This location is great! I had a bad experience with the Easton location last year and didn’t want to go back to a Kay. But I gave this location a try and I’m glad I did! Lance has been an amazing help to me and my husband from helping us pick our dream rings, to sizing, and cleanings, and even a small repair on my ring. The rest of the staff is also always very helpful. They all have a wealth of knowledge and also very kind and caring. They don’t make you feel pressured in any way either like most stores do. I love my ring and love all the service I’ve received every time I’ve been in the store. Thanks guys!
I recently stopped in to buy a simple item for a vintage locket. A very helpful and kind staff member waited on me. We browsed while he added to item to my locket. A lovely store and I will definitely be back! Beautiful jewelry at great prices.
I had a wonderful experience at Kay Jewelers at Tuttle. The customer service was top notch. Kudos to Lance who assisted me with my watch purchase. Lance was patient, understanding, and his service was excellent. Ill definitely be going back to this location for all of my (and most likely my wifes) jewelry needs (wants).
I had an amazing experience with Sarah. She helped me get my favorite ring fixed speedily and ensured it was sent to me asap. I hope her management sees this and rewards her accordingly! I will be returning to purchase some new pieces from her soon!

I felt no pressure to buy and when I did get overwhelmed she took the time to clarify what I needed. I love a great salesperson who works with you and makes you feel good about making a purchase, even though I didn’t make a purchase today I was able to show my future husband exactly what I want with the help of Ms. Bonnie, I feel excited knowing he will go into the store and get exactly what I wanted or something close to what I want! I went in Kays a couple of weeks ago. Definitely did not buy anything. When I compared their price to other jewelry stores in the same Mall, they were grossly overpriced compared to the other stores in the mall. The people were also hard-sell. I was just looking, with the intent to buy something, but they were hovering, and talking at me, and trying to push things that I wasnt interested in. I believe that good products sell themselves, and that when someone is hovering and pushing, and talking at all times to keep you from concentrating on finding what you want, I believe they are trying to hurry you and deceive you. I wont be back, no way.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with the ring that I got, however the salesperson Bonnie upped the price on the ring. It was supposed to be 50% off. When she rang it up, she told me the price after tax and warranty, and it seemed high. So I started to say that I would just hold off. Then she said well I didnt see on the tag, I can give you an additional discount. It brought the price down a couple hundred dollars, and I decided to go ahead and get it. When I got home and looked at the receipt, I noticed that even after she supposedly gave an additional discount the price she charged was only 40% off instead of 50! I ended up having to go back to a different salesperson and get them to give me a refund for the additional 10%. They didnt give me any trouble for that and were very nice. But I felt what Bonnie did was extremely sleazy, trying to pull one over one me. And I still only got the 50% off without the additional discount I was supposed to get.
Today was the 2nd time that we have been to this location and we worked with the same gentleman. He was wonderful both times. My wife and I will continue to come back to this location because of this gentleman! Super professional, extremely knowledgeable, makes great recommendations, and wasn’t pushy. Went early in the morning during the weekend, they were polite and friendly. They were very helpful in picking out a gift for my wife, even joked and was friendly with my 5 year old who was with me. Overall great customer service.
So I had a horrible experience with Kays at Easton mall, they signed me up for a credit card without my permission. The manager at this Kays told me that I had a credit card that I wasnt aware of and gave me the numbers I needed to fix it. He also helped me design and create a ring that I absolutley loved and kept me apprised every step of the way. He wasnt pushy and so helpful. I loved this Kays and am so happy with my experience especially after my experience with the other one.
Lady Lied tried to buy a ring the lady marked it down 75% went to pay for it 500 and some change out the door she said sorry tablet let her mark it down but not the computer and it was 1300$ out the door bad for buisness didnt even admit she lied at all or tried to fix bad customer care ! All the way dont believe the clearance its a hoax !
Took 14 days to have wedding ring that husband bought me sized and welded and then once I finally picked it up today it has the band welded on crooked.. so have to go back, may just try to return ring since they dont deserve the money for not caring to fix an obvious mistake, literally half a centimeter crooked
I see why this place has such bad reviews. I can confirm that Bonnie will lie to you. I was told when I called that they would sell me a single earring since my wife lost one. Get there and Bonnie say no that they can not do that. I ask to speak to someone else after reading all the reviews about Bonnie on here. New employee says that actually isn’t true that they can do it. Unfortunately they didn’t have the earrings anymore. The new employee says that they can give me money for the single earring if I want to trade it in. Unfortunately the selection has gone downhill. I found one pair that I liked but the sign up that says up to 30% off storewide is not true. Now I ask to speak with the manager who says that there is no discount on those and he as the manager has no authority to manually discount anything, more than likely another lie. Needless to say I have taken my business elsewhere and won’t be back.
My late husband and I have dealt with Bonnie at Tuttle for at least 9 years and she is always helpful and pleasant in suggesting new purchases and any additional work I need on re-sizing or repair on previously bought jewelry. So I see Im not the only one who has had a bad experience. We got the infamous Bonnie apparently. She did show us some rings but was very disinterested. She also made some snide remarks that I didnt appreciate such as referring to wedding band my husband to be was looking at as feminine. We found a ring he did like and she never wrote down anything for us or took our information. We had to actually ask for a business card. She never asked for our names or even when we were getting married. She did not care about the sale at all.The whole experience definitely left a bitter taste in my mouth. Im trying to understand why Bonnie still has a job after all these negative reviews.
Went in with my girlfriend to get a ring for her. The customer service was good, the girl that helped us was very nice and helpful. Every other aspect of it sucked! They told us the ring would be there in exactly two weeks, even though they told us one week for my ring, which I already recieved. It is now the third week and it still has not came in! Very unhappy with the whole situation and will not take my business back to this store or any of their other stores again.

Bonnie, the store employee, was a complete liar. She told me that the 20% off bridal items ended that day. When I talked to another employee at that store, he said the 20% off lasted all month! Bonnie also told he that I was not allowed to take a picture of the tag number on a wedding ring I liked. She made up some fake story about how people are ripping off the store by taking pictures of the rings tag number, putting it on their own rings. and changing the prices...WHAT!? When I talked to another employee when I went back later that day, he had no problem with letting my take a picture of the rings tag number. Basically, Bonnie was a complete liar and I hope this review makes its way to the store manager, or corporate HQ!

Mike if thats his real name just gave me a hard time because I asked for my original black suede box back . I dropped off my jewelry in the box for repair. Why give me my jewelry in a bag??? He stated they dont keep them meanwhile the older lady is saying give her a box we have plenty. It was no need to hold me uo bc I simply wanted my box. My necklace is very delicate and it tangles easily. So going forward dont put a necklace in a bag!!
My fiancé bought an engagement here from Shawn. She said how incredible he was... and helpful.I didn’t think it fit right so I went back tonight to get it adjusted. Rex helped and calmed myconcern. I ended up not getting it resized.. but his personality was incredible! He made it easy to talk to, and before I knew it we were chatting and laughing moments later.I also went up there months ago to check on my size knowing an engagement may happen. (I don’t know her name) but there is a blonde older lady who was so helpful!Everyone there hasn’t made me feel rushed at all, even when I left not spending any money...
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I bent my favorite ring while I was moving. Stupid of me, I’ll admit. The employees were extremely insensitive to my situation and deemed my ring a total loss before they even looked at it under the microscope. They did not try to shape it back, which they could have easily done. They didn’t even look up my account. They told me one of the prongs holding my stone in place was bent and it would cost extra. They wanted me to sign up for a credit card and make payments on the total price of the repair which was almost $300. I could have bought a whole new ring for less than what they tried to charge me to have this fixed. Then on top of it, they tried to tell me it would take 2 weeks to have my ring repaired. I took my ring to the Kay Jewlers in Mount Vernon and they fixed my ring in less than 15 minutes and it was FREE. Then they sold me a lifetime warranty that covers the whole thing for $60. Don’t go to this location. They are pretentious and will try to rip you off. I’m glad I went with my gut and left without being gouged by the unhelpful staff.
Always had good experiences here up until a change of management at this location. I always buy the warranty on my products but after this experience I’m having I never will again. After my wedding I had slight moisture damage in my series 800 movado watch. On top of that my wedding ring was way to big and was a simple easy mistake to fix. I went into the store to ask about resizing my ring and they said they would gladly re order a size down and send my watch out to warranty referbishing. I did this on 9/14 and they said it takes 1-2 weeks for the ring and 4-6 weeks for the watch which I understand that time and said send it out. It has now been 11 weeks since they have called me back about my ring and my watch. When I called this morning they said my watch was sent out on 10/31!!! I’m highly disappointed in the staffs and managements execution of a simple warranty repair. Will most likely be my last purchase with kay jewelers
I worked with Latasha on buying the perfect engement ring for my girl.I told her I was looking for a yellow diamond, which i know arent commonly kept in the store.She told me about an upcoming Jewlery show at the store where she would have someone bring in some options for me. Not only did she go out of her way to make sure several options were brought, but she met with me several times to discuss the other pieces of the ring.When it came time for the diamond show, I walked in and had my perfect ring in 5 minutes. She did all of the hard work for me, and genuinly cared about making sure I was completely satisfied.I got to give the perfect girl the perfect ring, and I am forever thankful.

Former JB Robinson customer that was forced to go to Kay after the merger. The customer service just isnt close to what I had before at JBR. Kay could be great, but they seem more interested in upselling me, rather than treating me like a customer.
I got a ring there had it size smaller... it took two weeks it came back burnt and diamonds were falling out so they got me a new ring had it sized same thing happen now its going on two months in my girlfriend does not have a ring yet
Very poor customer service my girlfriend got me a ring from this location and my stone fell out when we first went in to get it fixed we payed 80$ now the diamond has fell out for the second time and one of the representatives said they would call in and get me another no problem its been a month and still no ring
