They had cute stuff but not the stuff i needed like i did on line plus there stuff is so expensive

My niece loves the clothing and accessories here. Usually can catch good sales and get anime related items here instead of buying online.

Cool store. Employees did not greet us or speak to us at all and they were not busy. Store had some cool merchandise but ended up leaving with nothing today. It was okay but not great.

Got great items to look at. My daughter likes going here to shop for tee shirts.

This store is one of their smaller locations, but I love their store and all the employees are nice and welcoming no matter who you are.

Very helpful staff! They had their covid regulations running smoothly and Ive never felt more at ease in a Hot Topic store (the capacity restrictions help the store feel less claustrophobic.) The cashiers were helpful with a Christmas gift exchange. Will definitely be returning!

Love the place sadly today things were in my size not my girls which its usually the other way around, and today was about her not me.

Its comparable to Spencers gifts in my opinion. I do not have one in the mall where I live so I go into this one to see their hot topic exclusive merchandise and there rock band t-shirts.

The 2 girls that work there were very helpful. I dont remember their names but one had red and black hair and one had all black hair. That probably doesnt help much. The one with red hair was supposed to go to an MCR concert

This locations assistant manager was acting like a tyrant toward her fellow employees. As I was shopping she kicked out a few black Friday shoppers. I was absolutely shocked. I thought she was joking maybe it was someone she knew. It was very apparent that was not the case.I would assume she needs some help, Im asking corporate to go and check on her and offer that site some assistance..

Always have a great choice of Anime clothing to choose from, along with TV themed clothing. Usually pretty good prices, but real good when there is a sell and excellent clearance prices. Very friendly and helpful employee.

The staff is super nice! I absolutely love hot topic, there are plenty of sales all the time especially on jewelry and tee-shirts. They also have a very nice range of stuff, from cups, to tee shirts, to make up. It is a little on the expensive side though.

The staff are really friendly and they keep it nice and tidy at this location. Love the people. But the plus sized merch options, quite frankly, suck, and you can save $2.50 a bottle on Arctic Fox hair dyes if you go to Sallys.

Havent been in a Hot Topic for several years and I was happy to visit this store. Great unique merchandise and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.

My teen daughter & I could spend hours in Hot Topic looking at everything they have. Prices are high, even with sales/deals. Lots of fad items, so inventory constantly changes. Sales associates are great (can only speak for Tuttle Mall location).

The employees here are always really nice. Good selection of merchendise. Prices are a bit high but thats what you generally find when you are buying fan wear. Its in a great location too.

Staff is nice, always have the hip, cool, hot things my teenage daughter wants. Alot has changed since yester year in my youth with Hot Topic, however that isnt the fault of the company as much is just changing of times and demands. How they cram that much stuff into such a small space, and charge 6000% profit on their Chinese made junk Ill never know. But we always have a good time when we do go.

It was pretty messy that day and hard to get around. They were restocking I guess, but Ive seen it done more gracefully elsewhere. Still, we found some cute tshirts.

Im not super excited about the gradual shift to pop culture rather than heavy metal. Maybe its just me. The staff always seems polite even if they cant accomodate my needs.

Always have a good experience when I go here. ive went here for years. last time I went it wasnt a good experience. the employee really upset me. no 1 greeted us when we got there. when they always do. we went there for 1 specific thing. as soon as we got there we saw the hoody we were looking for that was hanging on the wall that you needed the pole to get down. no one was on the floor to ask for help. it wasnt busy. everyone seemed to be behind the register & we were standing right next to the register. the pole was right by the hoodie, I worked for retail before so I went ahead & got the hoodie down (wasnt even that high up, there was something else above it that was even higher). & it was too small so I went to put it right back up. then a employee then wants to ask me if I need help I told her not anymore. she then started to take the pole from me & the hoodie. she started ranting & raving how that we arent suppose to use the pole & that they can get in trouble if we drop it & ruin anything & theyll be liable for it & theres people on the floor to help us blah blah blah. literally she never stopped talking. all I said was that 1 thing to her, that I didnt need help. I felt like she was confrontational & rude & all freaking out over something stupid? they werent doing their jobs. I was standing next to a bunch of socks, wow god forbid a sock fell! I had to get a attitude back with her & say okaaaaaay! & walk away from the situation because she was upsetting me so much so I wouldnt go off on her.

Very rude customer service. Used to be a decent store with helpful associates but unsure whats happened.The last visit I was here, all the employees were extremely rude and unwilling to help me look for the item I was there for. They automatically dismissed me like some dumb customer and treated me like I was an idiot as if I was wasting THEIR time. When I had asked to put something on hold the girl with different colored hair, who Im assuming is their new manager, flat out refused to and didnt give a reason why. Even worse, when you call to ask about anything they will act irritated on the phone and have zero product knowledge about whats actually in stock in their store.If this is how hot topic wants to treat their customers they will start losing them to Amazon. Corporate, please take note of these horrible people running this store. I sure wont return and will take my money and business elsewhere.
