I really loved that the cashier used gender neutral pronouns! It could have very easily been assumed that my sister uses she/her pronouns but we loved the inclusivity of the language they were using!

I love ❤️ the goth looking clothes. I’m not goth but love the darker colors and l wear these clothes at work being a hair stylist it makes me look 😎 . It’s high quality made that last for years. Yes, a little pricy. I started wearing their short skirts about 10 years ago. I think some of the clothes are appropriate for teenagers all the way to young old age. 👍🏼

Selection is good

We love this store. The store associates are amazing. Tiffany is wonderful, and always brings a smile to my daughters face, by making her feel like they are buddies. We recently visited a Hot Topic out of town and my daughter liked it, but said it wasnt the same without Tiffany.

It is honestly one of the best stores around me. It may seem like an emo store but there is more to it than what it appears. Overall amazing store for pop and now kpop lovers.

There is a employee that really hates working here or just hates customers OR she is just having a bad day every time I go in there or she might just not like me lol I have no idea. she doesnt know me and I dont believe she remembers me so I dont think its me but a girl friend that was with me experienced it as well. Good luck with her try not to ask to many questions.

Mego at hot topic Dothan is the greatest employee in this store and on this earth. She has amazing hair and a warm, helpful, bubbly personality. If she ever left I would start a riot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have a bunch of amazing deals like buy two body jewelry or jewelry get two free. They have a bunch of stuff that is 25% off. Their selection is huge. If you dont see a t shirt of a band or tv show that you want you can recommend it and they try to get t shirts of that band or tv show. And the quality of their items are amazing. All of my jackets/hoodies and t shirts are from hot topic. I suggest to at least check this store out.

Very very overpriced for very cheap low quality products. The staff at this particular store was very inapropriate. I waited over 30 minutes for her to finish ringing up one customer because she was just chatting and ignoring me. Then accused my 5 year old of trying to shoplift because she was playing with stuff while we stood there waiting for this lady to be done socializing. Very unprofessional.
