Do not take your car here.. got a oil change, just too find out they never put the oil cap back on. Now theres oil all over Engine and the filter are cover with oil and now my a/c smelling bad.. went back to talk with the owner, the owner was very Hostile and very disrespectful tell me to shut the f up. Got so hostile the cop was called.. he refused to give a refund.. in all dont take your car here.

Very unprofessional..got my pil changed 1 week ago from today and they never placed my oil cap back on my engine so 1 week later my car is smoking, everytime I turn my AC on im breathing in oil stench because theres oil everywhere also oil behind my grill and pools of oil spilling out from under my hood...bring it back to speak with the owner he became hostile and cursing out my boyfriend and I cops were called due to him being so hostile with us....I asked for a refund and was denied it and told to bring my car elsewhere...EXTREMLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT ACCOMMODATED at all...DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

First, I have to say this review has nothing to do with this businesss ability to repair vehicles. It has EVERYTHING to do with customer service, or in this case...lack thereof. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday afternoon, but nobody looked at it until Saturday. I was never told it would take 4 days before it was diagnosed. A couple days after I had dropped the car off, I stopped in to retrieve something from the trunk. Well, this turned into a half hour adventure. Nobody could find my keys. I had to drive 30 minutes back home to get a spare key. Full disclosure, they did eventually find the keys. I arrived to pick up my vehicle, and that led to another lengthy delay. My invoice could not be found. I suggested that maybe it was left in my car. I went to the car and found it had been ransacked. My change holder (filled with change) was gone and the contents of my glove compartment were on the floor. I told Mello, and he informed me that it had happened to another vehicle two nights prior. Apparently they dont lock customer vehicles! So, if you leave your vehicle there overnight...BEWARE! Mello offered no apology or compensation...NOTHING. To sum it up...horrible customer service, no consideration for the client and no security. For those reasons alone, I would stay far away from this establishment.

Horrible!! They did a oil change on my daughters car on 7/28 a month later her car was sounding weird, took it to another mechanic who told us the car had no oil. They didnt tighten the plug and the oil has been leaking for a month. Engine blew, spoke to the owner he just had a bunch of excuses didnt even want to take responsibility, a real A**hole! My daughters car is done for. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

My brake pads were almost completely worn out, and a friend of mine recommended this auto repair shop to get them replaced. The owner was very helpful and, for the first time in 20 years that Ive been driving cars, I was actually shown the worn out parts and why they needed to be replaced. No upselling, no gimmicks. The price to replace the two front pads and rotors was in line with other shops in the area, and what made a difference for me was how he explained everything to me before doing the work, while standing right next to my car. Highly recommended.

I had a bad shake in my steering wheel due to off balanced wheels. Another shop had the car and claimed they fixed it but they didn’t so I took it to Motorpro and they fixed it brand new. Mello and his team are absolutely amazing! They are one of the friendliest, most skilled, and most knowledgeable shops that I have ever had to pleasure to work with. I brought my 2014 Mercedes CLS to get exhaust cutouts installed and do some custom exhaust work. Their work came out flawless and I will be going back for all my future maintenance & modifications.

I’ve always had great experiences at MotorPro. I always recommend this repair shop to all my friends and family. The team here is awesome and make you feel right at home. They even have a desk area for you to be able to bring your laptop to do any work while you wait for your car.

All Tune and Lube - This mechanic was able to fix my sons car after one mechanic sabotaged it, another wouldn’t touch it because of the damage, and a dealership told me the part couldn’t be found and for them to fix it could cost me around the $3,500 mark! Not only did they take the time to find all of the issues, fix it and fix what others deemed impossible but they also did it for a fair price and considerably fast!!! My entire family will be traveling the distance for our car needs with this honest family run mechanic shop!

I just moved to NJ from Detroit, had my car pass an inspection last week in NYC and then today my check engine, oil warming light, at oil temperature light went off, I stopped and then called these guys. Within 15 minutes I drove there and Merlo saw me and drove the car in to be looked at, him and his team diagnosed the problem and solved it (transmission oil and regular oil needed changing), he even checked the transmission valves to make sure it wasn’t busted. Within 2 hours right before they closed my car was back up and running. They even suggest some maintenance work based on the miles on my car (I had it all done already) but honest suggestion advice is something you look for in a mechanic and today they earned a life long customer because of that.

First experience here. My cars original spark plugs and ignition went bad causing a misfire. I called and they said come in as soon as I can, sat down and showed me everything and gave me a more then fair price. Very very nice staff and a great experience. I will be back.

If there were more stars available, Id give them all to All Tune & Lube and to Mel and his staff.I had a recent problem with one of our autos and they not only got to the bottom of the problem through extensive testing and analysis but test drove the car for hours to ensure the problem was properly identified and eliminated. This probably could have been a very expensive fix as most other service providers probably would have started replacing parts (and running up labor costs) trying to fix the issue by trial and error.Hats off to this business. Highly recommended for any and all automobile service needs. You WONT be disappointed!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I honestly did not want to be persuaded by the negative feedback this shop has been receiving and wanted to give it a chance when replacing a fuel tank on an older car. After all, I had the correct part and simply needed a shop with a lift to get the job done. My first impression of the owner was not very pleasant as he spoke in a manner that almost seems to belittle you. A week after the tank replacement, the car was refueled to the full capacity and to my disbelief, it sprung a leak. A quarter of the tank escaped over a period of 2 days. We took the car to a different shop, which only said to go back to All Tune & Lube. Upon seeing the description of the repair paperwork, the owner was very agitated and started claiming that it’s the tank that’s defective since I was the one who ordered it. I insisted that he check the car out, and he assigned some newbie mechanic to get the car up. This supposedly trained mechanic then proceeded with removing the back seat of the car (trying to sip it out, then used an air tool) in order to get to the top of the tank. All while the car had an easy access to the fuel pup through the trunk and even the seats fold down to make the access easier. Long story short, after 3 different mechanics including the owner looked underneath the car, they pointed out that a hose connected to the tank, which had to be removed during the installation, had a hole in it. The owner suggested that I go buy the hose and then bring it back for him to reinstall it. I had to drive to 3 different places looking for the part which was a special order $53 from some online Subaru distributor. I informed the owner of the All Tune & Lube of just how expensive this part was and asked if he could maybe throw in an oil change since the hose looked like it sustained damage from a flat screwdriver when being removed. The owner got very annoyed and said that if I continue with this story he will no longer replace the part for free. He continued making an excuse of how the puncture in this 2mm thick hose could’ve been made by rust in the tank since the hose was probably brittle anyways. The tank was not rusted out inside, by the way. In the 17 years this guy has been in business, he clearly does not care about his customers’ satisfaction. He doesn’t care in retaining his clients. But what’s worse, if he uses some bogus reasoning in a situation like mine, imagine what he would do when his so called “trained” mechanics would damage something a lot more expensive. Do you think he’ll try to mend things to make you feel like you haven’t been ripped off and taken advantage of? I don’t think so!

Mello and his crew are THE BEST.

They treat you and your vehicle the same way; Like garbage. Dropped my car off to get a licking mechanism in the door fixed and came back to find my car worse off than it was when dropped off. Deep scratch in the bottom of the drivers side panel, mud and dirt all over the back seat, scratches on the front bumper and scratches on the interior door that they worked on. The kicker is they didnt even have the part for my car so all this destruction to find out they dont have the part. Stay away.

All tune and lube is by far the worst auto repair establishment in the U.S. There standards are poor and its all about generating franchise fees and ad money for corporate...As a former ATL franchise owner I wouldnt take a broken wheelbarrow there much less a vehicle..Do yourself a favor go elsewhere
