Great friendly service. They had 3 ladies working, they were all sweet and cheerful 😊. The store was decorated for Halloween and looked nice & festive. I had a cup.of Butter Pecan and it was perfect! They are giving out candy to Trick or Treaters so take the kids by.

Went by and asked for one flavor, they couldnt find it to start with. Eventually they found it. Also got a mystery bag and I realized why it was a mystery.. One of them was a bubble gum flavor that had pieces of gum in it. Horrible taste and the gum sticks to your teeth. I guess they are trying to reduce the price and get rid of some of the unpopular flavors

Don’t eat here. there’s bugs in the store. the owner is a terrible man. he blocked me when i was trying to get in touch with him about my paychecks. they fire people for NO reason what so ever. just overall a horrible place.

The ice cream is always good. That being said they always need another employee. There is always just 1 person working. 2 customers left the inside and 3 cars left the drive-thru from waiting too long, while we were there. All while that sweet girl working there was working her tail off to take care of everyone in the store and the drive-thru on a Saturday by herself. Could be excellent if they would just hire more employees.

It was my birthday, I went in looking for an ice cream cake. There were 2 ladies there working, neither one cared to help me. I asked one if she knew what kind of ice cream cake a certain one was, she replied no, coldly I might add. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. No can I help you, no smile, no nothing. I will never set foot in Baskin Robbins Dothan again. If I could leave zero stars I would.

The milk shakes where like liquid and the cappuccino blast was like off brand whip cream that melts when u put it on something. The kids cone was also stale. Will not be eat here again.

Went in for ice cream and they were out of cookies for the ice cream sandwiches so decided to order a hot fudge sundae and was told their hot fudge pump wasnt working they only had chocolate syrup so decided on a one scoop waffle cone and the cone was stale...the workers were friendly but overall wasnt worth the trip ...probably should have just went somewhere else

Milk shakes are runny, no thickness and tasted like flavored milk!! Also, ordered a triple scoop in a cup. What I got didn’t even look like the picture they advertise on there menu board. I paid 5.30 for this!! They could have put my triple scoop in a single scoop cup!

Friday evening around 9:40 pm, me and my daughter went for ice cream.There were people eating outside, as well as a few tables inside..we sat at the drive through order menu and waited and waited for someone to ask us what we wanted... Nothing! So we drive up to to the window and waited even longer..nothing...honked my horn..ot appeared as someone at the table eating ice cream was actually the employee with their friends.Still after acknowledging we were there...STILL NOTHING... WE FINALLY LEFT WITH NO ICE CREAM

The people work there have no idea with their menu. I told them many times what I wanted, they still give me the wrong item. Horrible service.

I have to give 5 stars because for one this is one of few Baskin Robbins that carry Daiquiri Ice ice cream.. A flavor that has been with this company for decades but is impossible to get in Florida!! Did i say Daiquiri Ice is my all time favorite flavor!!The 2 ladies that are always there, are very courteous and patient with the younger customers and adults whom have trouble making up their minds..lol..

Super ice cream, great customer service! When I want some really good Jamocia Almond Fudge ice cream I head to BR. They have a small area to eat in but it’s clean and comfortable. Parking is tight at times and the drive thru is great always seems to be busy. Don’t hesitate to try it.

My husband and I just stopped for some ice cream and had to wait for over twenty minutes before anyone would wait on us. There were three people working but somehow there were people waiting to order AND people waiting in line to pay. The ice cream was actually melting of one of the men in line to pay. Come on people! Get your act together!! We won’t be stopping at this Baskin Robbins anymore. We’ll buy ice cream at the grocery store, a lot less hassle!!

My doctor does not want me going to B-R because my favorite treat is a large Chocolate Blast. It is a supercharged version of a chocolate milkshake -- delicious!!So whats up with my doctor? Well she says my A1C is borderline and she is going to start treating me for diabetes if I dont behave. 😃Not every B-R knows how to make the the Blast. The or I go to in Tupelo MS does. Since I dont live in Tupelo, my doctor and I have an easy peace.Even if your B-R doesnt make the Blast, they have lots of very tasty ice cream treats.

Incredible trip down memory lane. Pralines and Cream is still the best flavor if ice cream known to man.

Disappointed. Slow service, out of like 8 flavors and anything waffle. Instead of ordering at the menu in the drive thru, were told to order at the window. Girl working the window was friendly seemed like they may have been understaffed or busier than usual. The guy working with her seemed uninterested or just mentally done for the day. He tried to give us a banana split without a cover, remember we were in the drive thru, had to ask for a cover. Hoping this night was a fluke.

We went today and we cancel our order. We order at the drive-thru and we had to repeat our order twice then we pull up to window and had to repeat our order again. Really 3 times? 3 times and you still didn’t get the order right and we waited 10 minutes for nothing. I had it when I saw the girl grabbing the ice cream cones without gloves, we ordered cups and she was giving us cones. So we cancel and when somewhere else for ice cream. You really need to hire people who know what they are doing they act like putting a scoop of ice cream is rocket science. We will never go back!

This problem I have with this establishment are the employees! They are an absolute disgrace and if I were the DM, GM, and CEO of this company, I would be absolutely embarrassed. I hope that some type of manager sees this review. My husband and I went into this store to get a cappuccino blast between 8:30 and 9:00pm tonight, November 29, 2018. As we were waiting for our order a lady in a wheelchair came in with what seemed to have been her son or maybe even a friend. While the lady was waiting on her order, she had an accident on herself. The lady went into the bathroom to try and clean herself up. While she was in the bathroom EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE BEHIND THAT COUNTER WAS MAKING FUN OF HER! They were laughing and saying how nasty she was. I could not believe what I was hearing and seeing. As she came out of the bathroom she was in tears because she heard what all the employees were saying. There were even grown adults in the store with small children laughing at her. One little girl had to go to the bathroom and the mother said, your not going in that nasty bathroom after her . I am in absolute SHOCK at the way these people were treating and talking about this disabled lady. To make matters worse, this lady and man are HOMELESS! And yes, I know they are homeless because my husband and I sat and watched where they went after they left the store. This lady was simply trying to clean herself up #1 because its very apparent that she could not help herself and #2 because SHE DOES NOT HAVE A HOME OR BATHROOM TO GO TO!! I cannot fathom how on earth ANYONE can be as cruel and heartless as these Baskin Robbins employees and the people that were inside the store at the time were. These are the faces of Baskin Robbins . AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY OR WALK INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT E.V.E.R. AGAIN! I wish there was an option for zero stars.

For Valentines day. Was fantastic. Had banana split.

The ice cream was good of course but the building was in need of repair and clean up.

We ordered food, had it made in front of us, and were THEN told that fhey couldnt accept plastic. They had clearly seen we were all holding debit cards the whole time, and said nothing. We began to leave, embarrassed, when a very kind woman offered to pay for our food. We accepted, but are now even more embarrassed about the matter. The staff should have told us at the beginning that they couldnt accept cards. Guess well just sit here eating our shame cream. Ugh.

Delicious 😋✨but wayyyyyyy cheaper when bought at a grocery store. 💸🤷🏻‍♀Just sayin.
