All and all I like Harbor Freight. Not everything there is top of the line... but you come across some winners.

We needed a pump and found what we needed. Paid. In and out under 5 minutes. Theyre Great!!!

Would be great if they had the products I called and asked about instead of driving there to be told oh no they are all gone.Staff is very sweet and friendly but their inventory sucks

Great store with friendly employees. I went here to get some tools to work on a car. The prices and assortment of tools are hard to beat. I spent a fraction of what I would have at most other stores. Also in a great location right off the highway.

I might not be spelling her name correctly, but you will be extremely fortunate of she is working when you visit. Harbor frieght is a hidden gem. There is a wide selection of everything from paint, tools electric, plumbing, trailer, auto etc at very impressive prices. Plenty of helpful staff that ask you what they might be able to help you with if needed. Also always have sales going on

As long as you understand the cost and quality of tools is on par with each other. I would not buy power tools there, but there are a lot of good things to be found.

So, I broke a Pittsburgh breaker bar and an extension this weekend trying to free a frozen bolt. Thing is, I bought these tools by mail order (yeah, mail order) at least 30 years ago. Today, the Harbor Freight store in Woodridge just replaced them. Free. No hassle. Amazing.

They were extremely helpful and had exactly what I wanted.

Service to get large items is a little slow so if you know you want something big request it early on your shopping trip so you dont hold up the line. Good deals on some more affordable must haves for your next project.

Best place to find obscure, cheap and good tools. Better than bigger brand stores like the Orange and Blue ones. They have things that most stores dont even carry such as creepers and left handed drill bits.
