They are awesome! I bought a mattress there a year and a half ago. I’ve had to replace it twice now, never did I ever realize that a mattress was covered under a warranty. Anyways, long story short, the customer service skills that you get there, you will not ever get anywhere else! They are polite, friendly, and will always go the extra mile to be sure you are happy from start of purchase to delivery!

Ross was great! We ordered furniture for an addition we were getting done. With all the delays for COVID, the addition took longer than expected. Ross held our furniture for over 6 months at no cost to us. When we were ready for delivery, they were so fast to deliver, and set up was done quickly. The furniture is BEAUTIFUL and very well made, and prices were extremely reasonable. Everyone we worked with was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Ross furniture was an absolute delight to work with! First off they came in with BY FAR the best price for the couch I was looking for. Saw the exact couch I wanted at some major retail stores Josh hands down had the best deal - not to mention awesome customer service! I had to reschedule the delivery three times (which Im sure was beyond annoying) and they had no problem with making the rearrangement! I also bought my mattress from here and I could not be happier with it! Can’t preach it enough - SHOP LOCAL and if you’re looking for any new furniture, do yourself a favor and check out Ross before you make a purchase elsewhere!!!!ALSO everyone that comes over flips out about how comfortable the couch is! 10/10 recommend!!!

Ross Furniture epitomizes the charm and customer service that often comes with a family owned business. This store never fails to accommodate my myriad of needs as an interior decorator. I have worked for years with Josh and he is incredibly helpful. All staff/family are helpful and downright pleasant. Its a great atmosphere and you quickly get the feeling that you are amongst friends and family.Earlier this week, I went to five furniture stores in search of a couch. It became clear to me that, due to Covid supply chain disruption, there would be no couch in my clients near future. I then decided to drive to Dover to see what Ross Furniture could do for me. Within 30 minutes I found the perfect sofa, was able to buy it off the floor (which no furniture stores are doing now) and came under budget. You cant ask for more than that!

Great place, this is where we go for all of our furniture or mattress needs.I tried multiple furniture stores throughout the seacoast, and this was the one I felt the most comfortable at, and the one I decided to purchase my furniture from when I first moved here 4 years ago.Ross furniture is a wonderful family-owned business that provides excellent customer service, and has some really nice reasonably priced furniture.
