Over the years Garage on wheels has saved me literally thousands of dollars in service and unnecessary parts, all while allowing me to be at home with my family while they repair my car at whatever location I am at.I will let anyone interested know texting trends to be a better way of getting in touch with them than calls. But when it comes to what they do, they provide Top tier knowledge and service, at a price the big businesses couldn’t hope to beat. I highly, highly recommend them.

Returned my call very quickly. Had a stuck hub assembly. He preformed miracles on it lol no joke. Very professional. Was friendly. Was able to do it a lot quicker than I thought it would. Price was a lot better than what I would have been charged else where. Would for sure call them again, an would recommend them to anyone that needs work done!

I was visiting from out of town and my car broke down. No other garage was available to help for days or weeks. Garage on Wheels came through and got my car back up and running same day. Very helpful and professional.

My vehicle was having my engine light on and the radio would turn off too. I texted them and they said they could come the next day. Most places dont work on Sunday let alone do the work where you are. They came told he that it was the alternator and that I had too much oil in the engine. They repaired both issues then and there. They saved me from having to get it towed etc and missing work. I would use them for any car issue!

I had my first visit with Paul and David today in these -20° temperatures weve been locked in for weeks. I called about my 2001 Honda Odyssey that was running rough. They were here on a Saturday at 1:00 and 2 1/2 hours later, after diagnostics, a test drive, and arrangements for a tune-up and any other potential repairs, they gave me NO BILL. These two are in it with integrity and all the chops, minus the greed and blood lust that can come with car repair. Ive gone to the same shop for 40 years, but not anymore! I am so grateful for their professionalism and competence that I came right inside to write this review. I am a disabled, 56-year old woman, and David was gracious enough to walk me back to my door today. Who among us would not be BLESSED to have this kind of automotive care? HIGHLY. RECOMMEND.

A gentleman met us and looked over our vehicle to ensure it was safe to drive back to Minneapolis. He looked everything over and let us know we were safe to drive. He was thorough in his inspection and friendly in his demeanor. It was exactly what we needed!

I didnt get to use this company because their communication with customers, is poor at best.I spent 2 days trying to hire them, and they wouldnt return my calls. Also, you can only communicatie by text with them !

These guys are awesome. They replaced my alternator and found a coolant leak source and fixed it for a reasonable price. On top of that they even fixed other problems with my car without me having to ask. For no extra price. They were able to work on it at my house when it broke down and even came to my work and worked on it in the parking lot while I was at work. It was really convenient. I highly recommend them! Very reasonable and nice people.

1. They wont show up when they say they will.2. They do very hurried and shoddy work.3. Their portable credit card machine magically never works, leaving you with no choice but to pay cash, and therefore no paper trail.I regret ever going to these guys for brake line work, my vehicle couldve been fixed months ago but apparently taking my money and saying it should be good to go and then never responding or following up when I ask them to because my brakes still dont work is how they feel a business should function. The concept of this business is great, but clearly they are either in over their heads or just like to scam people out of their money.

I have called a few times and had them come out to fix my vans. I know nothing about how cars work. I just know when Garage on Wheels left the cars worked again with no further issues. So I am completely satisfied and will call again or reccomend them. I felt like the prices were fair and comparable yet I didnt have to leave home or pay a tow truck. Garage on wheels is a great concept.

They showed up on time. They quickly diagnosed, got the part, and fixed the problem. They were professional and worked outside in ten degrees in the middle of winter. The cost was reasonable. All of this without paying for a tow truck or setting up a ride from the repair shop. Awesome.

Randy and Mike are great mechanics. They came up to my house and replaced a power steering pump in my sons truck. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are great!!! They responded to my car problem promptly. After running their diagnostics and a couple of other trouble shooting techniques they couldn’t pinpoint the issue. They did however suggest another solution into finding out what was wrong. I took their advice and my problem was resolved within an hours time. They communicated with me throughout the process. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!!! Every shop in town was booked out for 2-4 weeks!! Thank goodness for their service.

Great service! They found the simple solution to get my car to start in a half an hour for $40 Could have been a couple of hundred at least to have it towed to a shop and diagnosed.

So he shows up to my address, I was away from my phone for 5 minutes because my dog pissed in the house and got loose. I got to my phone and he replied that he called and waited 5 minutes then he took off. why you wouldnt go to the door of the client when they said they were home waiting for you is beyond me. He later talks about how he couldnt work on the car because it was covered in snow when I told him that the car was in a heated garage. Later that day he said he could be there the next day and I told him I would take off work. Next morning I text no reply, text 2hours later no reply, then got a hold of him for him to tell me I may not make it today. I took off work for no reason... Because I trusted your word.Try knocking if someone doesnt answer there phone!! Common sense.

My brakes stopped working the day I was supposed to go home for spring break. He came out to where my car was and fixed it the next day. I highly recommend Garage on Wheels!

Have had him work on my cars in the past, does a great job and pricing is good, but his communication skills are very poor, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened but I’ve just dealt with it but this last time I was fed up, so I texted him one day with some work on my car, he said he wouldn’t be able to for a couple of days, that’s fine he’s busy, I then text him a couple of days later if he could come and look at my car, he says he isn’t sure yet, I told him that was ok and asked if he could come and look at it the next day, never responded to that and I really needed my car fixed and with my schedule it needed to be done sometime that week. Like I said, he does great work, and if you can overlook his subpar customer service, I highly recommend.

Called and told to text message on the voice mail. I text messaged and no response. Not very professional in my opinion.

I normally dont write reviews, but I felt this was important to do. At first I was so impressed by there service . They were efficient and fast to get there. As they diagnosed the issue, and fixed the part that was supposed to fix the problem . Then it comes to he said she said thing. Needless to say car still didnt start . So I made several attempts to have them come up and fix the job that was not complete and that was already paid for. At first I got tell your son to you tube several things. After that not working and several more excuse on why they could not come up . Still attempted to get them to come . Even asked for recommendations if they didnt want to finish the job . My response was well this going to take allot of time. Very frustrating and annoyed. Took it a shop and the problem was not what they were saying . So please beware as supposedly as convenient this service is . They charged me 300.00 and never finished the job . Seriously disappointed and would beware before you call them .
