I never received my package even though they claimed I did. I had to call the company and get a refund. Now the item that I had ordered is currently out of stock and they don’t know if it’ll be back. Thanks a lot FedEx.
The FedEx employees at this location are very professional and courtesy to me when I come in to drop off packages. They deliver my packages on time and notify me if there is a delay due to weather conditions. FedEx is the best delivery service hands down. Thank you.
The only shipping service that cant find my address off of a 4 lane major highway. Bottom of the barrel drivers that lack common sense and the sense of vision. Disgusting!
I’ve been home all day every day this week waiting for this package and no one has even attempted to knock on the door or ring my doorbell yet they tried to tell me I wasn’t home 3 days in a row when they came by. This is total BS. They didn’t even try leaving a note on the door. This is unacceptable. I’ve been here the whole time.
FedEx can NEVER get my address correct. I have had so many delays because they “couldn’t find my address.” You can simply type my address in a GPS and it pulls up my location. Every time I try to call and get this fixed they just tell me they can’t do anything about it. I had a package say delivered today but it is nowhere to be found. Once I called and reported the missing package they told me the driver said they delivered it at my house and couldn’t do anything since they had already delivered it. Problem is I don’t have the package and the items in it was well worth over $300!! If they did leave it at another house, the FedEx drivers need to learn to actually look at the address before leaving it there. Guess I’m out $300 now. Will definitely be using UPS when I can from now on, they never get my address incorrect 🤷🏼♀️
A little slow and not the warmest personalities. Overall they get the job done but at times I’d rather give blood and I hate needles.
Staff is always friendly and Im truly thankful they dont close up early. Im almost always there a minute before they close.

There was not a long wait.There were 2 weighing stations and one clerk. The building is conveniently located. The hours that it is opened is far more than that of UPS. The key factor to consider is the price the customer pays compared with that of its competitors.

They are typically courteous and polite. They were this time too. My issue is that the shipping estimator tool online is always waaaaay off. What was estimated at $39 online was $60 in the shipping center and its explained away by those are just estimates. How is USPS and UPS so exact, tho? Anyhoo, typically not much of a wait and fast service. They open at 8:30am which can be an inconvenience for those folks with regular work hours. Overall, if I need it there by an absolute certain time, theyre my first choice locally. If time is not an issue, they get last billing.
Would be 4 stars, but the customer area is very small with double wide automatic doors. Everyone was hugging the walls trying not to make the doors open. In addition, the door buzzer is extremely loud and right in the ears of everyone waiting. With a room that small, the ridiculously loud buzzer was not necessary.
As a USPS letter carrier for 36 years in three states I know something about customer service. Weve had three deliveries by the same driver in two weeks. The service and professionalism of the FEDEX HOME delivery driver was exceptional each time. The one day we werent home at the time of the delivery we arrived to find the package hidden from the sight of the road and secured in a large FEDEX bag as rain was in the forecast for the afternoon. Individual employees dedication and work ethic vary from worker to worker even as in the Postal Service. I thanked our driver yesterday personally and just wanted to give him and FEDEX a public commendation for a job well done.

Not very knowledgeable about where their drivers are or where theyve been. They need a better system locally, like a cell phone to get ahold of carriers. They misplaced our package by giving it to the neighbors, even though we have the house number visibly displayed. That is life saving medication that my neighbors threw away. Gratefully, they have not made this mistake again since Ive been up there.

Like most big businesses, they make it impossible to call a local office. A package was delivered to my house while I wasnt home. It was busted and leaking. Im sure whoever delivered my package wasnt from across the country, so why do I have to talk to someone far from here?

Great service. Now become a FedEx/Kinkos so I dont have to go to Office Depot to print....with the not so great service.
Terrible customer service. My wife was told to go to Office Depot to print a label instead of allowing her to email the label to the FedEx stores email and print right there, like every other shipping store will do for customers. Then, an employee at Office Depot mentioned several other complaints about this store from people who were also treated poorly.
I will not close on my house tomorrow because of this FedEx shipment center. Upon dropping an overnight package on Saturday morning, I was told it would arrive by 430pm Monday. Did it arrive today by 430pm? No, because apparently the office is closed for Presidents Day. Do you not track holidays in your delivery system to give customers an accurate delivery date? If I knew it wouldnt be delivered until Tuesday, I would have paid the extra money to have it delivered in the morning as opposed to the afternoon. Regardless, why does an overnight expedited shipment take 3 days to deliver? This is crazy to me. Next time I will use UPS and close on my house in time.
The people at my local FedEx know me by name and make me feel welcome and part of their world. Due to how FedEx has treated me over the last 8 years that my business has been open I use them exclusively for all parcels
I was sitting in the kitchen. No knock, no ringing of the bell. I have 4 dogs and they go nuts if anyone knocks or rings. No sound out of any. Walk out to a door tag on my front door. Its a package I have to sign for. Definitely driver did not at all attempt to ring or knock, just left a tag and kept going. I was definitely home and awake and available at the time listed on the tag.

Literally at my house all day waiting on this package. I was in my room and at best the guy knocked, put the door tag up, and took off. I have a doorbell for a reason and this person did not have the courtesy to ring it once. If you ring my doorbell a few times, I am definitely coming. It’s just poor service to do a knock and run. To not at least ring the doorbell a few times and wait. I def called and put in a complaint.
I was able to pick up my package at the exact time left on the missed delivery placard! Overnight delivery is truly overnight with FedEx!

You delivered my package to the wrong house on Friday 2/9. All I ask was for the driver to come back and point out what house. I dont understand. 3 FedEx trucks have been out here and delivered to the house behind me but yet they cant send the driver that delivered my order to the wrong house to show me where he delivered it to. Is my delivery not important?? Just another reason I will let the sellers no NOT to use FedEx for my delivery from now on. IF I HADNT NEEDED THIS PRODUCT, I WOULDNT HAVE ORDERED IT.

First delivery date was Saturday then they changed it to Thursday now they pushed it back to Friday. I checked regularly for status updates and traveling activity and what makes me angry is that there was no activity on Tuesday or Wednesday. So what happened on Tuesday and Wednesday that they could not move a small package from one location to another. I order a lot of stuff online UPS is much better than fedx

Worst costumer service. Paid for package to arrive in 3 days without requiring signature. FEDEX decided not to leave my property at my door. They decided, why? Called to ask about the issue - 1st rep basically said too bad then hung up. Second call - FEDEX rep said I see no signature was required to leave on porch DUH. Well you can drive to the FEDEX store to retrieve your package. WHY!?! I paid for 3 day service to my home! Now I have to drive 58 miles 1 way to get my property.

My package departed my supplier on 03/09/2017 via FedEx Ground (3 days). Text informed me the package would be delivered on 03/14. When I did not get my package by 5pm on 03/14, I viewed my travel history which read, 03/14/2017 2:18pm Customer not available or business closed. No one knocked on my door. I had even posted a note on my door which read FedEx: Knock hard. Day sleepers. Thank you. I called FedEx. They could not tell me the address for attempted package delivery for I am not the shipper. I requested Paul to input my phone number into his notes for the driver for I knew no one had knocked on my door. He said there would be another delivery on 03/15 between 11am and 3pm.Today, even though I am a day sleeper, I have been awake since 10am waiting on this delivery. I have customers waiting on their merchandise. No one came by 3:58pm, so I went to view the travel history. It reads, 03/15/2017 3:06pm Customer not available or business closed. NO ONE KNOCKED ON MY DOOR!! My note about knocking hard is STILL on my door. No one called today. No one knocked yesterday or today. No call tag was on my door either day.I called FedEx. The representative stated my phone number IS in their notes. She said package would be delivered tomorrow. And, I said, NO! I paid nearly $40 for 3 day delivery, and I want to know where the driver is right now, so I can go pick up the package, and not have to drive to Dothan to pick it up. She stated she would call the ship center, give them my phone number, ask if they could call me to have it redelivered today. She then stated it could not be delivered again today.I called my supplier, the shipper, since I cannot ascertain the address at which the claimed attempts have been made. She said she would call me back. Later, she did call, and stated that FedEx was of no help to us. They claimed the driver had already gone home (??? at 4:15pm???) and the package could not be redelivered. She did give me two door tag numbers. She said they would try again tomorrow. She verified my address correct. My neighbors state no one left call tags on their doors either. So the mystery continues, where has the driver been attempting to make my delivery???I always use UPS and USPS, and see now why I do so, and WILL do so from now on.I am going to make attempt now to call FedEx to see if I can drive 40 miles to Dothan to pick up my 26 pound package myself.NO MORE FEDEX FOR THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!!!UPDATE: No record of my package or door tag number according to the automated phone system. The barely English speaking representative who took my transferred call states the package is not available for pick up, but will be delivered tomorrow. He had no reply other than it will be delivered tomorrow between 9am and 5pm when I stated, If the driver makes attempt where he has been leaving his call tags instead of my address I still wont be getting my package. UGH!!Finally, my package was left on my front step. I did not sign for this package, even though it was sent signature required. The driver evidently signed POWENS.UPDATE: Late April 2017 - Well, there was a replay on this scenario with a different supplier this week! Driver claimed to have made attempt to deliver to me. Driver claimed to have left door tag. NOT!! Evidently, FedEx lightning strikes twice.Driver again left package and signed my name.

You should be able to give negative stars, the 2 ladys at the desk would not give me my package after they told me I could pick it up. I drove 2 hours to get my package on 2-19-2016 around 6.45pm. They were very unprofessional. The one lady bounced and tossed my package in her hands, as the package has fragile stamped on it. I will be filing a complaint with fedex

They had one person working the counter when we arrived. They finally brought out another cashed and the line started to move. They have automatic doors that would close only to reopen as soon as they closed.
Customer rep at office tried to help but was not knowledgeable and called corp.; they gave conflicting information relative to what I had received when I talked with corp.; total waste of time. Even FedEx corp rep that the customer service individual talked with wasnt clear on their own policy.Not at all happy with my experience at FedEx.
