First off, WOW! What a clean and organized store! I’ve been to Earthbounds all over and this one is by far my favorite! The presentations in all sections are superb, the customer service is excellent, and they allowed me to shop, while also continuously checking up on me to make sure I was happy and finding everything okay. I made a connection with the store manager, Lauren (I think 😂), and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Thank you for everything! Will definitely be coming back!

I love this store and the whole vibe it gives off. They have some beautiful jewelry and lots of lovely home decor items, as well as some clothes for men and women. They also carry other cute odds and ends, some unique bound notebooks and pens, aromatherapy products. I always find something for me, never had an unsuccessful visit.

They are still selling clothing, but dressing room closed due to COVID. So, according to the girl at the register that checked us out, they have shortened the return time from the normal 30 days to now only until the end of January—in spite of the fact that they have a posted return policy hanging there that says 30 days. Back of my receipt says, “We have EXTENDED our return window to 1/31/2021.” So they are still using the holiday receipt paper, and the girl at the register does not understand that legally the posted return window cannot be shortened simply because they bought too much holiday printer paper. Poorly trained, poorly understood policy, staff apathy, and generally abysmal customer service. According to this girl, if I buy something on 1/30 and they still have not run out of this receipt paper, I will only have one day to return it. THINK ABOUT IT!

Great store, with some really great items. I just would prefer if they didnt put those sticky cushions on the bottom of the precious stones because you have to preform minor surgery to get all the adhesive off without damaging the stone.

This place is amazing! With the nice energy and great staff that just know what they are selling! Regardless of religion, this is a great store to get anything from Incense, salt lamps, and diffusers, to Crystals, jewelry, and clothing!

Just a few days ago my mom and I visited, I love shopping at this store and would like to shop in peace sometimes when we visit, I specifically asked one of the employees names before making this review for a reason “tabitha” has the worst disposition she follows you around the store and couldn’t be more obvious about it, everywhere you turn she’s following or nearby and it’s very awkward noticing someone over your shoulder all over the store from earrings, to the clothing .. You should be able to browse in a store without feeling like your being watched especially if you’ve already said your fine and just want to shop in peace .. I haven’t had any other bad experiences while shopping at this store with any other employee except her & my mom noticed as well, be more aware of the store, checking to see if ALL the customers are having a good shopping experience, the register, stocking back up, and less judgmental of what someone “might “ do I’m sure the alarms would go off if something was to be stolen, you lose business with situations like this .

This is like if hot topic was for hippies. If you need some spiritual supplies, you can probably find them here in a pinch. Very cute place.

My husband and I love this store so much and was glad to see it open again.

I love the store itself; I love the selection of crystals they have, however, I hate being followed at first I thought is was because I carry a large purse but I go without and its the same thing. Usually Im not annoyed at this because this practice has becoming extremely common in most all stores however the last time I went I went to the crystals as always and again I did not bring any bags with me. An associate came over and asked if I needed help I replied no. Then it seemed like every area of the store that I went to she followed straightening this and touching that. I picked up about two crystals and I was over by the jewelry when she walked up and asked me if I was okay again and irritated I replied yes. Then she said well can I take your crystals to the front until your ready to check out? Honestly I was over it. Its one thing to be followed its another for associate to ask to take the items. My friend who was with me said why so we dont steal them? I didnt agree with verbalizing that thought but I honestly felt the same. The associate snapped back however and said i no its not about you stealing but I dont want them damaged. I was dont honestly I went straight to check out. I decided I wouldnot be going back because that was beyond ridiculous. I would rather go to five points or Marietta which are semi out the way that to go to this store and recieve this type of treatment when Im making purchase to help clear and cleanse my spirit. I feel like better loss preventions training is need in this location.

I have been shopping in Earthbound for years. My home is filled with items from the store. I love the incense, oils, crystals, apparel, hamsa options, etc.I just enjoy the overall vibe of the store.
