Horrible customer service. I attempted to exchange a shirt that I bought less than a month ago and forgot my receipt. The woman was rude and tried to convince me that I bought the shirt a “long time ago”. Beyond that she told me that the return policy is seven days. I kept telling her I did not want to return the shirt for money or a credit, I wanted to exchange it for a bigger shirt or even apply that amount towards a different shirt. I can accept the no on the exchange, but the lady was very rude and nasty.
I came in looking for a specific pair of shorts that I needed for my birthday outfit. I’m not sure if he was Asian 😅and I didn’t catch his name, but he was super helpful and he knew exactly what I wanted. While he was looking for my size, I got a call to get back to work. He came out with multiple colors and I was super indecisive, but he kept a positive attitude through it all. I can’t thank him enough.
