Mercedes and John are both very compassionate and kind people. They have the best customer service by far Ive ever experienced. They do a great job informing customers about information for their vehicle & the services and repairs provided. I was very impressed by their customer focus, while providing great services much more affordable than big chain competitors. They truly care about their customers and their vehicles. The attention to detail demonstrated at this shop far exceeded my expectations. It felt as if the serviced my vehicle like it was their own. I had my radiator fan replaced. They got it done faster than expected, and I paid less. Installed a pre-bought part too. Significantly less than other repair shops. Will be going there in the future for all needs.

I am from New Mexico and had a car that had an electrical issue that my local dealer tried to fix. The young lady that owns the place said and she did in less than one hour at a great price. I wish theyd move near me!! Great people

I have only had one time of doing business with this company so far, and it was a very good experience. My car would not start and they came to the house and hooked the car up to test for problems at no cost. The next day, after deciding it was the battery, thay delivered the battery to my house and put it in at a very reasonable price. I plan on making them my regular place to go for car maintenance.

I had a problem with my alternator and I was at the museum next door. I called the dealer and they said they could fix it but Id have to leave it all day and I didnt want to do it. I saw this little shop and I ask them if they would look at it and they tested it and gave me this detailed report on my cars condition and I had them fix it. The bill was much less than I expected, so I called the dealer and they quoted 4 times the price I paid. I always thought dealers cheated women, now I am sure. I think this is a place where a woman can get a fair deal because its female owned! Can i give it 10 stars?

Got a Saturday appt and took vehicle there for first time. My vehicle problem was diagnosed, parts delivered, replaced and was out of there in approx 2 hrs. They explain everything, show you the worn out parts vs the new parts. Repair bill most reasonable that I gave seen in a long time. Would highly recommend. I will be going back.
