Many products that you cannot get in a chain drug store, but the reliable lines of beauty products are not consistently available. I like shopping like a hair stylist and enjoying some perks as a frequent flyer. The issue is that the store is understaffed and the sales staff is not particularly knowledgeable or friendly. I’m looking for advice but it wasn’t there. So sorry, only 2 stars. Also, it’s kinda gritty.

Great beauty store offering a wide selection of products with well stocked shelves. The store is clean and organized which makes it easy to shop or find what youre looking for. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful making the customer service experience pleasant.

So I checked out Sally beauty store yesterday very clean organized must say Great experience not a big selection for Beard oil and beard wash But the products are great a big shout out to Jess for helping me and being very Pleasant and welcoming.

This place is NEVER open!! I’ve come here 3 times in the middle of the day and the door is locked with the lights on. How can you get service or product if they are not open? Hire some people that want to work please. Shoot hire me...I have plenty of management and sales experience.

I have had been a customer for a long time and it is the only store i can feel comfortable in getting my hair supplies and seeing results from the product itself.. I get compliments around town asking where i got my hair done and what i use, and i tell them also that makes good samples of what i can do which is a really good sales and show for my creativity and style so overall i get word of moyth w the results of the products that sallys has. Just am upset that because the covid cirus i am desperate in need for sallys to open back up... Not only the online, byt the store so i can talk to a sales consultant

Sally is s great store!Ladies that want great hair products this is the place to go. Prices are very affortable. And employees are very nice and helpful.

I have often used Sally Beauty Supply Store for my hair products. I love the variety of things they carry for Natural Hair. I also love the knowledgeable staff that is there. Most of all I Love my Club Card it saves me money.

Ive always gone to this Sallys beauty store since it opened and today my little sister and I had a very frustrating experience. While checking out the girl that was at the cash register, small girl with curly hair, tan skin, I did not catch her name, began to accuse my little sister. She first asked her if she was going to get the product that my sister was looking at before and said she swear she saw her shove it up her sleeve. My little sister shocked, confused asked her what she was talking about, she had not taken anything. But the girl continued to accuse her in a harsh voice, meanwhile my sister is shaking her arms showing her she did not take anything. Still the girl continued to accuse her. At this time I just wanted to leave everything I was going to purchase and leave. The girl never even sincerely apologized for the embarrassment she just made us go through. I am truly I unsatisfied with our experience. This happened at the Sallys Beauty in Dover,DE next to the new weight watchers.
