase no one NEEDS to be shopping at a bookstore. If this was about safety then the store would be closed and it would be online shopping only.

Wish they would require masks. There was an unmasked guy behind me in line who sneezed and did not cover his mouth/nose adequately. So. Gross. Luckily, his companion had pointed out, not two minutes earlier, the physical distance marks on floor because he was closer to me than 6. Thank goodness he took notice and stepped back. Still, super yucky. I cant recommend any store that doesnt require masks on all who are able to wear them, since you never know who has the virus and will sneeze/cough on you.However, the staff here is very helpful.

Great empoyees....everyone of them expressed amazing social skills not found among in some businesss. Im so glad we have a Barnes and Noble here in Duluth. San Jose California lost their stores, really sad.

Because theres a coffee shop, people get to eat without masks instead of eating in their car.If you are a track runner or basketball player, maybe you can run around these people. Unfortunately, I cant.
