We’ve always been treated nice. Even when we wanted to convert our pool from Baquacil to chlorine cuz of cost, they understood and helped with the process.Only problem is they’re only down south, we need one up here in New Castle County, there are NO good pool stores up here.

When I go to dover pool they get what I need and even haul it to the car. I am 74 and have a heart condition some days I cannot even go outside. Five stars for them. They have gone the extra mile to make my visit there easier.

We went there to talk to someone about getting a pool on Saturday afternoon in August. They only had one salesman and he was already busy with someone else. We waited 20 minutes for help, got none, then left. Wont be returning.
