🚨BUYER BEWARE🚨My husband and I put money down for a BMW July 2020. Several months later they told us we could not get a vehicle because I do not work. (I am a stay at home mom). We told them we want our $1,000 deposit back we put down the day we were there. I spoke to Ramon several times. He told me he saw our name on the list and if I did not have my check by June 3rd to call back and he would call accounting. Well I call several times a day and leave messages...I never hear back from these people. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I AM CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!I have called and left messages on the 2 phone numbers on your website. I gave Ramon my new address...its a Pa address.

Walked into this brand new dealer, not knowing what to expect or where to go, walked in and seen mr Andre with a customer, talked to him left him my details and he called me back later and explained everything to me and I came back and expressed to him what I was looking for, he was insisted on not taking my money making him different from all the other companies, and 3 days later told me come in do all the paperwork and walked out in a brand new baby with only 107k on the dash, he even saved me some money on my down payment, great deal gotta check this place out.
