I got my oil changed for the first time at Tenku and tires rotated on my newer CRV . I thought the gentleman to be reasonable and down to earth. Plan to return in late June 2021 to do it again! I hope the service is like the last time. I was satisfied.

Mr. kwan is very honest repair shop. New a/c compressor/new belt.On the second job,I through i needed a head-gasket, as a retired machanic Mr Kwan called and tells me that it is a bad theromast and hole in the upper hose. The engine is running fine. Thank you Mr kwan

Went to drop off my car for service and it was like I walked onto the set of the Twilight Zone. The mechanic was completely unhinged and starts arguing about whether I diagnosed the problem correctly and he is the mechanic. I had actually brought it to the shop for them to diagnose and solve the problem. But apparently that was too much to ask.. A few more minutes of verbal abuse was enough for me. I had to leave and will not be returning. Beware!

Even though I didnt get a repair the shop was honest my head gasket was blown and they didnt charge me to tell me the problem, plus they saved me the trouble of trying to dump more money into car . If I need a repair I know they will shoot straight with you .

The people there were great! They got my car done quickly and under budget! This is the 2nd time Ive taken a car to them and will take another if I need to in the future!

Kwan is the best mechanic ever. I had an auto lsd and check engine light on. I brought my truck to Quan and he called the dealership to see if I still had a warranty on my evap system so I wouldnt have to pay $1300 to have him fix it if the problem was covered under my warranty. He went above and beyond for me. He is trustworthy, honest, and does superior work. I have recommended him to both my daughters who have had him do repairs on their vehicles and we all are extremely satisfied with the results.He has now our family mechanic!!!!

My 2007 Lexus failed emissions and I went to Tenku to get the problem fixed. Kwan quickly reviewed the issues causing my SUV to fail the emissions and offered a solution that would allow my SUV to pass. His explanation was clear, candid and showed he had a good understanding of the car and the problem. I would highly recommend Tenku to anyone looking for a repair shop. I will definitely use them again, if I have any further issues on my old Lexus.

Ive been going to Tenku Auto Services for about 4 years now for 3 different vehicles (Toyota, Honda and an Lexus) and I can say from all of my experiences that Jonny at Tenku has been a great partner in keeping my older vehicles running well. Good work, fast, trustworthy.I had a check engine light for a oxygen sensor. Sensor was replaced without a problem. Will be returning for my 90k service for a 06 Honda and a 02 Tundra.Courteous, and speaks fluently in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Horrible place. They steal their neighbors customers by literally running in front of their door. They throw rubber balls into their parking lot when they arent doing anything, and the parking lot would be full of cars. Many asian customers yell at their mechanics.
