Really friendly and helpful both in store and during delivery. Salesman took us around and was concerned about my budget and scheduling delivery. He listened to feedback and gave me a good deal. Delivery people were on time, fun to talk to while waiting in elevator and were very flexible in making drop off during scheduled window.

We visited the store on Ogden in Downers Grove. We already had an idea of what we wanted in two mattresses but received additional assistance from Meghann, her suggestions were extremely helpful and we took her advice. She was very professional and the store experience was wonderful. The delivery experience is the best Ive ever received in having Furniture delivered. They were able to deliver it on the day they said they would the follow-up and the notices when they were coming were excellent. I must say other companies should follow their plan. The two individuals that removed our old mattresses and brought our new sets in were extremely careful maneuvering it up to the second floor. Cant say enough about those two delivery people. As far as the product goes weve only had it one day but so far seems wonderful. Highly recommend this store.

I think the most important part of buying a mattress is working with a knowledgeable, professional and caring staff.My experience working with sales person to help me to find a suitable mattress been very positive.The first mattress I bought didn’t work for me so I ran it by the sales person I bought it from and he asked me to come back to find something that will work for me. I have selected a new one and I hope all goes well this time around.

Angela was patient and informative. The store appears to have a full array of products and all major brands. The pricing is competitive. If you leave here unhappy, its because you didnt put the work in. Buying a bed is a serious endeavor, but if youre doing business with good people it can also be fun. These are good people.

Another fast moving mattress store on every corner in America. That will sink faster than the Titanic ship cheap mattresses sold at 3000 percent mark-up. Do yourself a favor and go to reputable place that will still be there in a few years.🤔

Although we didnt work with the actual store manager, as she was on vacation, we did work with a fantastic traveling manager, Mark Fennell. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, understanding, and respectful of our budget, our needs, and our three kids that we dragged with us 45 minutes before store closing on a Saturday night! We couldnt be happier with our customer service experience with Mark and are thoroughly looking forward to having more sleeping space with our new king size mattress from Mattress Firm!

Father went here asked about a mattress bag they acted like they didn’t know what he was talking about. What do you guys sell again? Lombard had plenty not sure why this location didn’t. Avoid the big old guy.

The lady who worked here made me feel so terribly uncomfortable! Aggressively selling in a very rude way. So many awkward comments i ended up leaving even though my bed at home is broken and im back on the hunt for a replacement 😕
