I ordered a 93” PB slipcover couch on January 11th from this store. I was told it would take about 6 weeks to get it, maybe even sooner. I received an email from Pottery Barn on week 8 letting me know that it would still be another 4 weeks. The customer service I spoke to, wasn’t very helpful that time, and I had to wait.I Received my couch on April 3, 12 weeks after I ordered it. However I did not receive the couch I ordered. I received a couch with down feathers, and not the microfiber/memory foam version (which I did order). They did not get the order correct. This would not be a big deal, but someone in my household is allergic to feathers. I called customer service again, and was told they could take the couch back and I could “order another one”, and would have to wait another 6 weeks. I asked to speak to a manager, but was hung up on, and had to call back again. I finally spoke to a manager, and they told me to throw out the feather cushions and they would send the memory foam version. The only catch, it could take up to another 6 weeks to get.A few days later I received the bill for the entire couch, but I didn’t have a complete couch. Which in my opinion is tacky and rude. Anyway, it took those cushions another 4 weeks to show up.After this 16 week ordeal was over, I called customer service back and asked about restitution for the delays, the wrong product and all of the inconvenience, and I was hung up on. So that’s where I’m at. I know people will still buy from this company, and that I am one story. I just hope this doesn’t happen to you too.

The choices are great. The quality is very good. The sales associates set the bar for every other stores associates.

Nicole, Stephanie, and Jill did an amazing job decorating the AC Hotel Columbus Dublin for the holidays. The three women spent the entire day beautifying our hotel. Everything looks stunning and incredibly well done. Nicole, who headed the project, has been extremely professional, organized, and friendly. We will definitely work with this store again.

High quality interior design decor. The store has limited offerings compared to online but they are more than willing to help out. They have alot of sales but are very limited to in store and certin products ect. Overall great solid stuff. Pricey but well worth it!

Dina is a GEM! She assisted me in locating and item in her store that was sold out online and in every store in the USA. She even gave me phone numbers to other locations to locate an additional item! A five star experience! Happy holidays Dina!
