Wireless Zone Rob is the best. I will never deal with anyone else. We went in for a simple phone replacement and he made us aware of current discounts and promos. We ended up making changes, replacing more phones, and adding more lines. We will also be adding 2-3 more lines before year end. Rob is great, I’m considering adding him to our will.
Shout out to Sales Consultant Rob Houchin at Verizon Wireless Zone 591 on Hospital Drive in Dublin, OH for outstanding customer service. Rob was extremely friendly, patient, and went out of his way to save me money by finding discounts and promotions that I was not aware of. I typically dread visits like this however Rob made the process of upgrading my phone very pleasant and successful. I am not tech savvy and ask a lot of questions in general and Rob was very patient and let me take as much time as I needed. Thanks for a great experience at Verizon Rob! Brilliant customer service!
I want to commend the professional approach of your Sales Consultant Sam E. I went to the store to pick up a phone and resolve several issues that I was having. Sam was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient in resolving those issues for me. I normally do not write reviews but I was compelled to write this one because it was such a positive experience. Rob is truly one of the greats!! We were in the Verizon store for less than 5 minutes and Rob already managed to save us money on our plan. Rob is 100% the best Verizon worker I’ve ever met in my entire life not only did he sell my parents on getting me a new phone but he also convinced them to buy me a new car! We left the Verizon store with a great phone and a great time! This man gave us a complimentary comedy show. He had all 4 of us cackling the whole time. I’m going to miss Rob and I can’t wait to go back!

We had a great customer service experience at this location. The manager helping us went above and beyond to keep all three of my kids entertained while he helped me transfer my phone over to the new one. My daughter and him basically became best friends.I’ve never had customer service as such. All of the employees there were very nice!
I went in to purchase a smartphone to replace my wife’s flip phone. I worked with one of the co-managers, Jordan. He greatly exceeded all of my expectations. He was low pressure, friendly, knowledgeable, and gave numerous options to lower the price of the phone. I was also in and out of the store in well under an hour. It was definitely the best experience I’ve ever had with Verizon. I highly, highly recommend Jordan and this location.
What can I say about this store that adequately describes the kind of experience you have when you enter? I felt God in this Verizon today.I feel like I’ve found my long lost brother in Rob, but somehow he’s a celestial being at the same time. He assisted me with intentionality and grace. I don’t know why other Verizon locations exist? You won’t be visiting any of the other stores after going to this one.

My husband and I very rarely update our phones and the evidence was clear with our iPhone 6 and iPhone 7. I had a good idea of what I wanted but Rob went above and beyond the call of duty. He updated our plan, made me aware of all the deals we could have, and did so with such a pleasant approach. I think I know Rob more than I know some of my best friends. We share the same love for dogs, both having a black German shepherd, and I could honestly go on about all the things I learned about him. So personable, so hospitable, I will never go anywhere else to update my phones and/or my plans. Not only did he help me with my phone but my unborn child continued to kick throughout the experience proving that she loved him too. The very next day the baby moved into the right position that we needed her to. I’m not saying it was a coincidence but I’m actually saying it was because of Robs wonderful approach to all of his clients. He is now a front runner to being godfather of our child. Well Rob and I started a journey one Saturday morning at 11am that ended around 5pm. Rob worked the entire time with me while also helping others that came in and it was like there where 2 of him I mean this gym dose the work of at least 2 or 3 people and dare I say 4. He knows literally everything about his job and how everything works. This guy should be the guy training everyone else how to work in the entire country. He is just simply the best and now that I have been exposed to his great magical powers I will never go anywhere else. I would drive hours for him to help me. I mean we spen 6 plus hours together and he made it fun and I am not very patient and understanding with matters that take a lot of time but man it was like being with a good friend and we where just hanging out for the day. Wow! Where does one even begin to express such stellar service? Rob went above and beyond in so many ways! I decided to switch from another provider while I was out of state and the salesperson decided to not listen to my needs and wants and I went with a phone and watch I really did not want! The very next day, I tried to switch to the iPhone, but they did not have any, so I had to wait until I got back to Dublin! It had to be ordered, but it was so worth the wait! Rob made sure everything was taken care of for me. Not to mention, I have always been an android user and he made the switch easy PLUS, for the same monthly cost, I also got the Apple Watch ! Did I mention I got 2 iPhones?? He really is awesome! It took me 5 hours there one day, with a 7 year old that he made sure was entertained and bought us lunch had lunch! He made the transition easy, made sure I had any credits/promotions needed or that I could get! Truly the best experience! As a previous Verizon employee, he really did a fantastic job, stayed extremely calm under A LOT of crazy pressure and has a new little helper! Definitely your go to person for phones!!!! Where has this Verizon been my entire life?! Further more I can now say I have had a life-changing experience of perfect customer service. Hoarded in from AT&T, Rob not only help me find the account number and made this transaction incredibly easy. He also made me feel like I was the only person in the world. I walked into the Verizon store in Dublin. To my amazement I was greeted with the most welcoming greeting I have ever had. The store manager Rob and this new employee Andrew. Helped me in every way imaginable, I would have never guess he was new. They were able to answer all of my questions and made me feel like I made the right choice coming into this store. Rob went above and beyond to get everything resolved on my phone even to the point of coming to my home when I couldnt spend time in the store due to my schedule. The employee who helped me was super knowledgeable and multi-tasked the whole time juggling several different customers at once. Everyone seemed to be really pleased with the service. Also, most importantly, he quickly found a solution for my phone problem.
Where do I even begin about Verizon Store Rob? The service is incomparable. The atmosphere, serene. He took the naïve ideas of what my cell phone-related future might hold and turned them into a reality only an heiress might be accustomed to. When you walk into this store, Rob wont simply give you what you asked for, hell give you what youve always needed. He would even baptize your first born child, if asked politely.Is he willing to take the time and make sure you have a pleasant Verizon customer experience? Yes. Is he the manager of the store? I dont think so. Is he an angel, hidden among mortal men? Perhaps. All we can know for sure is that this is the only Verizon Authorize Retailer establishment in the greater Columbus area that you should patron.

Alyssa was very helpful in setting up my son’s new phone. This location was on its second day of no internet service, and she had to do everything by phone through a different location. She never lost her patience and stayed positive through the whole ordeal, staying at least 40 minutes past closing time to get everything set up for us.

Terrible customer service. We went in trying to purchase three new phones. The one employee was helping a woman so we sat down to wait. 20 mins later they are still chatting and laughing. Started to listen in on the conversation and they were doing nothing but flirting. We decided to leave and come back later. We did go back after 45 mins and the two are still sitting there leaning into each other and giggling. Not professional. This guy really needs to try hooking up on his own time.We drove down to Tuttle to get our new phones there.

Went to the store do you activate and trade in my 11-year-old’s new iPhone. It took a lot longer than I thought however Rob was amazing at keeping my son entertained by playing games on his phone while also completing the transfer. This store gained a customer for life and my son a new friend.
Where do I even begin! My wife and I walked into this store randomly on a sunday to try and get out of the T-Mobile/Sprint mess of a situation. We knew we needed to get back to Verizon and thank god for the man behind the counter named Rob. Not only did he get us set up and running at an affordable price, he kept us entertained the entire time we were there with his hilarious wit and positive attitude. Short of adopting him, its safe to say hes made our life much easier to deal with and we could not be happier!!!

Alex was wonderful. She took her time, made sure I understood why everything was priced the way it was, found me the best deal (I upgraded my phone and saved money on my monthly bill) and made a point to be as transparent as possible. Not pushy with her sales, just honest. She took the time to make sure my family understood the changes for our plan so everyone (not just me) was comfortable with the updates. Sam was also in the store, and was incredibly pleasant, personable, and made the whole appointment feel like we were hanging out with friends. I also am in sales, and they exhibit good, honest practices. There’s a reason this location hasn’t shut down because of covid, and I think the cleanliness and kindness of Alex and her staff have a huge part in that. I highly recommend this location. They know their stuff.
Today has been a great day! I had problems with my phone and I noticed the Verizon at Hospital Drive in Dublin. I was greeted by Alexandra and she was just fantastic, she was able to answer every question with ease and courtesy, and she was just pleasant to speak to on top of everything else!!!! She is such a compliment to her store and to our neighborhood also. Everyone should do their smartphone shopping there in my opinion :)

I had my phone and wallet stolen. Went into the store 10 minutes before it closed Ian felt horrible. however Rob reassured me that it was OK and he would do whatever needed to help me out. After an insane amount of effort on his part we were able to locate my iPhone and lock it. As soon as I get my replacement card from The bank I will be back to purchase a new phone and more. Recently switched from Sprint to Verizon and had a nightmare getting all the phones to properly activate. Mike sat with me for 3 hours as we spoke to customer support at Verizon, Sprint, and Apple. He did anything and everything he could to help us out, and I could not ask for a more supportive and patient person
Consumers should be aware that this Verizon location Gives out used equipment that does not properly function, claiming it to be new. I traded in a jetpack when it was time for an upgrade. They gave me a old dated device (Claiming it was new) that did not function. Days later, I had to exchange it. Instead of doing the trade in, they made each jetpack an additional device and began billing it as such. They even kept the old jetpack devices I turned in to them. It has taken days and hours of my time trying to fix with Verizion’s customer service and it’s still not corrected. Verizion owes me hundreds of dollars from this fraudulent activity at this location. I am still waiting. A manager was supposed to call me as well to discuss... it’s never happened.
Rob went above and beyond today to get me my upgrade of my phone and even let me go get food for my kids and drop them off w their friends and set everything up for me while I was away...screen protector and all. He gave me every possible bell and whistle at the cheapest price possible. I will def be back.
Long story short, they robbed us of $1200.On December 31st, my wife and proceeding with the buy one, get one free iPhone 12 max deal they offered when you add a line and go to the unlimited plan. We dealt with their employee Colton through this. We then had 3 lines, my wifes and my iPhone 12 max and a kids line. On our next Verizon bill, it showed we still owed the full $1200 on my wifes free phone. We immediately contacted Verizon and the store on a 3 way call. Turns out the store had not read the fine print and the BOGO would not apply to us, despite Colton reassuring us it would. Colton proceeded to tell us he would fix it. We called multiple times over the next week and their response was they were waiting to hear from the district manager in Cincinnati. Well, that never came about. The district manager either refused to call us or ignored us. I was at the store today and now their answer is they made a mistake and there was nothing they could do about it. We are now responsible for footing the $1200 bill and/or returning our 2 new phones, accessories, and shutting down the kids line. We have already spent 12 hours plus in the store getting the deal done and set up. Now we have to go back and waste more time getting my old phone back. They offered no restitution despite admitting the mistake was theirs. Worst of all, my wife traded her old phone in, so even if we wanted to take one of the new phones back we couldnt. So now we are being forced to buy a phone due to no longer have my wifes old one. As far as I know, no consequences have been given to staff/store/mangers, etc. We are currently filing formal complaints with Verizon.
