Used to come here all the time for any servicing needs. However, I’m not going to be okay being overcharged for something minor. 380 dollars to replace a radiator hose that I am supplying is unreasonable. Especially when it’s a 60 dollar part. Then when I found a place that was doing it for less than 1/3 of the price. I got charged 150 for diagnostic which I’ve never been charged before at eurofed which I doubt they even looked at anything in the garage because it was at the same place I towed it. Horrible service. Took my car to another shop and was way more pleased with the price and service. Will probably never come back

What a difference a couple weeks makes. Long story short, what I paid thousands of dollars to have fixed is still unresolved. Couple that with some other unpleasant and unprofessional experiences... safe to say I will NOT return to this shop! I was recently informed that Eurofed used to be a good place to go, but upon expansion to multiple locations, service has taken a dive. I just found out the hard way.

Second time visiting this location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that get me in and out quickly. Drive by it often and the high amount of different makes and models I see on any given day speaks to their quality as a shop.

Excellent customer service from Andre and the team over at Eurofed they took care of my Q7 and now she’s running great. Now I know I can trust them with my 1998 Range Rover when I take it later at a different time.

Eurofed and all of its affiliated locations in the south east is the premier European shop for all types of vehicles. I bring all of my vehicles to get everything from Liqui Moly oil changes to Turbo and Exhaust upgrades.The shops have a welcoming atmosphere and the owners are like extended family. They take personal interest in their customers and give you peace of mind when dropping off your investment. Eurofed will always have a customer in me.

I unfortunately went to this location to order a small accessory for my car and was told it would be available for pickup in 3 days. I never received a call from them to let me know it was delivered, so I went the following week to let them know I was there for a pickup. The rude gentleman behind the counter asked me in front of other customers in the lobby are you sure you are in the right location? I told him i already paid for the item and had service on my car there the week before. He followed up with well I dont see you in the system and I must have went somewhere else. After telling him multiple times I was in the right location and telling him I would show my credit card charge he finally said he would have someone that was working the week before call me that afternoon. The second gentleman called me that afternoon and said the part was never ordered to begin with(which I had already paid for) and he would order it and it would be delivered in 2 days. I received a call from them this morning that it was ready for pickup so I went up there immediately and the service guy went to put it on and it was the wrong part. The level of customer service is the absolute worst and the fact that they screwed up and then tried to insult me in front of other customers is the icing on the cake. Please dont waste your time with going to EuroRUDE.

Was passing through town in a Porsche that I had just bought in Chicago. They made time for a quick diagnostic to help me understand what was gong on. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service!

Steve and the tech helped diagnose the problem on my VW Touareg and there was no pressure in having the repair done there. Would definitely go back if needed.

After being taken advantage of at other independent German auto shops, Truest automotive Suwannee, decided to come back to eurofed since they always seem to take care of me. Should have done this from the start. Jeff (aka fat drake) had me in and out, took care of the issue, price was reasonable as well. I don’t recommend going anywhere else honestly. They will tell you what’s really wrong and not try to milk you with issues that aren’t even problems like many other shops. Always go eurofed people.

I had to change coolant /vacuum pump .in Mercedez. ($1000 job) Dropped my car and it took 5 days to fix it . They got wrong part and have to wait. I said to him that should get some discount, Tony ( guy working there) said to me, we should charge you more we have to work hard to get the right part WOW, IS THIS MY MISTAKE YOU GOT WRONG PART ! The week they fix my car, A7 service sign came . I decided not to take to Eurofed . I took to RBM of Alpharetra for service A. They told me there is coolant leak and level of coolant is low too. I said Eurofed just fixed that coolant pump. Then again took car and report paper from RBM to Eurofed. They said we don’t see anything but fixed coolant level ( kept car 3 days again) During both these services I was the one calling if my service done or not ? Actually I was thinking to contact EuroFed main office about this but got email for review.

One of the only shops in Gwinnett that diagnosed and repaired my vehicle honestly and correctly. Many other shops were quick to resort to a complete engine rebuild. Eurofed repaired my timing chain and saved me thousands.

After being quoted a price and getting car serviced, came to pick it up only to be charged $50 more. According the front desk thats the way these things work. Wont be using this place again, suggest you be careful with this place. Their service must have gotten worse, all the recent reviews are bad.

Did a great job repairing my eurovan which developed problems while traveling thru the area on our way to AZ. Could have been better if we didnt have to wait 3 hours for the part to arrive.

Helpful staff and honest. Hated to get rid of my car but they helped me make an informed decision about whether or not repairing my car was necessary.

Super sweet staff, I was confused about a price I was given and they solved the confusion for me.

I brought my brz here to get fixed almost a year ago and everything was fine up until a few weeks ago when i found that it was hard to shift. took my transmission down and come to find out they didnt even bolt my clutch in all the way. i had 8 bolts and they only put in two so yeah. never again.

Basically, these guys know their stuff. Great customer service and honest quotes. Always open to answer questions and Ive had a lot of questions because my car has a lot of miles. I highly recommend Eurofed.

Excellent experience. I took my little Abarth 500 for its first oil change and they hooked me up!! A lot of places are known to accidentally rip off the side squirts when putting these cars in the air but when I got it back there was no issues at all. Work was done in a very well paced manner and communication between staff was on point. I’m definitely going back for future work. They took great care of me and there’s no doubt they will do the same for anyone else. Thanks EuroFed!!They also let me know my front tires are at the end of there life. I may just have to go back to have them mount some new front tires, if I can find some this week.

Great place to take your car (former Audi) for an all-around tune-up for a slightly less price than the vehicle dealership (not like 50% off or anything but you may keep a little pocket change after you leave. And the workmanship is is great too.

These guys are great! Came in and got the APR Tune flashed on my MKV GTI in 30mins tops. They are very open to questions and give you straight answers. Ive called places before and asked questions, and they would talk to me as if Im dumb. Not these guys. They are very transparent and have really good pricing for German cars in my opinion. Eurofed Duluth is the go to shop for my E90 M3. Recently took it in for some standard maintenance but we discovered a few other issues that needed to be taken care of while performing a diagnostic check. Walker and Mateen got my car fixed up and returned to me quickly while making sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. The quality of the work and the experience is superb! I would highly recommend anyone to this shop as you know you will be dealing with knowledgeable and trustworthy enthusiasts!

Patrick and John were both very hospitable. They cut it to me straight and told me what needed to be done instead of leaving me guessing what would it wouldn’t need to be done after a diagnostic. Ive been to a different shop for the past 10 years and they were too busy to service my car today. Eurofed got my car in right away and got to work. Will definitively come back again.

These guys are just awesome. They are knowledgeable, honest and great to just talk cars with. Solid dudes.

Took my e30 for clutch master cylinder. After it was replaced the slave busted, got that replaced same day and was told everything was good. Guy went to test drive the car make sure all was good and returned with pedal bracket snapped. Got that replaced the following days. After all that everything was great until with in a month the master cylinder failed. Fuel tank also recieved a minor dent from the lift. Other than that I guess its a good shop. Cool staff nonetheless but I expected the clutch master to last a good bit of time.

Walker and will are highly trained professionals when it comes to European vehicles. I took my Volkswagen tdi in for and oil change and they found a few things I was unaware of. I will be returning to have these repairs done as soon as possible for a way cheaper price than the dealership!

My initial thought is that these guys are great, very attentive and charged less than the dealership. But 2 days after picking up my car it wouldnt run and of course I was angry. I had just paid alot of money in repairs and now Im stuck on the side of the road. But Walker, who was always very kind and took the time to really explain my problems, had someone pick me up and towed my car in. Apparently the problem was unrelated to the previous repairs and Walker took care of that as well. I stand by my original thought which is these guys will go out of there way to take care of you. Also thanks to Mateen for picking me up.

I Love these guys! I came in for a routine oil change & had a questions about my e60 M5 & long story short thanks to Mr Walker & the Eurofed team in Duluth got me my $700 back after being ripped off by another Auto-body shop. After today I can promise you my M5 won’t go anywhere but Eurofed!
