Im not very happy with this place because after they had my laptop I havent been able to set up wifi or get my notifications anymore! When we take it back to them today I will not be paying for them to look at it again because they are the ones that did this in the first place

The staff are incredibly friendly and personable. Granted, I never go anywhere anymore due to COVID, but talking to the team at Wiregrass Technologies was the highlight of my day. They fixed my phone way faster than promised, cleaned it up better than new, AND put a glass cover over the new screen, so that it didnt break the very next day when my 2 year-old threw it on the floor. Also, I shopped around, and they beat the best price I found by 25%. I will definitely be back. :)

My phone has been cracked pretty bad for a while. Just less than an hour of their service and it came back looking brand new with a tempered glass included. I highly recommend people to go here if they need their phone repaired. The staff are super friendly and it is was just overall a great customer service experience. Worth the price too! 🙂

Incredibly disappointed. Needed a battery replaced in a Samsung S7. I was told the part was ordered and I could come in that weekend for a 1 hour job and I would be set. After 3 weeks of excuses and obvious disregard for customer service the part is still not here and/or I havent been contacted like I was promised I would be. I tried to give them my business 3 weeks in a row and was turned away every time.

Best place and only place I trust to get my decides fixed. Reasonable prices too.

Im italian and I was just arrived in US when I suffered a weird failure on my macbook pro. I was desperate because I was transferring my furniture by an international shipment and all my docs were in that laptop. Dan was really kind with me and he made all he can do to support my case. Initially with his he told me 2 weeks to repair. I was frustrated for the big problem i have to cope with. So he made some phone calls and he was able to do the repair in one week. He called me back after 3 working days. The logic board was repaired and i solve all. Really good guys. highly suggested

Wow! What a great place! I took my old timeclock in to get it repaired. They did do some adjustments, but the timeclock was kaput. They didnt even charge me anything, even though they did put in a new battery. THANK YOU WIREGRASS TECHNOLOGIES!

Its great to do business locally with a company that will stand behind their work! I had a broken iphone 6s screen and it was fixed in 30 - 45 minutes.They also provide a 90 day guarantee on their work. Very professional.
