Poor hygiene, high price and awful customer service. Recently, worker was seen grabbing gloves by fingers without hand washing and upon questioning the customer was yelled at by the owners son, stating, dont waste our time, buy it or leave. By the way the sandwich making area has no visible sink where food service workers can wash hands prior to making food.

Been here several times over the past few years. Our family doesnt like shopping here so were not going to go anymore. Employees are never friendly. Lots of items out of stock. Items on shelves dont correspond with prices on shelves, we had a big surprise when we thought we were buying zahtar bread for $4.99, but it was $7.99. Produce is often wilted, not refrigerated.

Dont want to give even 1 star,They just charged me $2.5 extra for using credit card, without informing before. When asked to revert so that I can pay with debit he said its already done and charged . I feel like I am cheated.

Consistently the cleanest, most hygienic halal meat market in the Dublin/San Ramon area. The freshness and quality of the meat is top notch and the butchers are knowledgeable and give you great suggestions when you ask.If youre looking for halal meat, you cant go wrong here.

This is probably the most clean middle eastern shop in the area. Best place to get Halal meats and fresh fruits. They also have a nice selection of halal deli items such as roast beef, turkey and gyros. And recently they have added a kiosk full of baklava and other middle eastern deserts. The prices are little higher but you get best quality products. Check them out!

Terrible experience. Confusing prices. Ended up paying $20 for a watermelon. I immediately returned to the store but they refused to take this ridiculously priced melon back. I sure will not return and caution you to as well.

The meat is nice and fresh. I like to buy from here but Im giving one star because of their poor service. First of all, they never pick the phone to order and pick the reserved product instead of waiting in line. In COvID times, there is no social distancing and people are waiting in line 2 ft apart. As such the shop is very small and owners dont seem to care for customer’s health and safety as they dont enforce the norms. They just posted the guidelines for name sake. This is another reason why I want to order on phone and pick at the counter instead of risking by waiting in the long line. They never pick the phone or bother to call back.

First the the meat is nice and fresh,People are very rude with customers, they are changing 3.99% for credit cards since March 2020 (pandemic)..Please check your bill every purchase... they are frequently changing more than listed price for every meat. so check your bill and credit card statements ( i have been seeing this issue with this store every time)

This place is Really clean, in fact maybe the cleanest halal shops i have been to. Which is why i like coming here. Staff is nice and polite. Esp this thin tall gentleman who works there. But the wait can be a pain sometimes :( And yes they should make the baklava better. It doesnt taste fresh so i stopped buying it.

Poor customer service. Not all non vegetarians eat all kind of meat. Seems like this guy at this shop who spoke to me is a Manager expecting me to buy without questioning him. As soon as I choose the chicken, he didnt even wait till I complete, he started slicing it with the machine. I tried asking him to cut it with knife. I was concerned if the same blade was used to slice other meat. When he was done slicing it. I asked him in a casual tone you guys dont use knife ? Instead of being polite to his customer, he replied - if you dont want to buy, you dont have to buy this he started saying machine is the fastest process, we dont have knife to cut the chicken bone. I wonder how a butcher doesnt have a knife to cut his meat and owns a store. So, what is the difference between buying meat from stores like this to getting from foodMarts. Anyway, if he isnt patient enough to deal with his customers, dont expect people to buy whatever trash you sell. We are paying for the meat, we expect quality.

Quality is good and managed very clean.Customer waiting time is 60 minutes to 75 minutes on weekend. They will follow token system and when you get token number it will be 20th or above in waiting list and It will take more than one hour to get your turn. Customers are leaving the shop after waiting 30 minutes and they keep calling token numbers, at least one token member left for every two tokens in the waiting list. Not sure, if they realized that due to more waiting time, their customers are leaving the place... I am thinking that the weekend is not right time to go this place.

As others said, attitude of the owners will cost them some day. worst part is, they close by 5 which makes u to shop on weekend, if n only u have no other option but to do business with them.

Love this place, our office orders Chicken Wraps for lunch and Gyros. I have gotten the baklava and Turkish delight there also, and the Rotisserie chickens smell divine. Everyone is very nice and helpful!

I purchased Baklava from there yesterday and in the past. In the past the Baklava has been very fresh and delicious. Yesterday’s batch was burnt from the bottom. Store should be careful in selling substandard food. Very disappointed to hear from guests that the Baklava was not good. Be careful to always check the color of the bottom of the Baklava. I am giving them two stars because the other times it has been good.

We miss so many things about living in California, one of them is Rahmas good meat. My wife and I agree that theyve consistently provided the best meat weve had. They make very tasty deli sandwiches too. The owner, Khaled, has a great taste of food. He is very creative. Weve been to a couple of events that he catered to and the food was always impressive.

Really nice clean Halal market. First of I am a white guy from midwest. These guys here are so nice, helpful and friendly. We get the cooked chicken and ask for garlic sauce. They well great pitas and their meat section is awesome. Meat quality is similar to whole foods and they will butcher things that you like and do special orders. These guys know their stuff. Produce is limited but high quality. Also good mortadela and great olives at about half of supermarket price. I used to live in Oakland and appreciate specialty places like this. I have picked up meats at sprouts and safeway and brought them home opened them up and they were already spoiled. They serve raw hamburger meat in plastic bags with no pad to soak up blood. After several days in my fridge meat didnt turn brown and there was no blood in bag. Halal is very strict about way animals are to be butchered (similar to way hunters butcher) where animal has to have blood drained. You would think you would pay a ton for this quality, but not so.

This is the best halal meat shop in town. Previously located on Dublin BLVD, this new location will be the new from February 2018. I am looking forward to the new amalfi resturant that will open along with the meat market. I have found friendly a d courteous, and always ready to help.

One of the cleanest Halal Meat shops and Markets I have been to in the Bay Area. They have almost anything you can ask for here. Very wide variety of different types of deli meats as well as rotissiere chicken and Halal Hot dogs. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

We have been going to this market for the past ten years. The cleanliness of the butcher section is unparalleled in comparision with similar small businesses. In addtion to fresh cut meats, the deli meats selection is also great. They also do catering and this worked out very well for us on several occassions. Their vegetable section adds to the convenience of the experience, and their selection of international choclates and other confections from Europe and the Middle East add a nice finishing touch.
