Got an awesome pair of shoes!

Great service, and so friendly and helpful! Hannah knew the shoes we were looking at run small, and helped us find the perfect size and make a purchase. This was the fourth store we went to today, and hands down the best customer service. Thank you, Hannah!

Bought Ugg boots at this store 3 weeks ago, staff are pleasant and helpful

Very helpful staff. I called to make sure they had a pair of shoes I wanted, they did, and when I showed up they had them ready for me in my size. Ended up needing a side the didnt have in stock, so they ordered them for me and let me know exactly how long it should take to get them and what to do if they didnt work out. I felt like a very valued customer through the whole experience.

Just had an absolutely terrible experience with the Journeys at Tuttle. Maria the cashier refused the return of the unworn shoes I purchased online. Very unprofessional and unaccommodating, never shopping at Journeys again.

Expensive but decent stuff
