I rarely leave reviews. However my experience at this particular Mattress Firm was amazing! Connie helped us out and educated us about the different forms of support for our sleeping types. I particularly needed a a very supportive mattress for my bad back. I also mentioned how I was on a low budget since I am a college student. Connie did a great job at finding something that worked well for me at such an amazing price. Definitely happy with my experience! Not only is she super friendly she is also very accommodating to my particular needs!

Had a great experience working with Jacob today. He is very knowledgeable and patient with us. We just bought our second mattress from this store. Howard Winsel, who previously served our country in the armed forces, sold it to us. From the minute he answered the phone until it was delivered, Howard was a professional in the truest sense of the word. The delivery crew that picked up our old mattress and boxed springs was courteous and professional. We had a few hurdles that happened that we as a customer created, but they fixed everything with joy and honor. This was my second stellar experience at this store.
