Went for oil change but ended up getting charged more. Was never told that they had to break the cap and expects me to pay for it. If they had told me they couldnt open it then I would have just gone to another place. Never had this kind of problem before. The cap is too tight and had to break it? Then expects me to pay for it? Definitely wont go to this place because they will just create more problems and make me pay for it. I was told wait time will be 2hours but ended up waiting almost 3hrs.

Toyota on-line site is not very descriptive or detailed...ordered one part of a set...Jose in Parts Dept was able to check parts availability & order the correct set & have the parts ready to pick up the next day...Awesome service !!!

They are working on Sunday. booked before via online for 5000 miles toyota care service and they welcomed me and returned my car after 1 hour with car wash.

Didnt go to the service center but I checked out some new cars for sale. Dont use the hand sanitizer because it smells awful. It will wont wash off with soap and water. No big deal though. They were very helpful and no pressure. Ill be back.

I am a regular customer here and I have always had great service. I had Sonja and she went above and beyond in every category. She gave the best service I have ever received and was genuine and friendly. When I get my car serviced, they are straight forward and very good communicators. Getting text or call updates are very convenient as well. Would recommend.

Five stars for customer service. If you aren’t 100% satisfied they know how to deal with that until you absolutely are 100% satisfied. That “know how” is clearly coming from the top leadership at the shop and being rewarded in individual associates. IMHO
I have owned several Toyotas and done most of my services there. I have found them pretty easy to work with, online appointments, broad hours, lots of service lanes, email/text notifications, detailed report of everything they did and tire/brake levels. So you get a lot for your money even if it may be more sometimes.

Setting up the appointment yesterday for the tire rotation but the service manager declined to provide the service due to a non Toyota vehicle. Thank you for wasting my 30 minutes of time to bring my car there. I would not come if I called twice few days before to make sure my car could be serviced there. Reason of not able to service the vehicle was the tires cannot be mounted to their machine is really absurd. I am glad of not having the service there because of their service manager incompetency.
Quick service and the repairs here have always been first rate. May not be the very cheapest, but prices seem reasonable to me.

This Toyota service center really did a great job helping my fiance with her prius problems with the instrument cluster even though I pointed out what was wrong to them Im sure they would have figured it out theyre very much services oriented. And worked with us on a rental car for the cost of the repair everyone was happy . Thank you Toyota for taking care of another life long customer.

Always seems to be upselling the customers the expensive service. Came in for an oil change, the service coordinator tried to talked me into getting a $1,000 service. Not the first time this happened.

Very disappointed. This used to be a great place. Until about two years ago I would have rated this place five star. Have been a customer for over a decade but off late have received nothing but bad treatment. Customer is the king. Customer writes your paycheck. Being disrespectful to customers never serves businesses.Hope they use this feedback constructively. Some training for employees about how to talk to customers may help them.

Charged me high for duplicate servicing. After investigating today the very high bill of around 1200 USD they charhed for my 75000 miles service done at Dublin Toyota 2 months ago ( because no other Center I had to pay so high), I got to know that not only was labor charge too high, they duplicated a 60000 mile service activity which was already done by Daly City Toyota during the 55000 mile service. This explains why the bill almost reached 1200. They duplicated the same activity and labor charge associated with it. I will never go to Dublin Toyota again. The other centers which I did from like Daly City, Apple Valley and Tracy were fine and prices were reasonable too.

Those in the office cannot give an explanation. I asked them if they spoke Spanish. They said nooo .. they should have someone who speaks Spanish. The advertising on TV is supposed to be in Spanish. The rest of the service was fast, my car left much earlier ..
You must make an appointment first. If you dont make an appointment, you may have to take the car in the afternoon.
