Dublin Bridal saved me! I had a dress and then lost a lot more weight than I intended. With little time remaining, I went to pretty much every store in Columbus to see who had a size 2 they would sell off the rack. I found a dress I loved at Dublin Bridal and they let me purchase the floor sample. The staff was so helpful and understanding. And my dress was perfect!!!

I cannot accurately put into words how AMAZING my experience was at Dublin Bridal. They were aware upfront that I had gotten a dress from another shop, but ultimately it was not my dress. I felt so understood by the consultants and felt no pressure. I actually had two appointments with them because Sarah Marie encouraged me to sleep on it and come back. Just because of that, I knew this is the boutique I would get my dress. I set up a second appointment with Susan (which they worked so we’ll and seamlessly might I add) to accommodate it. Ultimately, Susan was my fairy godmother and helped find everything I wanted in THE dress. I felt so at home with both consultants. The owners are so incredibly sweet. I could write an entire novel on how much this experience meant to me. Make sure you stop by Dublin Bridal if you are in the market for your dream dress.

I loved how I had the chance to view the dress as she would ask my opinion on each dress before showing it to my family. I was very excited and anxious for this big day to find the dream dress for my wedding. This was the first place I made an appointment at and so happy I did! My experience with Gardenia was exceptional. I first loved that I had a private fitting area. My mom, sister in law, and sister had an area to sit and await for the curtain to open. I had a private large changing room. I liked the space and privacy. Gardenia helped me pick dresses I thought I would like and flatter my figure with keeping in mind styles I showed interest in. What I really loved, was before she opened the curtain to show everyone, she asked my opinion first. I really appreciated the time to soak in what I thought before eyes were upon me. Gardenia was overall just helpful in many ways and answered all my questions to make this day exciting and fun! I can’t wait to work with them as I get some alterations and other fittings for the perfect dress! I highly recommend Dublin Bridal!

Sarah Marie was an amazing help! This was actually my first shop and a spur of the moment trip and I ended up buying my dream dress. I had been looked for a store that had this one dress I wanted to try for about 2 months and finally it had arrived for a trunk show at Dublin Bridal. I drove from Dayton just to see what this dress (and of course others) looked like. I had to go solo that day and new I couldn’t make a purchase with my mom or sister. Sarah Marie was so kinda to stay later the next evening so that we could come back. She was very knowledgeable and had an answer to every question. This was truly a great and fun experience!

Susan, the lady we worked with had a very disingenuous attitude. She was fake and made me feel like I was an inconvenience just being there. I was uncomfortable since we walked in. She asked me for my price range and I told her I didn’t really have one. I wanted to try dresses on and see what I liked. I wanted to look at both off the rack dresses & in shop dresses. She looked at me like I was crazy. Then I mentioned how my mother wasn’t able to be there with me to try on dresses and she made a snarky comment about that. She was somewhat helpful but clearly only there for us to buy a dress and get out. I ended up finding a dress, but had to call my mother first since she was the one buying it. She rolled her eyes and made me feel guilty for not buying it right then and there. Just overall poor people skills. I was actually disappointed that I found the dress I wanted there, because I truly didn’t want to give her my business. I came back to actually purchase the dress and her personality flipped completely. She was happy and congratulated me and gave me a hug like we were besties. It was super weird. Overall- I’m sure I would have given this place 5/5 stars if I had someone different helping me. The dress selection was great, the place was cute, clean and inviting, and the prices weren’t bad at all. I just can’t shake the uninviting feeling I got from Susan and am very disappointed with the appointment because of that.

I booked an appointment with Dublin Bridal for my wedding dress. They had plenty of options and the consultant made me feel very comfortable while trying on dresses. I tried on probably 5-6 dresses and knew one of them I tried on was the one. They kept in contact as needed and had everything ordered timely. I would definitely recommend!

Dublin Bridal was AMAZING. After going to another well known bridal shop in town and not having a very good experience I was nervous about going to another dress shop. I had been on a marathon sprint to find my dress and even with a high budget was having no luck after visiting 5 other shops until I came here. I highly recommend you stop by!

I have been to 4 other bridal salons prior to coming to Dublin Bridal and it was by far the best experience. It’s a small and intimate store and I felt like I was having my own private dress fitting with no one else in the store. Susan was the best consultant, she didn’t push me to getting a dress, gave me her honest opinions and knew exactly what I was looking for. Dublin Bridal found great dresses for both my sister and me (we both are getting married within a year of each other!). And it’s super cool to go to a place where the women there listened to our yeses and no’s and steered us to dresses we both love! Alterations haven’t happened yet, but one of us will drop another review about that process too. I came because I wanted to “see what was out there” and then alter my mom’s dress accordingly, but walked out with something totally different and it fits my personality spot-on. So glad I came to visit.

From start to finish, my consultant was so nice and amazing with my family and I. I couldn’t of asked for a smoother experience picking out my dream dress. I will recommend to anyone and everyone.

EDIT: They business issued me a refund and asked me to remove my review. Im happy they were able to correct the issue monetarily, but hope they fix the technology and staff issue. I cannot speak to the quality now, only that they did respond promptly to my problem.I had scheduled two appointments for wedding dress shopping. Fortunately for me, I found my dress at the first store before visiting Dublin Bridal. I was looking through my email to find the cancellation email to cancel my appointment to see how much it was going to be (not to actually cancel). I clicked on the link but it didnt load to I planned on still coming to my appointment. I thought I could pivot the appointment to my bridesmaids or maybe try on some fun dresses Id never pick. I showed up at my appointment time to them saying I cancelled and already charged my card. I never received any confirmation that I cancelled and didnt hear anything from them, they just charged my card. The woman I spoke with was very condescending and talked to me like I was stupid. I should have just acted like I didnt find a dress and wasted their time. I would have considered Dublin Bridal for bridesmaid dresses but with how rude they were, I wont recommend them to anyone or go back.

My story is a little different. I was supposed to be at another bridal venue but I couldnt find it. I map quested the other venue and it directed me to Dublin Bridal. When I arrived the associate was vacuuming. I explained that I didnt have an appointment. She said she had no appointments and to take a look around. She was very nice and accommodating. I only tried on one dress and I knew it was the one for me. I am going to be a beautiful bride.

Just purchased the most beautiful dress at Dublin Bridal! My consultant was so sweet and helpful! I love that Dublin Bridal encourages you to create a portal prior to your visit in which you can favorite dresses that you love! You can choose the things about a dress that you would like (sweetheart neckline, A-line, beading, etc.). When I arrived, the consultant reviewed this information with me and we started pulling dresses! The dresses that I favorited online were all in the main room, but there were also dresses that were a tad cheaper that we pulled as well from another section of the store. I will say I spent a lot more than I thought I would spend on a wedding dress! All of the ones I loved were over $1,500. You can your own little room for you to try on your dresses with a curtain. And, if you have guests... they can sit directly outside of the space. We brought drinks to make mimosas and they provided small drinking glasses for this that were already sitting there ready for use. I will say the experience did feel a tad rushed; however, Im not indecisive and can make a decision rather easily, so it wasnt a huge issue for me. My mom, sister, aunt and cousin were my guests and they were freaking out a little by the time restraint. I had to kind of get them in check, which was a tad stressful. The consultant remained super calm and kind throughout these couple of moments. You get 90 minutes and the next bride comes in straight away, so the appointments are very much back-to-back. Be sure to be on time! I was 20 minutes late because I got stuck in a 45-minute-long Starbucks line, so it was really my fault. But, 90 minutes still is not a lot of time for a big decision. I would say that was the only critique I would have. Luckily for me, the next bride was late as well! Once I chose my dress, my consultant asked me if I was saying yes to the dress, and she was happy to cheer me on! She provided a sign stating I found my dress and was happy to take pictures for us. She checked us out and gave me some pink moscato to celebrate with, along with a little bag with a few goodies (slippers, ring tray/holder). Then she offered to take our pictures out by their flower wall, which is super cute. Great place to get a wedding gown overall! Do recommend! Oh, and she was super kind and helpful during the actual trying on experience - she will help you get in and out of the dresses and make sure you are comfortable! She never once appeared impatient or annoyed with me, which I appreciated so much.

I set up an appointment for this past weekend and they scheduled me for the wrong day so I showed up along with my grandma who traveled 2 hours to get there and they couldn’t take me. Normally I would be more understanding but the person that was helping me made me feel stupid in front of my family and made it seem like I scheduled it wrong when I didn’t. I’m sad this was my first dress fitting experience.

I wasnt sure i was going to find my dress here but I found the most beautiful Dress that fits my fantasy . I loved the experience and wish any Bride to have the same. I didnt feel pressured to make a decision, and I felt like she knew what I was looking for.

I went dress shopping here today with very high expectations after everything Ive seen on Facebook. My consultant was very rude. She only picked a few dresses and hurried me to make a decision. The store was also not what I was expecting at all.

Sarah Marie was the one who helped me find the perfect dress! Most places told me that everything looked good on me and we kinda fake, with you guessing on the prices. Dublin bridal was the opposite. They made sure I loved the dress and were honest with me on what looked the best on me when I asked. They prices were all on the dresses, as well as every color it came in. The store was super clean, and beautiful!

I had the best experience at Dublin Bridal! The first appointment I had was just a few of my bridesmaids to get a taste for what I wanted, and with the help of Susan we found my perfect dress. A week later, I went back with my mom, future mother in law, and sister to show them the dress I loved and it was even better than the first time! Susan was a great help, incredibly fun, and supportive at such a special moment! So happy with how everything went!

My mum and I came to browse, and ended up being the only ones there. Susan was working and was an absolute delight. She encouraged me to try on dresses, and I decided “Why not!”. My mum and I picked out a few, and after a couple I tried on, Susan brought in a dress. I thought I’d found the one from one of the dresses my mum and I had picked, but when I tried on the last dress (that Susan had brought in), I instantly knew it was my wedding dress, no question about it.I cried, my mum teared up, and then Susan even picked out the perfect veil and headpiece.I went into Dublin Bridal just to browse, and ended up finding the absolute dress of my dreams. I went to Dublins Bridal and I absolutely LOVED the dress I said yes to and the store! There were no doubts in my mind at all. I went to Davids Bridal and Henris, where I walked away feeling disappointed and gutted by the staff, selection, and pressure.Susan, my stylist, was beyond helpful! She helped me get changed into each dress and said how it honestly looked on my body. I really appreciated that she wasnt just a yes person, it was obvious that she really cared about what dress I was getting. My wedding was only two months away, so I knew I was walking in with fewer options, but Dublin Bridal and Susan brought me plenty of quality dresses that looked great!!You walk into a bridal suite, with plenty of enough space for your guests and yourself! The bride (or bridesmaid!) goes behind a curtain with a stylist who helps you get dressed. They clip the dress so it fits you snug and you say what YOU think first, so you have your own opinion before your bridal party does! I loved that because it gave me time to think about what I actually DID like, or what I actually DIDNT! They also make you feel special without pressure OR stress!!I am so happy I found this store, I immediately recommended it to a future bride based on my wonderful experience!

First time shopping at the Dublin Bridal, Getting some ideas to look online before going into the store was beneficial. The lady was lovely, helpful, and we had an excellent time to look around the dresses. I did say Yes to Dress!! I was thrilled, and I cant wait to wear it on the wedding day.

The staff was kind and so helpful. They helped me feel not so overwhelmed and when I went back to pick up my dress and try it on again they gave me their undivided attention! They are a great team!

Not only did I find my DREAM a dress but Susan was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. kept reminding me that it was MY a day and whatever I wanted is what mattered the most. I cannot recommend this store enough! I am not someone who enjoys shopping and I was preemptively dreading wedding dress shopping, especially since I am a decidingly curvy girl. Dublin Bridal has a wide selection of dresses available in different sizes to try on - I never felt like I was too large to be there!Susan was amazing to work with and I am so lucky she was assigned to me. She is knowledgeable about the inventory, asks the right questions to find out what you like, listens carefully, and genuinely seemed to care about me. For only knowing her for a total of 1.5 hours at the end, I was 100% comfortable with her. I found the perfect dress and it was one that Susan encouraged me to try on - I wouldnt have picked it myself!Place was clean, had a great set up for trying on dresses with guests, was COVID safe, and reasonably priced. Absolutely worth the trip!!!

I found my dream dress at Dublin Bridal. The staff was absolutely amazing! They took the time to fully understand the style I was looking for and picked great dresses to try on. I never felt rushed. I actually felt like the entire store was open just for me and my wedding. I cannot say enough great things about this shop! Highly recommend.

After an unsuccessful and unpleasant visit to another popular Columbus bridal salon, we walked into Dublin Bridal and could immediately tell this would be a much more positive experience. Susan and staff were super friendly and helpful and made sure the entire appointment was upbeat and fun. We found my dress and had the best time doing it.
