I visited White of Dublin today to try on a Wona gown that they were able to have shipped to them from NYC per my request. The staff was very accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. I greatly loved my experience at White of Dublin. I walked in not knowing what style I wanted and left with the one. It was a perfect day and the wonderful staff helped me get there.

I felt like I should write this review for this store after they went out of their way to help me. I tried on my dream dress in a size far too large for me. However, since it was new to the line, they didnt have any other options for me AND I could not order the dress by my wedding date. The store allowed me to come back in and take measurements, facetime with a seamstress to walk me through the changes they could make, etc. Ultimately, I was able to find a dress much closer to my actual size but this store went out of their way knowing that I could have other options in ensuring that I could have my dream dress. The store is gorgeous and had the best selection of what I could consider more classy and elegant gowns. Good luck in your search, you will be in good hands with this staff.

Even if you live an hour away from Columbus like I do, you should still make the trip to White of Dublin. I looked for dresses at many locations and White was by far the best and most professional. They truly stuck to my budget and didn’t try to sell me on anything. You do need an appointment in advance and they require a credit card on file to solidify your appointment. They bring out champagne when you arrive and make you feel very special. We had the whole place to ourselves and made me feel like a princess. I tried on A LOT of dresses in my hour-long appointment and I did end up finding the one on my first appointment but did not buy that day. They just gave me their business card and said to call if I’d like to try it on again. I never felt pressured to buy the dress. When I did come back, they helped me with ordering the right size and gave me a list of preferred seamstresses in case I needed alterations. The whole experience was wonderful, and I was inclined to give them my business based on customer service and professionalism alone. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I can’t say enough nice things.

I had the best experience at White of Dublin!! I went to three other bridal salons and was not finding the dress or experience i was looking for. Roth, at White of Dublin, was so amazing!! Over the holidays I traveled to Columbus to visit family. While I was there I wanted to go wedding dress shopping with my grandmother and aunt. Other than the attentiveness she showed us she also pulled some really beautiful dresses, it didnt take much explaining for her to understand the style I was going for. My mother found White of Dublin because the boutique had a trunk show of my favorite designer. We scheduled our appointment for the weekend of the trunk show. I traveled to the boutique with my mother, mother-in-law, sister-in-law, and three of my aunts. I appreciated how the owners, Heather and Diane, only have one appointment at a time, rather than trying to serve several customers at once. We were immediately greeted by the owners, who were very friendly and asked if we would like Mimosas to drink. Heather and Diane were impressed with my research of the designer prior to the appointment. The ladies adorned the dressing room with my favorite designs by the designer. When I came out of the dressing room wearing the dress I ultimately chose, the boutique was filled with tears of joy, not only from my family, but the owners as well. Heather and Diane helped my family find a restaurant to eat lunch at, because we are not from the area. They also took it upon themselves to call the restaurant to make a reservation for us. Heather and Diane have created a bridal boutique where you can have the ultimate bridal experience. I highly recommend going to White of Dublin to all brides looking for the ideal bridal experience.

My consultant, Kelsey, was amazing! I was nervous as it was my first appt. and wasnt sure I would find something I loved in my budget ($2k-$3k). Turns out, I had nothing to worry about!! Everyone was super down to earth, not at all pushy and I had plenty of options in my budget. My appointment ended up running a little bit over because Im seriously indecisive, but they never once mentioned the time to me. I didnt even realize until my mom said something! They made me feel like I was the only bride in the store even though I wasnt. After taking a week to process, I went back and tried on more dresses...yes more!! Kelsey and the owner, Heather, were both amazing yet again and this time, I got my dress and veil! I cant wait for it to come in just so I can put it on again!!! Recently came to your store for my friends second appointment. Kelsey was our “stylist” and I was LESS than impressed. She had a very condescending tone which made us all feel we were not “good enough” to be there. Kelsey just made snide remarks throughout the whole visit. I fortunately was able to hunt down another bridal salon to try the dress on so we could get true feelings for the dress we think we love.

I had the most AMAZING experience at White of Dublin. I had been To one other store to look at dresses and let’s just say I was less than impressed. As soon as I walked into White of Dublin I was in love. This little boutique is the cutest! I met with Tori. She asked a few questions on what I was looking for and then We were able to browse. We were the only ones in the store which was so nice because you really got the attention and I was able to get that bridal moment that every girl wants. Not only was Tori accommodating to me but as well as the FIVE other people I brought. I was helped into every dress and was given the time I needed in each dress to really see if I liked them. Although this was not needed because I found my dress after the second one! Still Tori was patient and let me explore my options. Afterwards I tried on my dress (with the veil) and that was it. I said “yes to the dress” with the typical sign and champagne! Payment was easy and pickup was a breeze. It took about 5 months for me to get my dress. I am from out of town so they even held my dress for a couple extra weeks until I was able to make it into town. When I came in for pickup it was just as easy as trying on. I can not recommend this boutique enough! If you are in need of a wedding dress this should be your place to go! Thank you so much Tori!

The day I found out I was able to talk to someone at White of Dublin, they quickly directed me as to who to contact and get things worked out to ensure that I would get my order. We were asked to leave because there were “too many people already” I said I just want to look at the kind of dresses you have the women who works there said we have a minimum of $2000 and up. I felt discriminated for being a foreigner who chooses to cover and dress casually. From the moment I stepped out of the elevator into White of Dublin Bridal I was impressed. It was exactly the kind of place I was looking for. It was a beautiful, elegant showroom with a very large angled mirror to view your dresses. I went to a few that did not have this and let me tell you, not fun trying to pick out a dress without it! I worked with Heather, who was very welcoming and made me feel at home. She was very easy to work with and very helpful pulling dresses. She is actually the one who pulled the dress I ended up buying. I probably would not have pulled it myself, so go with an open mind! I cant say enough wonderful things about this place. I had the pleasure of meeting Kelsey at my appointment on 6/29, she was absolutely awesome! I went in with zero idea of what I wanted. She learned my personal style so quickly, we tried on so many beautiful sample dresses. I ended up purchasing a gorgeous Pronovias dress that day. The wait for my first fitting is killing me!The boutique itself is beautiful. I had been into other bridal shops in the area, with mass amounts of dresses shoved as tightly on to the racks as possible. 10 different brides and a million different sales people running around. I was the only one in the place, got a beautiful HUGE dressing room, huge angled mirrors to see the dresses. Champagne while we tried on, it was wonderful. Had an absolutely amazing experience at the White of Dublin! It is in a very nice second floor studio in Dublin, the elevator opens into the studio and since it is appointment only we had it all to ourselves. The consultant who helped us was kind, courteous, and gave great advice. She treated us very well even though we werent looking at the top end dresses. Their dresses are well maintained and they have many different styles. I would highly recommend this studio!

I came from out of town to this store since my wedding will take place in Columbus. Two of my bridesmaids and my mother joined me for a day of dress shopping. We started here and were greeted promptly, cheerfully and with mimosas! The boutique is immaculate and well decorated. Heather really listened to what I was looking for including my small budget. The custom appointments, quiet space kept me from feeling overwhelmed. Where to begin! White of Dublin offered such a unique and amazing wedding dress shopping experience. If you want to have an absolute blast, worth with Roth! Not only did he have an eye for fashion and trend, he understood my vibe perfectly and pulled dresses I ended up loving (even though I wouldnt have initially pulled them myself!). Roth made me feel like an absolute rockstar princess and tbh I was laughing the whole time! Such a treat :) Also, they did a really great job of helping me stay in budget which was important to me and my family as weddings can get so pricey. I definitely recommend coming to White of Dublin, you wont be disappointed!

If you are trying to avoid the bridal studios that feel like a cattle call (aka - herding large groups of women in and out... ), this is the place for you. The studio is gorgeous - very new and beautifully decorated. Its a wonderful intimate setting for brides and a few friends to shop for bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, etc. I went with my bridesmaids and mom to find bridesmaid dresses and it was amazing. Their selection isnt huge (like the bridal warehouses), but the items they do have are hand picked, and very well thought out. The service was excellent - the two ladies who run the place were so enjoyable and personable. Coming from someone who has been to a few of the places downtown (girls in white dresses/ big rock little rooster) the service at White was LEAGUES above these other studios. Classy, fun, NOT stuck up or rude. This place is a gem.

While my budget wouldnt allow for me to purchase a dress from this lovely shop, Diane and Heather have created a wonderful place for those who can afford the price of a designer dress.I came in off the street, never having heard of White of Dublin, and even though I had no appointment, they made me feel very welcome. Diane picked out a stunning dress, perfect for my figure, that made me feel more beautiful than I have probably ever felt in my life. Heather and she were very accomodating and didnt try to push anything on me, but were very knowledgable in dresses that would flatter my figure. Their stock of dresses is not large, like another reviewer said, but they are all stunning and of quality material.During the process of trying on dresses, I was brought champagne and a cheese/fruit tray was set out next to a plush sofa in a beautifully decorated room. They truly made me feel like royalty and were so warm.Heather worked the numbers as much as she could to get the dress down to a more affordable rate, but given our wedding date, it was just not possible for my fiance and I to pull it off on time. I was very tempted to push the wedding date back a full year to make the dress happen, partially because I loved these ladies and wanted to give them my business, an partially because I fell in love with the dress.If you have at least a $2,000 budget for your dress or some time to make payments before the big day (they do offer a payment plan, which is very nice), you MUST check out White of Dublin. I promise, even if you dont find the dress, you wont regret the experience.

We could not have been more pleased with our visit to this lovely shop in historic Dublin! I love Dublin and parking is a breeze! All of my friends say that this is a super must visit place for all brides-to-be! My Rock Star Stylist was very kind and helpful, encouraging and truly a treat to spend time with. She had me try on a lot of super gorgeous gowns and my stylist seemed to have a sixth sense about what dress would be mine. We also looked at the fashion in the sister shop, Off White--last year gowns, designer samples, etc. While I didnt find anything that worked for me at Off White, I was amazed at the selection and prices--you might get lucky! The super staff is kind, caring and professional--true bridal couture stylists who know what they are doing. They impressed me as having relationships with the designers, experience in weddings, patient with brides and extremely nonjudgmental. We all know that this is a stressful time for brides and their entourage (including Mom (lol), and this boutique is very, very kind and patient. God knows, while I should have been snipped at, my stylist just laughed it off. My mom said I should have been slapped. LOL. There are also several excellent restaurants (with bars) within feet of the shop where you can go and think about things, and a super cool courtyard. We met Daddy at one of them after the day. My fiance is from Atlanta, so I am going to The White Magnolia to see if anything jumps out and bites me. Im still deciding, but cant wait to go back for another look! Oh, and the appointments at White of Dublin are very private and personal. I liked that. I just hope everyone has a super fun time like we did. I do not have anything but glowing things to say about White of Dublin and the fabulous owners, Heather and Diane. I actually live in Chicago but was in Columbus visiting family/friends so my mom made an appointment at White and Im so glad she did! Upon our arrival Heather greeted us with champagne, let us walk around the store, and began telling us about some of the designers. The boutique is very beautiful and upscale but still manages to be very warm and inviting. White only takes one appointment at a time so we had the whole boutique to ourselves - the personalized service and attention was wonderful! They carry a number of unique, carefully chosen designers that I hadnt seen elsewhere, even in a big city like Chicago. Heather and Diane are so passionate about what they do and the designers they work with and it really shows. I was pretty sure I had already found a dress on a previous shopping trip, but I was proved wrong when I saw their beautiful, unique gowns! After trying on a few dresses Heather brought me a gorgeous Sassi Holford gown that I had passed by as I wasnt sure I would like it. A lot of times its difficult to see a dress on a hanger and know what it will look like on, but Heather had really listened to me and knew exactly what I was looking for and that I would love the dress. When I put it on I felt so beautiful and I loved it more than I thought I could ever love a dress. I wanted a bit of time to make my final decision so Heather even let me come back the next day to try it on again and I purchased the dress!!! I cannot wait to wear the dress on my wedding day and I know I never would have found it without the help of White of Dublin, Heather, and Diane! I feel so lucky! I had went through a horrible dress experience with “Elegant Bride” and was recommend to this company to get the same dress. I felt very pressured and a lot of anxiety after my situation. My day at the shop was ok. I Was asked to leave a review and I told the ladies I would wait once I received my dress since the last company ripped me off $2,700. I never got to be the bride that held that fancy sign saying I found my dress, I know whah whah..but that matters. I was already upset over the entire situation and Hated being where I was and I know it wasn’t their fault but I had numerous phone calls that made me feel obligated into coming there. I loved my dress and I’m so Thankful I had the means to be able to purchase it and spend even more money than the first. I was already down in the dumps and they knew the situation. I was just hoping my second experience would have been better

I wish I would have contacted White of Dublin sooner, it would have saved me a lot of time and a lot of headaches.I contacted White with concerns with the Sassi Holford dress I had already bought from a different store. I was unsure that the dress I had was exactly what I had wanted for my wedding.Tori not only responded within minutes, she also was able to give me advice on some other Sassi Holford dresses that I may like. She went above and beyond by having my original Sassi dress sent in along with the other one I was interested in so I could be sure I was able to make the right decision on purchasing a different dress.Not only were the employees very professional, they welcomed us in a manner that made me feel much more comfortable than my other experiences. Tori was able to offer her opinions on how I acted in each dress which helped me make my decision to go with a different dress that I was glowing in!To sum up my entire visit in one word, AMAZING.
