Like most Walmart locations it has its pros and cons. Some of the staff is helpful, others are too busy in their tasks to even look at you. All in all, I enjoy my time here.

Quick because they were out of potato wedges. Guess we shouldnt have waited to decide on dinner. I made a quick recipe change and it worked out. The sausage, potatoes, peppers and onions were delicious 😋 and very filling.

The deli do not keep fresh food, there are two old ladies who are mean and rude. They lie about when they will have the food ready and when you come back to get the food and its not ready they stare at you mean mugging while you wait on the food you so nicely asked them for 20 minutes prior.

Went to Walmart for the first time in I dont know how long, its always to crowded and messy for me but I went today before 8am and it was good. Still a bit messy in some places but they were working to make things neater but they had some awesome clothes for my baby girl. I got a bit carried away today, I went in to get her a few pair of pants and some undershirts but I came out with more than I needed and unfortunately they didnt have anynore undershirts in her size but its okay. Im happy with my purchase ☺

This is a great location! The only bad thing was that I didnt see as many superhero shirts as I thought would be there. Other than that I found everything else that I needed. The self-checkout was moving pretty quickly

The Walmart grocery pickup department SPECIFICALLY for doordash orders is absolutely awful. The workers are unprofessional and incompetent as they are physically unable to complete these orders because they would much rather laugh and talk with each other than complete the job for which they are being paid. Leaving myself and other customers without our groceries. I WISH I got their names because this is not the first time that this has happened. The service that I have received from the grocery pickup recently has been atrocious and I am tired of dealing with these subpar people.

The quickest self checkout ever. I literally walked in the store, grabbed 3 items, and checked out within 7 minutes! Everything seemed to be nicely stocked and the store was clean despite being busy.

Walmart used to be a great place to shop. They have cut staff AND what they carry so that when you get there you cant get what you need and you cant find anyone to ask for help. It isnt one Walmart it is all of them. It is so frustrating. IF you can find something - the prices are good but you can tell that it is NOT as good as it used to be.

Yes I ordered groceries from Walmart on November 4th this is November 6th and I still do not have my groceries Walmart has not called text or emailed me to let me know what the delay is.o am a senior citizen that is disabled and bedridden I have tried to call them but they hang up on me I have called others to no avail so senior citizen becareful of ordering at this Walmart it may take you a week to get the groceries or not at all

If you go inside its fine. Its like other Walmarts, just 3 registers are opened. The cashiers are always pleasant. Store is clean. Dont do the curbside pickup though. We waited 45 mins and it would have been much faster to go in. The couple next to us had been there long enough, they were asleep.

I considered Walmart to be a competitor of sorts to thrift stores, low cost, plenty of items to peruse. However, after going in and having purchased every item in had an interest in, its become less fun. What I like about the thrift stores is it is ever-changing and piques my interest longer. I went in for some items recently and was ready to go not long after being there. Good grocery market though. Walmart should look into making it more exciting, lighting, background music, something. Not sure what is missing.

Dont take your car to this Walmart to get an oil change. They have the worst service ever. I called and spoke with the manager on Friday 9/17/2021 and was told I could bring my car up for service before 5:30 pm. When I made it to Walmart at 5:05 I was told they were not doing any more oil changes for that day and that the manager who told me that had left early for the day. So I talked to a store manager by the name of Jacob and he told me to bring my car back up at 9 am the next morning and I would receive a 20 gift card and a discount on the oil change to compensate for the 20 plus miles I had to travel to get back to this location.The next morning I arrived at this Walmart at 9:00 am. It is now 11:00 am and my car has not been touched. I have missed my daughters first volleyball game because of their employees procrastinating around. I will never come back to this Walmart again. The auto department manager should be fired and they need a whole new staff that want to work.

I love the food the chef accommodated me and my husband and made us a vegan dish and it was beautiful was wonderful I loved every bit of it

Went to pick up order. Waited for extended period. Item not delivered. Had to leave. Asked for item to be cancelled. Received email that item had been picked up. Not by me

The app wasnt working to check in, the phone number listed to check in kept going to a full voicemail. Had to call them 3 times before getting someone. Waited 30 minutes for my groceries to arrive, but the young lady that delivered them greeted me nicely, loaded my trunk, and apologized for my wait. Good customer service goes a long way!

My visit was about the same but I actually had someone ask me if I needed help. I could have feel out. I hope there will be more of this type of customer service in the future. Good job Pearl for helping me with the eye glasses.

I slipped on a banana peel of which was in the restroom. I have sense had severe banana trauma and start crying at the sight of one.

I just want to give a shout out to all the employees who are going to work and still doing their jobs here! Thank you for all your service and dedication, these people are truly the back bone of society. Went here today and truly got mortified because of the cleared shelves and cleaning products. There is no bread, frozen food or canned items currently but mostly bare essentials left. Plenty of fruits, clothes, medical and pet supplies. The company is restocking as fast and soon as possible with all the man hours they can scavenge for.

Waited almost an hour to pick up my order. The app to check in wasnt working and no one answered the phone number for pick up check in. Beyond annoyed. I left without picking up my order, and Im going to cancel it and purchase from another business that has better service!

They had one of the entrances closed and would not let anyone enter or depart that entrance. ThenThe entrance that was open was not open. If you were outside you had to wait for someone to come out and the doors to open. I was trying to get in and out for just a quick pickup purchase and spent 10 extra minutes just trying to get in and out. Dont plan to be going back.

Wow this is a horrible experience. I have been sitting outside for 1 hour waiting to for my groceries to come out. I wouldn’t complain if I could actually see someone working the pick up area! There are many customers out here and no one is providing service. This is my first time using this service and let’s just say NEVER AGAIN! Wow.

This place needs more cashiers. I dont work for walmart so I dont self checkout. You shouldnt either. I noticed theyve started changing some actual cashier registers into express self serve registers now too?! Thats bullsh&t. Whats next... is walmart going to make us slice our own deli meat? Bake our own bread? Stock their shelves for them? F walmart.

I did a pick up of and online order. I was greeted in my #8 parking spot by a very friendly worker and informed my order would be out promptly. Sure enough she returned quickly and loaded my car, wished me a blessed day in the most pleasant way and off she was to the next customer. It was great. Great way to shop.

I was able to ask employee for the location of several items. Thats very unusual!! Lets see if Ill have the same luck next time.

This store is a superstore. The bakery is the best. I always find most everything I want here. They need more checkers, I always have to wait.

Customer service could be better, they need to open up more lines so that people dont have to wait so long to get checked out. No one should have to wait an hour to be rung up for their items.

Rude, a greater chased me at the Dunwoody location. I have called multiple times and sent an email to customer service and never received a response. The greater even assumed I stole merchandise and tried to search my personal bag. But found that I did not take anything. I was checked twice while leaving the store. I dont know how anyone can steal from Wal-Mart with a million cameras on every register and everywhere in the store.

Firstly, I am thrilled to hear that some of the kindest people I know who work at Walmart are finally receiving well deserved raises.I am always pleased with the service I always receive from the kind employees and appreciative of the products I purchase from the store.Only issues I think need more attention: having enough checkout stations open and those who work in technology department being more knowledgeable.

2guys and a young lady were playing in the aisle with buggies of merchandise they were suppose to be putting up. As me and my family were trying to get down the aisle they were blocking each other which prevented us and another customer from getting through till my bf said something then they move then they went to another aisle. So very upset with this but otherwise my visit was fine

I ORDERED THEM THROUGH THE KIOS but GUESS What..... They didnt have any. WOW! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!I Really wish they had removed it from the menu or atleast put a Sign up to Acknowledge NO onion rings.I couldnt come up with anything else I wanted because my heart was set on those Onion Rings, so I asked if it could be replaced with Lemonade. I still love pickup service but shopping in the store on a weekend is a nightmare. Two cashiers for a store full of people. Seems to be poorly managed for such a busy place thats making a lot of money.

I cant stand walmart but occasionally there is an item you dont want to wait on Amazon to deliver. Overall the service here is all however I will say their employee Bonnie was super helpful. She is the only reason I deemed they even deserve a star. She was also very kind. Other than immediate need/want Ill stick to Amazon or Best Buy.

This location is always the cleanest and has more friendly staff than other locations. They also have the better covid protocols being utilized out of the other stores in the area. Just wish they has more electric carts available and that they were charged. Also they need to have more lines open to check out with an associate. Thats why 4 stars.

Wonderful staff, very attentive, professional and caring. Team leader....Tesah was like no other. Last Friday morning, I went to Walmart before 9 am to get my kids school supplies. From the good morning behind the mask Tesah was a ray of sunshine. Tesah helped me with the supplies and actually walked with me to the back of the store to get the supplies versus sending me to the wrong aisle like the previous staff. She was so caring and thoughtful and helped find all the items she made me feel as if I was in Publix. She was excellent and superb.

There was shorts I wanted to buy. Waited at self checkout for over 20 minutes. Then the supervisor came up and said she couldnt sell them due to a defect. Even though they were on the shelf. Also got an attitude. They did not want to go the extra mile at all.

It was a regular Wally. Nothing crazy. Slept in the parking lot

Depending on the time of day it can be over crowded. Today seen a lot more people w/out masks, protect yourselves and be safe. Overall clean and great staff.

This store has continued to degrade over the past 3 years. Unclean meat coolers, disheveled isles, unfriendly staff, as well as the pan handlers out front makes for a very unpleasant retailer. I avoid this store and make the drive to either Villa Rica or the Hiram stores.

Typical walmart.store was clean, restrooms werent .People in bikinis people in pajamas half of the people inside were wearing face masks half of the others were wearing them correctly. And why oh why does it make sense to close off one door and funnel everybody through one entrance during this covid situation when Common sense says that 1 side should be an entrance, and the other side should be the exit. Instead just have everybody going in-and-out on top of each other. The shopping carts are in good condition

Three shelves are stocked and the place is clean. I like using PICKUP. They have almost made the process a breeze.

This visit was a great experience, I ordered online and pick up the items at the store. Walmart notified me when it was ready and they credited my credit card because they were out of two of the items. Which I was able to order online again and its getting shipped to me by Saturday. This is my kind of grocery shopping. I didnt spend over my budget for the week, didnt have to deal with crowds and got all of the items on my list either by pickup or shipped. But best of all I picked up after I worked out and still had time to spend with my grandchildren!🤗

I understand due to pandemic and recent Pipe line issues there has been some shortages on food… This is still no reason for Walmart to have Rotten and spoiled food on their shelves. This is concerning.

The people who work there are so helpful. From the guys who clean up the buggies to the guy who stocks up the pet foods. I just feel safe in this walmart.

Walmart is always touch and go. Sometimes you can run into the most helpful staff, but a majority of the time that is not the case. I used self checkout and the price of the object was one price and rang as a higher price. I tried to get the person in the area to change the price, but she directed me to customer service which had over 10 people waiting. Horrible service that day. I go because it is a one stop shop most timea, but change your stickers on the floor to match the prices you are charging so people dont have to deal with waiting in the customer service line.

This place needs a remodel and new management. The worst, shelves are never stocked in the grocery.

I shop at this Walmart frequently and because of my work schedule Im not able to make it there till around 10ish and I must say I am beyond tired of hearing the woman announce the countdown till closing it wouldnt be so bad if she didnt sound so RUDE!! She definitely makes you feel unwanted i understand they are ready to go home but my God dont be do rude about it she almost makes me want to stop shopping at this Walmart because her voice is so rude and Intimidating they can still have 30 mins till they close and shes like bring your final purchases to the front to check out its just the attitude in her voice. Please Douglasville Walmart do something about this.

Very poor service. After beverages after work original bartender was decent and attentive. After shift change newest bartender didnt acknowledge my group of friends. After not being asked forbanother drink after 10 minutes my friend (who also is a bartender elsewhere) ordered my drink from a server on the floor. After that drink right back to the same situation.. when theres 3 customers in the place and bartender paid no attention to her atmosphere I can see why there was only 2 customers when I chose to leave. Many other options in the vicinity that are willing to offer good service. Definitely dont recommend for after work meeting place

Worst customer service ever. Needed store replaced and when I pulled up there was no one in line. I waited in my truck as both employees and managers walked pass my vehicle not even acknowledging that I was there. If there were different procedures, thats cool, but dont let your customers sit waiting on you and you see them, but act like you dont see them. They all need to be re-trained on customer service. I mean it was really bad. Dont go to Walmart unless you need a vacuum or some eggs.

Wasnt the best walmart Id been to. Very busy, so you often have to park at the back of the lot. Shelves are pretty disorganized. A lot of stuff not stocked, probably because of covid. But still, tons of employees just standing around while the store is a constant wreck.
