Shawn is a super nice guy! He tried to fix my computer but unfortunately the repairman before him messed it up so he was unable to fix the issue. He still took the time to look at it and tried to do what he could!

Had an issue logging in to my laptop, took it too Sean at PCTech and had him look it over. Wasnt able to get into it with the password provided so had to wipe it clean and install fresh copy of windows 10. Also had Sean install more memory and Ram to improve the overall performance as I use my laptop for trading and needed it to be lighting fast for executing trades. Told me it would be a week before I could pick it up. Called me just 3or so days later and said it was ready to pick up. I was impressed at the responsiveness and professionalism of taking care of it so fast. Sean at pctech is the go to guy for all your PC needs. Great value for work done on my PC and little down time. Service was very good and the process was super easy for a reasonable price. Most pc places asked me for $500-600 to replace my hard drive and he did it for much less. He was also very easy going And hospitable. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing PC repairs.

I had horrible luck and dropped my iMac, cracking the screen as I was unpacking from our move. PC Tech Computer Repair was the second place I called after a store in Enterprise, AL told me they were the closest place that repaired Apple Computers. The employees at PC Tech Repair displayed genuine customer service. They were kind, honest, fair, and repaired my computer in a timely manner. The screen they ordered to fix my computer was cracked worse than my original, they promptly called me and communicated that it would take longer to repair because they had to order an additional and have it shipped. I appreciated this communication so much! Upon pick up, I came in with my 1 year old and the guy even helped to carry my repaired computer to my car! I will be using PC Tech Repair for any of my future tech needs and will definitely be recommending them to friends! Their customer service was phenomenal (which is what truly matters!)

I bought a new computer from PC Tech about a year ago and it has worked great. I recently took it in for routine service (annual). It was ready at the promised time at a fair price. Five stars.

Ive had PC Tech work on my computers for over 15 years. I have found the owner Shawn to be one of the most knowledgeable people in the Wiregrass. My computers never sit for weeks with me having to call and check the status. He always gives me a follow-up in a few days, but in most cases within 24 hours. Cant find a better price in this area. I would highly recommend his company for both personal and professional needs.

I am a warranty holder serviced by PC Tech Computers. My video card went bad and the owner was able to repair my machine within a week. He also replaced a case fan that was going bad of which I was completely unaware. He saved me time and enabled me to resume my schedule of heavy computer use. The availability of a nearby and excellent service provider for my machine has been a great thing that has saved me hundreds of dollars in parts and labor. I cannot help but heavily recommend PC Tech Computers.

Really good people there got my computer back in less than a week and got it a day earlier then I was told I would get it. Would definitely recommend and will from now on be going there for all my tech needs

I decided to go to PC Tech due to the positive feedback I saw on google reviews. I had an issue with my computer charge port so I dropped it off to get it diagnosed for repair. I was later told it was the DC jack needing replaced and the repair would cost 150.00. I was blown away at the price so I decided to think on it. Shawn told me the part alone cost 50 dollars. I told him I would rather look around for another computer and I would like to pick up my computer. He told me come on by and pick it up the following day. A few days later I decided to pull it apart and see how detailed the work was. As I took it apart I noticed there was no hard drive in it. I called Shawn as he proceeded to say that that happens sometimes and his kid must have forgot to put it back in when they were looking for the issue. Additionally I found the part on eBay new for less than 20 dolllars. Not to mention the fact that the diagnoses when they originally took it apart would have been an extra screw to replace the DC jack which he tried charging me another 100 bucks. All together a very bad experience and I would rather avoid this place at all cost.

Honest. Fixed my offices issues. No pressure for anything additional. And, btw, it only took a day. I cant promise that is what the time-frame always is. I would recommend them to any small business.
