I needed to get my tires rotated and I didn’t want to go through the process of scheduling an appointment and overpaying for this service like I have done in the past. I called STS Tire & Auto Center in Dover and spoke to Tom and he was so nice and helpful! The prices are great and the wait time was very quick for what I needed. I saw in the waiting room that they had windshield wipers, which is something I needed to replace but have been putting off, so I figured I would just get them replaced while I was there. It was so easy and quick and now I will be going here for any future car maintenance that I will need. I highly recommend STS Tire in Dover because the staff are super nice and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better car maintenance experience!

I was desperate looking for a place to put the tire into my rim. When I came to this place, the guy at the desk was very gentle and professional. He took care of my tire and did it like in 10 minutes or so. I was so grateful because he showed professionalism and willingness to help me. Thank you so much for your help.

A terrible start to a Friday was quickly turned around thanks to STS tire. I had a nail in my tire on the way to work this morning. Changed the tire and headed to STS expecting to have to take an unplanned vacation day waiting for a new tire. STS had my tire repaired within 15 min and I made it to work only an hour late. Absolutely saved my Friday and weekend. Thanks to Joe for making life better! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for tires.

I cannot say enough about STS in Rockaway. Highly recommend! My wife had car issues and the manager Joe was able fit her car in right away, eased my mind and the bill wasnt terrible. I think their customer service was fantastic, communication was great and pricing was fair (actually less than I anticipated). Thank you, Joe for keeping my wife safe and not hurting my wallet.

BEWARE when leaving your car with them. They cracked my clear coat on rim when they were replacing my tires. I didnt have this crack prior to leaving my car with them. They claim their equipment was not anywhere near this crack, but the crack is right where you use drill to remove the nuts. Also, left scratch and marks on upper part of rims when pulling tire off rims. They deny any wrong doing. If you decide to use them, take pictures of your car prior to leaving it in case they damage your car and deny it as well. Next time I will spend the extra $100 at a more qualified shop.

I recently went to STS Tire as my tire had a slow leak. I spoke with Joe and he told me it needed a plug and they were able to fix it real fast. He also let me know it was time for new tires. He recommended the best tires and I will be coming back to replace my tires.

When beginning a vacation road trip with a fully loaded SUV and family in tow I discovered a flat tire which would have started the trip off terribly but this STS shop and staff were very understanding of our need to get back on the road and quickly repaired my tire. I am a new customer to this shop and their services and found them to be very efficient and customer friendly. Great customer service!

I went for a nail in my tire! I called 2 places before I remembered STS was still there, neither place was able to plug my tire on my lunch! I called STS and they told me to come in on my lunch, it told me to call first so they knew I was coming so they could get me in and out on my lunch! I got there, they took my Jeep right in! The man at the counter and one of the mechanics (who must have been on break/lunch) sat and chatted with me while I waited! They had my Jeep in and out in 15 minutes!!! They were very friendly and professional! I would recommend and go back!!

Tom and his amazing team saved the day!! I was mid-roadtrip on Rt 80 and I got a flat. I happened to find this tire shop and quickly called to see if they could help. It was the end of the business day but the team stayed to help me!! Luckily they had my tires in stock, worked seamlessly as a team and I was back on the road in a half hour!!!! I was in the area visiting a friend and experienced some car issues. Being farther from home I was very anxious to address the problem immediately. Fortunately the manager, Joe, was able to squeeze me in last minute with no problems or hassle. Was on my way out and got a low tire alert and found I picked up a screw somewhere along my travels. Brought it to STS Tire in Dover on Route 46 where they quickly plugged my tire and got me on my way. Excellent quick and friendly customer service. Would highly recommend.

I couldn’t be more pleased to write this review. While visiting family in upper Sussex County, I got a flat tire. I stopped at Mavis in Sparta and I was accommodated immediately. The manager, Joe was awesome. So you can imagine my surprise and excitement when I saw Joe at STS in Rockaway. This couldn’t be more awesome!!! Full disclosure: I was asked to write this review for getting a headlight bulb replaced for free.That being said, theyve done this before. My car is a royal pain to switch out the headlight bulbs so Ive gotten into the habit of just having a spare in my car and when it goes out to just stop by somewhere where someone with more patience can just replace it. They usually dont charge me for the labor, and one time where it took them over an hour to get the bulb they also comped the cost of the bulb.The staff is friendly and seems to know what theyre doing. I cant comment on major repairs, but for replacing bulbs and tires theyre good.

Cracked and scratched my rims when they were replacing my tires. Rims were in perfect condition when I left it with them. They deny doing this. Go somewhere with more qualified technicians.

Professional, efficient, and price competitive. First visit, had pair of tires replaced in an emergency. (Pair of tires damaged beyond repair because of large pavers that got dislodged from side of street and ended up on the middle of the road.) They did not have tires on stock but was able to procure it in a few hours and price was very competitive. They replaced tires very quickly. Second time was for tire repair due to a puncture. Repair was done quickly and again at a very competitive price. Staff also very friendly. Highly recommend them!

Apparently they close for lunch. Maybe they should put something on their site or the door that says that. Or maybe stagger lunch shifts. Pretty sure this costs them business. I Went there at 1200 pm and found locked doors but supposedly the place was open.Otherwise decent service. They try to sell the customer all kinds of things which is to be expected of a place like this. I wouldn’t send someone there unless they were in dire need of a tire. Took them two hours to replace four tires. Average experience at best. The technicians are nice personable people.

I have dealt with him on many occasions and all of the occasions were satisfactory and with a smile. He has always proven to show the upmost professionalism and care when dealing with customers and their car needs. He always gave us the best price while still maintaining a best practice service. As a store manager he definitely exhibits leadership abilities that keeps that store running with returning customers that are valued. His mechanic shop team members - Angel and Pedro, are awesome techs with years of knowledge and have such an friendly demeanor. Jessie has always did his best to explain what the car issue is, always got us the best price around, and has always returned our phone call and has even arranged for us to get a ride back home if the car was going to be left there for the day. Cant beat the service that he and the team provide. It is because of Jessie our family and friends will always return their to have our car needs taken care of with people we trust and believe in! Appointment was 9am truck got drop off at 8:30 for a wheel alignment didn’t receive the truck until 4:20 and the alignment wasn’t done correctly car still veer to the left ask for a refund which they did but won’t be going back there anymore lost a customer the always bring the cars to this location

I called this place in the morning to ask about the wait time to fix a flat and they said it wasn’t bad. Had to come with my 5 year old and there were no other customers. I was told they were backed up and it would take a little while and I asked them to do a tire rotation as well. So I decided to kill some time by going to the mall across the street. Came back over an hour later to find my car still in the lot and there were a couple of new people waiting who eventually got their car returned before mine was even seen. Super frustrating. Didn’t get my car back till 2 hours later. To fix a flat and they didn’t even do the tire rotation. Gave 3 stars only because they ultimately didn’t charge me for the flat. Otherwise, would be 1 or 2 stars.
