Excellent customer service! Upon arriving, I did not know that I had the wrong return slip. However, Alan was so nice and helpful and led me to the right direction! In times like these, it’s so nice to come upon kind and thoughtful people!

The owners are great people and have helped turn this store around towards excellence in customer service. Had notary service here on July 21 2021 and they were extremely helpful. highly recommend

Wow! What amazing customer service! Rare quality indeed. From opening the door & cheeful greeting. Handled my shipments with zero effort on my part. Knocked out 6 Amazon returns without a fuss. Then provided notary service with efficiency and a SMILE! Thats why they handle all my shipping needs.Pity the U.S. Postal service have yet to figure how to really provide SERVICE.

I called beforehand to make sure that their fingerprint kiosk was available. I drive half an hour to get here, and they tell me it’s not working and they do the bare minimum to try to make it work (literally just press one button). I wouldn’t be upset if I hadn’t called beforehand to make sure I wouldn’t be driving a half an hour for nothing, but I did, and they told me I could get done what I needed. Now I have to make another hour round trip at a later time, because unfortunately, the next closest place that offers the service is in Crestview. Hopefully it will be working then.Update: I finally was able to get my fingerprints done here. It was a close call though because no one that was working at the time was a certified technician (which wasn’t disclosed on the phone when I called to ask if it was working and said I was coming) so I had to figure it all out myself. Thankfully, it was done and I’ve already gotten my background check. So I’ve increased their rating.

I have been coming to this store off and on for about a year, and when I say I was really dreading going to this store when I had to, I mean that. The store always smelled and was dirty, and the employees working there had little to no soft skills and poor customer service. I have to say now, I came to the store a few weeks ago to ship my son a package and the new manager Christine and her girls are doing an amazing job at getting the place cleaned up. Their customer service is great and the young lady that helped me had really great soft skills. I’m glad this store is under new management!

I dont even want to give a one star review! My husband went to this location TWO WEEKS AGO to mail something to my brother-in-law in Phenix City Alabama. He has still not received it. Not only that but the woman whom was the customer service representative that assisted my husband insured him that it would get there by TUESDAY GAVE MY HUSBAND A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER! I WILL BE GOING BACK TOMORROW TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE WHO IS IN CHARGE! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

No receipt if you drop off a usps pkg. told po does not give them a receipt. they used to just scan it in but now they dont. new owners or management has changed and will affect both locations. best take them to po and avoid issues. its the ups store so expect no help with usps pkgs. this is my 2nd vanished item. Don’t ever answer the phone, it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone at this location. The customer service is the worse and don’t even try to help you, go somewhere else!

This location has been my go-to for all my package/mail needs. The ladies that work there are very kind, patient, and work efficiently. Definitely recommend stopping by!

I scheduled a 9am appointment for notary services one day in advance. I received 2 emails confirming the appointment. When I arrived at 9 am for scheduled appointment, the associate told me that the notary/store manager wouldn’t be in until 9:30. I told her I had 2 emails confirming 9am. Flippantly, she told me I could go find a bank if I didn’t want to wait. At no time, did she seem concerned, much less apologize for any inconvenience. For the next 35 minutes while I waited for the notary/store manager, I was able to see how abruptly she treated other customers. UPS Store: either it was her bad day or you have a bad apple. Second, appointments should be met or notify customers otherwise. I left the store at 9:51, therefore, what should have taken 10 minutes, took a 51 minutes.

I called the store yesterday (Saturday) to see if they were open on Sunday. They said “yes, 11-4”. I looked it up online this morning to see And the website said the same thing. I have just driven 40 miles to bring a package to ship back and they are closed. 🤬

Nice people, way too expensive. Just sent a $5 plate the most economical way possible. Cost me a $5.99 shoe box sized box, $9.50 packing fee, and then $22 to ship from AL to NC.

I had some documents that needed to be shredded. I was one of the first customers who walked in. Machines were down as that is out of their control. Staff seemed scattered brained at best and unorganized. The lady who waited on me seemed irritated. They told me to wait 30 minutes and come back while they held onto my documents. I don’t think so.Anyways, I went to UPS Store on west side as this was a much better experience.

It’s annoying trying to get ahold of someone, they don’t ever answer the phone. Why do you even have a phone line if you don’t answer, ridiculous!

I have used this location for years. Im not sure whats wrong but for the past 2 weeks they are so slow with only one maybe two employees checking customers out. The floor needed to be vacuumed and it had a odor. Very disappointed!

The ladies in the store seemed irritated and didn’t provide good customer service at all. They whined about how they didn’t like their jobs, cussed when they couldn’t get the computer to work, and threw around my package carelessly. I didn’t feel like a valued customer at all. I will go out of my way to visit another UPS store in the future.

Cannot be trusted!

I was unprepared when I came through the door. Kimberly that works there was very patient with me. After we sealed the envelope we had to reopen it. I ended up leaving my birth certificate up there and had to call up there and have them put it up. Again Kimberly was amazing! I am very pleased with the customer service there!

I walked right in and my paperwork was there it didnt take the staff no time to produce my documents and they are super friendly! I highly recommend this UPS store and I plan on using them for all my shipping needs!

Great service and hardly any wait. A little play table with a couple of trucks for the kids waiting, which was so nice!I have to edit this. I have no idea whats happened in the last couple of months here but service is sub par and the manager is not a very nice lady. On top of that prices seem to have increased terribly and employees need some refreshers on proper postal processes. When I suggested that the manager rolled her eyes at me. So yourself a favor and just go elsewhere.

Poor customer service. Discriminates against people who speak other languages. I’d advise any person who is anti-racism and anti-discrimination not to use this location.

I shipped my package a week ago and lost my receipt with the tracking number. Just called this UPS store (talked to Kim) and they tracked down my package, provided me with a tracking number, and contacted the UPS on the receiving end to provide further guidance. Excellent service.
