I’ve shopped at several places from Panama City, Dothan, even Tallahassee Florida, the knowledge of products and the range of products at max one in Dothan is hands down the best. Rick is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition and supplementation, he has shared that with his staff to make this the best place for anyone who cares about their health and well being, not just building muscle and losing weight but all around health. Walked in for the first time today. I came in with my husband, he and the associate talked about products for a while and my husbands time in the Marines came up. I let them talk for a while and browsed around, figuring my husband was getting the help he needed.When they broke so that we could browse, the associate asked if I was also in the military and I said no. To this he said Oh, so you let him do all the hard work? What am I supposed to take from this? Does he think I have it so easy? This was just such a rude and presumptuous thing to say. I was so ticked I wanted to leave right away.UPDATED:The owner has been very understanding about the event and Im glad he reached out to me to try to make things right. I really do appreciate his efforts and Ive updated my rating to reflect this.

Rick has always given me the best advice and treats me like a brother whenever Im in there. Some people might shy away from the store due to slightly higher prices, but the quality of the products Rick has are a cut above that generic GNC, Walmart, etc BS that everyone else buys. If you wanna make gains, cut the fat, or just become a better, more physically fit you, then I suggest you go hollar at Rick.
