They dont cut keys but they gave me directions to a nearby place that got the job done.I have not had any work done at the shop but I understand that they charge more to work on older bikes.I really do enjoy their show room and everyone there was really very nice. The service department sucks! The manager is very nasty attitude! I took a brand new bike there and after 3 days back the engine light on! They telling me 8 weeks before they can check it! Guess what eight weeks it is cause they were the only ones to touch it!

I was having a difficult time finding a Honda Metropolitan. My local dealer kept giving me dates shipments were expected, but they never came in. So I found one at Dothan Powersports. Mark was knowledgeable, friendly, and asked all the right questions to figure out what I needed and sold me a better ATV than I could have imagined. Very disappointed. I guess I could get into the details, but I wonder what good that would do me when the inevitable response will be a follow-up that just says I should call like every other one here. Sometimes mistreating people doesnt warrant a full explanation. I think Ive left two reviews the entire time Ive used Google.Without getting too deeply into the details, it was a little like having someone sitting at a table filled with food that they can understand how it feels to go without.

All businesses should have an employee like Tim Martin...he always goes above and beyond to help me with any thing I need....when I was looking for a side by side he was more helpful than the salesperson...give this employee a raise....he deserves it.

We visited your store today looking to buy a side by side and an ATV. We had a 2017 HD MC and 2011 HD MC to trade in and a check in hand if it was worth trading in and paying some cash on top of it. We found what we liked and made the offer. Your salesman was super nice but declined our trade in because he said they didnt want them on the floor. So we left and went to Holland Motorsports and left with what we wanted and they had no problems taking our bikes on trade in and we even wrote a check for the difference since we bought more than we expected because of the awesome sales girl and the GM. As super nice as your salesman was, he cost you money today. Im sure it wasnt solely the salemans decision but I think he could have tried a bit harder to keep us as customers. The bonus side of all this is that we found an amazing restaurant next to your business. The attached photos are of our bikes and new toys from Holland Motorsports.

We just purchased a 2021 polaris atv yesterday... even but a deposit down to hold it since they had one coming in in the truck last Friday... nothing was shown to us about the four wheeler we didnt get to see if everything worked probably or not the guy drove it up and the trailer said here is my card call if you have any questions ... well we get home started looking at it hit the winch button ... it goes out but when you hit the in button it does nothing what so ever .... so we called and the man in the phone ask us to hold while he talks to his service department... he comes back on the lines and proceeds to ask us if we can bring it back !!!! We literally just brought it home why was this not tested or shown that it worked in front of us ... usually when you buy something with less than a mile on it you automatically assume everything works properly and do not need to take it back in less than two hours of having it ....

Please do NOT do business with these people. I spent almost 30 thousand dollars on multiple 4 wheelers. I live an hour away from this dealership. I made pre-arranged service plans so I would not have to make multiple trips. Upon my arrival I watch the service manager eat his breakfast for 10 minutes before he even acknowledged me. When he did finally speak, he told me I was a liar and he wasnt keeping with our arrangement. He told me Ive been here 25 years and I will do what I want. Asked to speak to the manager and was told The service manager gets yelled at by almost everyone well what does that tell you about the service manager? Not to mention they they had one of my 4 wheelers for 26 days to replace a faulty key switch.. So 4 hours and hundreds of miles and a day....waisted. great job!! I am a veteran and retired public service.. please check yelp reviews to further my point!!!Now the manager wants to count seconds. instead of listing to the customer. Please read the reviews on yelp. Your service manager and your complete lack of holding bad employees to a standard are going to ruin your business. I hope it does. I will make sure everyone I know does business elsewhere. You are not a bright individual. Most Employers would look at all the problems you are having and do something about it. This is why you can keep employees. This is why 2 people walked out on you today. No one wants to work for a shotty operation like you run. Good luck!!!!

I walked in around 11:45 on 2/26/21. I am a younger man, and I walked in with my even younger cousin. The sales person in charge of the motorcycles was very helpful and friendly, however once we got to the atv section, the salesman didnt seem to think we were worth conversating with. I carried in enough cash to purchase a new atv. I left with the same amount due to the lack of customer service. I decided to go with another dealership, whom I paid cash for a new atv. This will most likely be my last visit to dothan powersports.

These guys went out of their way to locate multiple parts for an ATV we purchased at our local motor sport store that ended up getting damaged. Unfortunately, the local store couldnt be bothered to even attempt to find them. Tim spent quite some time locating the correct parts and communicating with me. Sales was good, but I got my two brand new CFMotos home started riding them and heard a scraping noise on mine. I got off and looked both bolts had not been installed on the front skidplate on either vehicle. I should have asked if they had any screws leftover! Look your atv over carefully before bringing home and dont trust the service department!

Accolades to DPS. I was in a pinch at Christmas. My grandson was getting his first motor bike. Grandpa decided to test drive it. I broke the valve stem to where it would not hold air. Despite an incredible work load and me being a walk in they took pity on me and replaced the tube straight away.

Super friendly staff, and they made everything as quick and painless as dropping a large sum of money can be. Will definitely be using them again.

I had the same experience as Nate down below. I buy tires online that I use for racing. I just moved to the area and needed my tires changed so I called up the local dealership to see what they charge to mount and balance when I bring the wheels off the bike and hand carry tires. The service manager was very condescending while informing me that they dont mount tires they dont sell. He also went on to mention that they sell tires cheaper than anyone because we get tires by the truckload. They were not able to get the tires I use.Needless to say, that one interaction with them is all they will get from me.

Beautiful with a motor to fit any body type or desire

Just purchased a new 2020 Kawasaki KRX 1000. This past weekend the axle was sliding out (which has been a known issue with the new KRX). I dropped the machine off Saturday. On Tuesday when they reopened Kawasaki overnighted the new parts and on Wednesday afternoon the machine was fixed!! Jay Thrasher and his service department got it done very quickly and correctly. Can’t thank them enough!

I was extremely happy with my experience at Dothan power sports. I got a good deal and was very pleased.

I havent ridden in a few years and even though Im 65 now with various ailments, I got the bug again. I had sold my custom bike and I wanted to change to a smaller metric, so before I got a bike, I needed a helmet and gear. Tim was very helpful and put me in the helmet that works with my glasses and budget, and helped with a jacket and gloves. This is a truly friendly atmosphere.

I purchased a Kawasaki Mule from Dothan Powersports. My experience was excellent. Don, Ian, and Mr. Causey were very helpful and I think Don gave me an excellent price. Do not take your ATV or UTV to them they charged twice the amount for serving, than they do inTifton, ga. They changed three hours to change the oil on my UTV. There no way it should take service center three hours to do the service.

Update: I was only able to ask him one question each time he came up. He kept asking if I was ready to buy and then walked away when I wasnt. I called my step father to guarantee I could pick them up by the 13th because you refused to work with me on that. Its almost like I work for a living and 6 days with no extra weekend pickup isnt easy to schedule. I had to Google the model and reviews because all JA can say is he doesnt know and 500 times that its a 30 day warranty.... My daughter had my phone when I left. I know because she was on it to stay busy because of how long it took. Im buying locally and guess what? 60 day warranty and first oil change on them. He kept telling me he had to talk to a manager about everything I asked. He never even knew a single answer. Thank you for the response and confirming i made the right decision leaving and not purchasing from your establishment.Great products. Staff needs A LOT of work. I was going to buy two go karts and had the salesman, JA, constantly walk away and help others in the middle of the sale. I wont return and wont get services there either.
