I am out if $159 (I purchased a charm as well). My bracelet fell off the first day I wore it. I had it a whole six days.. Yes, I made sure it was put on correctly, it was the T-bone style, lol kind of hard to put on incorrectly. My kids wanted to replace my bracelet, however, I fear it would come off as well. I will never buy another piece of jewelry from Pandora. A district Manager reached out and encouraged me to call Consumer Affairs, stating they may assist. I figured she know their policies so why not call.I was flat out told no. I emailed her back puzzled as to why she would even suggest it. I was told they do not replace lost items. I never heard back from her.

Not super happy with pandora right now. They dont keep proper records of charms that they sell and when I had a charm that broke they told me that they had no record of the purchase. I loved the charm so much that my family purchased a new one for me in December and made sure to list an email to keep record. By February it broke as well and of course they cant replace it because they again lost the records of its purchase.

Service was great, the lady who assisted me was very helpful and we had a great conversation

My girlfriend was in to replace a friendship ring that she thought that she had lost, after selecting its exact replacement and another ring she found it in the bottom of her purse as Peggy R completed the purchase. Even though the were final offerings, Peggy let her exchange the duplicate ring and was helpful and understanding the whole time. If she is there look her up and you wont be disappointed

Ive been in there almost every year to get my sister a charm for her bracelet. Its usually a painless process, and the ladies that work in there are very helpful. Ill definitely be back there around Christmastime every year.

Took the wife to get a birthday gift. The service received from Bill was excellent. He was professional, courteous and relatable.

This is my go to place for all Pandora beads for my wife. They may not be the largest store, but they have a huge selection to choose from. The staff is awesome and will even try bracelets on if they have similar wrist sizes that youre looking for (trust me, that was a life saver)

Kendra the store manager was extremely rude when my grandmother was trying to exchange a charm. While asking questions she had an attitude. Then while walking to the back to check on something she rolled her eyes. Don’t work in retail if you don’t like figuring out problems and explaining them to customers. Simple as that. Will not be returning to this store whatsoever.

My husband has been spoiling me for years with pandora. This is his go to place because everyone is so kind and helpful. For mothers day he took our two sons in there and everyone was very nice and engaging to our kids. Even when our two year old got ants in his pants.Five stars pandora!

What happened to good customer service?! I am never going back to this store, the girls that work at this location are rude and unprofessional. I stood there waiting for someone to help me and they just ignored me. I am taking my money somewhere else. Please hire people that are good with people. If I could give this place zero stars I would have but that isnt an option.

I just loved the environment and the employees helped me get just what I wanted.

Every time I have been in this store (3 times) you have to wait 20min before being acknowledged. The staff is very unwilling to be very helpful or to provide a solution for the problem. They are making Pandora as a whole look very bad and its as if they never had any customer service training. 😡

I would like to make a formal complaint about the service I recieved when I visited the Pandora at The Mall at Tuttle Crossing on the afternoon of 9/4/2016.  I visited this location for the purpose of inquiring about some new products that I noticed on the Pandora website that I was interested in purchasing, as well as to ask if there were any upcoming in-store promotions.  However, when I went into the location today, I felt that I was basically ignored by the sales staff there, even though there were few customers and many clerks behind the counter. When I was finally helped, the attitude presented by the clerk left me feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome.  She even rolled her eyes at me when I asked several questions regarding upcoming promotions.  I have been a loyal Pandora customer for several years, and have always had a wonderful shopping experience at the other Pandora locations I have visited, but this was the first time a visit to one of your locations has left me feeling uncomfortable.  I would like to continue to be a loyal Pandora customer, but I will definitely not be returning to this location in the future.

First time shopping at any pandora store, got an great experience at the tuttle crossing on 12/10/2016 13:30. the sales girl was very knowledgeable with the product and very professional with her work.
