Joey came through and turned my Jeep into a bad ass build!

2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee - they did a very good job on my car ($15k in damages) almost as new. I got the car back for a couple of days now. Ill update this post if anything changes but so far it is driving fine and as I mentioned they did a great job on restoring my all black edition like new.Thanks Joe.

They did a fantastic job!

This was our 5th car from Dover dodge and the body shop manager JOE was anything but helpful. The way he talks to costumers and his employees is completely professional. I brought a Grand Cherokee Overland there after purchasing it to have a few scratches removed. The way I received the car back was worse then when I brought it there. It had huge spots they missed when buffing the car and there was also tons of excess compound on all parts of the car. Even ones that they didnt have to work on. After talking to the sales manager he agreeed that Joe is rude and he has had complaints before about him. Learning that the manager knows and does nothing about it makes me debate buying my next car from Dover Dodge.
