Awesome place! The kids and I enjoyed. Strawberry cheesecake is my fave!

My wife really loves it. It isnt as big of a deal for me. The staff are very friendly and that is a huge plus.

So, Saturday, 8/1/2020, my children and I arrived at Sno-Dash at 7:40pm and there 5 customers ahead of us. The store wasnt scheduled to close until 8pm. After getting our masks on, we were turned away at the door by a female employee. We had at least 16 minutes before they closed and most places will take the last customer. So, it wasnt like we got there 2 minutes before closing time. I felt like we had more than enough time to get our ice cream and everyone one else that was ahead of us. We received no explanation other than were not taking anymore customers and were closing at 8pm. Despite it being right at 7:44. We turned and went back to our car. However, we did return on Sunday afternoon for our ice creams. Everything went smoothly and was delicious. Still at the top of my list for Ice cream shops in the city.

The gentleman who served us was Awesome! Very friendly and helpful! The banana pudding is delectable! (Keep in mind, the picture was taken after we brought home.)

Really cool (no pun intended) way they make it. A bit pricey to do regularly, but ok for a novelty. Pictured is a Butterfinger. I was pleased with taste.

Great service and food

Today I arrived at Sno Dash, along with my sister, about 20 minutes too early. However, this sweet young lady let us in to order. She promptly prepared our request. It was the most delicious strawberry/banana ice cream Ive ever had. The flavor was so fresh with strawberries and bananas mixed into their wonderful cream. Nice pieces of strawberry and banana topped our ice cream with a beautiful addition of the richest whipped cream. Uh-may-zing!! Seriously, amazing. I highly recommend this location of Sno Dash. Service with a smile and your ice cream full of real fruit and cream.

Really good icecream, lighter tasting than many with a high fat content but still eminently satisfying. All kinds of varieties and toppings available. The only drawback is it takes time to put it all together so dont expect a rapid filling of your order. But it is worth the wait!

This place is amazing!!! Its about time we got something fun and trendy around here. I love how you have the option to create your own combination as well as choose one that is decided for you. Staff was friendly and watching our ice cream being made was so mesmerizing. I got the mint chocolate chip and my wife got the strawberry cheesecake, so creamy and delicious.... 🤤

I was wary of going to a new place, especially when I had my heart set on a mint chocolate chip shake, but Im so glad we did!Its really neat to watch the cream poured onto the metal plate and rolled into pretty little scroll-looking desserts. The ice cream was perfect! Not too sweet, and perfectly creamy!I had to take a couple pictures, just in case I really liked it, and since my secret menu item was so delicious, Im glad I did.I really enjoy when food is delicious and creative, and this is a fantastic place to go for both!

This is my second visit in less than a month to this trendy and delicious ice creamery. The service was AMAZING! Pick your ice cream base, choose from a large variety of mix ins, pick your toppings, watch them make it in front of you. Seriously a must try for anyone, especially those who like fresh ice cream.

Amazing made-in-store rolled ice cream! You can pretty much tell them whatever you want and they can mix in for you.

It is a real treat! Fun to watch the young lady make it. However its a lot of work for one person. It takes a few minutes to do one order. So if you go there and theres a few people in front of you it could take a while.

Clean store, welcoming spot. Delicious treats, fresh fruit toppings! Heres a note to the caliber of the staff: I saw a little kid receive her cup of the freshly rolled cream treaty and she dropped it in just a few seconds. Without a moments hesitation, a young man working the counter offered to remake it, just before closing and he was all smiles! Truly, a professional who cares about his clientele. Will not be the last visit here!

Previous visits have been pleasant. However my most recent was less than par. When we entered the employee was on her phone. Music was being played that was not appropriate for my 11 year old sister. Cuss words non stop. My cream was borderline soured and tasted very off. The coffee one my sister got was delicious.I would revisit customer service with the staff if i owned this place

Great place. Great concept. Great execution. Locally owned and operated. The owners are super nice and the make a great tasting product. They have a ton of different toppings. It is a fun twist on the boring old ice cream scoop shop idea. I recommend the Nutella topping. Soooo good!

What a cool place, wish we would’ve tried it sooner. Took the kids today and they said it was the best ice cream they’ve ever had. I had the Matcha with chocolate shavings, coconut and almonds and it was so yummy! Can’t wait to come back soon.

Im sure the ice cream is good. However we arrived at 8:55 to buy ice cream and were denied because they close at 9:00. Come on, its ice cream. Going the extra mile for your patrons is important, especially with all the competition across the street. We arrived before closing, you should have served us. Shame on your terrible service and lazy staff .

Been in here fifteen minutes to watch the staff Wash stuff. Slow service. Nobodys here so why so long. Literally only people here. See why now. Final product is delicious tho

Felt bad for the lone teen operating the store. I could tell she was upset, and more so when she dropped one and had to start over. Then someone started complaining, and there was nothing she could do. I am almost 47, and I would have closed the shop before operating under the conditions she was. I would give her a five star, but the store owner/manager a zero.

Waited for 25 mins with no one saying anything to us. As we were walking out the door, we were told have a nice day ...Really???? Wow...bad management ! Workers in the back could have helped or offered to take our order . To busy sweeping behind the counter . Customers not important.
