We entered the store with a budget in mind that me and my wife had agreed to stick to. But after almost an hour of trying numerous mattresses and talking to the older gentleman, who was very patient in helping us find something that we like, we agreed on a mattress that ticked all our boxes and although a little more expensive I still feel it was a great price. The experience is really what sold it for us and we will be returning for our next mattress.

I paid a lot of money for my king size mattres & box springs but they delivered the wrong box springs & they wont answer my calls. When I call it says they are busy & leave a message & they will return my call. I have done this so many times & they will not return my call. With the king size mattress I bought I was supposed to get 2 XL TWIN BOX SPRINGS BUT THEY BROUGHT 2 TWIN SIZE BOX SPRINGS ( WHICH IS 6 INCHES TO SHORT ) AND MY MATTRESS HANGS OVER THE HEAD & FOOT OF THE BOXSPRINGS. ILL PUT SOME PICTURES ON HERE TO SHOW YOU. I HOPE MR. MATTRESS READS THIS & GETS IN TOUCH WITH ME ASAP.

This company is the absolute best around. One of my friends recommended them to us, however I went to a few others and checked prices before I went to them. I will never do that again. I should have gone to Mr. Mattress first! They were extremely friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Purchased a mattress over 3 weeks ago. They delivered the wrong mattress and said mine would be in the next week. I have called several times regarding this issue and no resolution as of yet. Just keep getting we will have it next week. Well still waiting. If I had it to do all over again I would not purchase from here.

Me and my wife really enjoyed the sales woman Rebecca. This was the second time we visited the store. We looked at other places, but the sales people were so dry. This was the most fun we had ever making a purchase. If the bed and all the accessories are half as good as our experience at the store, then WOW. I visited the Andalusia location and had a great experience. JoAnn was very courteous and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.Before making a purchase from Mr. Mattress I bought a mattress from a chain wholesale company thinking I would be saving money. The mattress was a top name brand, however in just a couple weeks the mattress I purchased began to sag and cause some morning back issues. I quickly realized that just because I bought a brand name that its not the same quality as a mattress bought from a store that specializes in them.I went to Mr. Mattress and after talking with JoAnn I found the type of mattress more suitable for my needs. After reading online about the mattress I chose I also did some looking around at prices from other competitors. I was very pleasantly surprised that Mr. Mattress had them all beat! My experience started on July 6 with a call to Tim inquiring about a twin mattress for my dad as a replacement on his hospital bed. He was very polite and very knowledgeable about the poducts. Then my middle sister stopped by the Dothan store and received the same experience with her visit. It wasnt until July 11 I took my daddy and niece to the easy accessibile Dothan store on 84 and we met Becky.Becky actually gave daddy a wonderful presentation she even moved a mattress so he could experience and test the comfort and controls.
