Efren was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend you visit this store, he is doing a great job. Efren patiently and attentively listened to my (multiple) concerns and addressed each one. He solved a problem that I didnt know even had a solution, rather than selling me a new phone. Thank you Efren!

I just went in the store to have a phone turned on. I wasn’t feeling too good before I walked into the store. But Efrin and John had met me with strong eye contact and OUTSTANDING Customer Service!!! They both have great people skills, and I left feeling impressed with what I learned about them. Being greeted in that manner made me feel a lot better... my hope was restored after meeting them today.

My wife and I went to the Metro PCS located in Dublin, CA. We purchased two Samsung Galaxy A71 phones and upgraded our Son and Daughter’s phones to Samsung Galaxy A50. First and foremost, John and Victor provided excellent customer service and displayed superb levels of knowledge pertaining to Samsung’s products. Moreover, they both showed their devotion to duty as mobile phone experts.Moreover, it was also a pleasure to interact with Cesar and Efren as well, who were also both courteous and professional in keeping with the welcoming micro-culture at Metro PCS’ Amador Plaza Rd. store in Dublin, CA.Thanks to you guys, it was a beautiful experience!Regards,The Winns Family
Its hit or miss with customer service. Some employees are nice and professional, others are rude. During this shut down, to make a long story short, i had to come in person. There were 5 employees and only 2 wearing masks. The only girl there was so rude and had told me over the phone she was the only one in the store when i called. I showed up 15 minutes later and it was full of employees, so she had lied. Rude and a liar, impressive. The guy who was at the front door was nice and helped me out.

Grayson and Marco are great. Theyre very professional and helpful. My daughter and I went into the store yesterday so I could get a new phone since my phone of 2 years finally crapped out and we wanted to change my daughters line to an unlocked iPhone she was given. Everything went super smooth and we even walked out with a new tablet that was on sale. Marco even told us if we wanted to save the $20 activation fee for switching devices we could just call customer service. I declined because with phone customer service you might be on hold for 30+ mins and it might take another 30 mins to go through all the necessary steps. It was much easier to pay the fee and get it all done at once When I got home, I noticed my new phone couldnt send or receive text messages. So I went back to the store today. I purposely waited until the afternoon because I figured Grayson and/or Marco worked in afternoon. Its a lot easier to deal with the same reps when you have a problem with something. It really cuts down on the need to explain. Well, Grayson was there and when I told him what the problem was he said it was a unique problem but one that he had seen before. About 15 mins later the problem was solved and my phone was working as it should. Ya!!! Of all the things going on in the world today, it was actually a pleasure to buy a new phone. The world needs more people like Grayson and Marco. People who actually care about their jobs and the service they provide to others. Thanks guys!
The 3 stars is for the nice customer service I have gotten. The minus 2 stars is for the rude service I got. Things did not work out with Metro for us. It was difficult trying to get into my Moms account because we did not have the pin or her ID. For personal reasons, we cant retrieve those things so easily. I totally understand the company has their policies. But the woman who spoke to my sister, then to me, was pretty damn rude. I did speak with a man there before that girl, and he was nice - the way an employee in customer service should be. Even the customer service rep over the phone was nice about trying to find a way to make things work. I have worked in customer service before, for years, so I know how difficult it could be to keep your cool, especially when giving bad news. But if you cant keep a happy face for your customers, find another job. The attitude makes the face of the store look bad.

I signed up for their service and had them transfer transfer my number. The transfer was cancelled because I didnt supply enough information so I was back 2 weeks later, provided the correct information, and they even credited my account for the 2 weeks without phone service. Everyone was awesome, and I even got a couple of screen cleaners and a t-shirt!
The telephone numbers to call the phone tree at METRO PCS are a morass of bungle, often ending in a disconnect.The phone staff often have very poor English language diction and are hard to understand. This is very frequent.The on-line assistance website is not clear, unpredictable, and clumsy.The prices are right, to plug the METRO business.The Main shop to get help personally is very busy and no time for a difficult problem, although much of the time the staff is quite available and happy to serve you but only quickly, so have all information with you when you come.I hope & trust they can put more money into service. The small entrepreneurs shops cannot help you very much except to pay bills. However they will spend more time with you in helping.Im glad Ive gotten to vent. Its a big job to call in or get the website to be clear.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER NEVER GOING BACK! THE GENTLEMEN THERE WAS VERY RUDE DID NOT HELP AT ALL WITH MY ISSUE AND KEPT SENDING ME TO A DEALER STORE EVEN THOUGH HE WORKS AT A CORPORATE STORE! MANAGER AND HIM ARE IDIOTS RECEIVED MORE HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE THEN THESE TWO. ALSO I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT UPGRADE MY PHONE UNLESS I CHANGED MY NUMBER AND GOT ON THE 60 PLAN WHICH I DID NOT WANT TO DO. OVERALL WORST EXPERIENCE THEY NEED BETTER TRAINING OR BETTER WORKERS IN THERE.

I was sold a phone called an upgrade and they dont have my phone anymore. How is that an upgrade to a phone they dont carry anymore. So I dont qualify for the Metro Promise to pay.Very unhappy with the way I was treated last night. I am getting ready for surgery and the manager was bluntly laughing at me and talking to other representatives about me. I have been a customer since 2007 with 3 lines how can they not care? Or treat people that unprofessional?

Got a phone at the sale counter, staffs were patient, informative, know their task well. John was the sales person help on the purchase. They know customers first. Best experience at a metro store so far.

Update on my Yelp review. This store sold me a discontinued phone. So when I applied for insurance with a claim I did not receive same phone I originally brought a month ago. Very disappointed.They should have never sold me an discontinued phone period. All around bad customer service horrible experience with Metro PCs.

Went in to pay my bill. I was short 1 dollar. I had 4 quarters but the machine would not take quarters. I asked the gentlemen who was leaning on the counter if I could trade him four quarters for a dollar bill. He rudely replied no. I said are you serious? He again rudely talked back saying yep. Give me a break, you dont have a dollar bill to trade me so I can pay my bill? What a joke.
Store is under construction, very hard to find. Walked up at 6:58PM doors locked. Opened to let a customer out. Asked the manager Mikey to please help me out. I was here before their 7:00 PM close. He was a jerk. Dont go to this store, they must have bought the other ratings.

I do belive mike is the guy that helped me buy my stylo. NEVER GO TO THIS GUY. not intirely sure why hes still there but he persuades anyone under false pretenses to get more $ out of you, his work is at his best, a -2 and hes doesnt even do it in a way that hes even a little bit convincing. I reported him several times but metro pcs i guess just wants to keep him around? Its such a turn off when you dont trust your carrier.... Just saying.
Today was in the store to a new phone 3rd phone because the went out mike has the worst customer service let just say I would not tell anyone go to him however the best customer service comes from Jessica and roland they know what to do it may something dumb but they dont make up feel dum both of them take their time with every cutomer grat job to both of u ! I bought a phone to replace my old phone I was told I could return for a return within 6days I went the verrrrry next day to return the phone and was told Oh it has to be less then 1hour talk time however it was passed an hour talk time.so now Im stuck outta 180.00 because the rep that assisted me failed to provide this information from the initial time of purchase!!!
