There are many QuikTrip stores in Metro Atlanta, and, I’ve been to a lot of them. For as busy as this one is, I must say that it’s usually clean and well-stocked.But, the biggest takeaway is that the staff and managers of this store are always friendly, efficient, and helpful.

This QT is in a awesome place, but they dont like people to sir at the tables outside, they consider it Loitering, ... Why have tables?? And Ive noticed its mainly the people who are homeless who are asked to leave. Stop de-huminizing them, they bleed red just like us and were all one paycheck away from being where they are.. Take time to say hi, good morning, or just smile at them, sometimes thats all it takes...

It a good environment, plenty of trucks drivers around the world, plenty to eat, drinks, restroom, somewhere to sit & enjoy your self, oh I 4got u can get some gas to

This qt is a circus all the time full of nutcases in and out the crossings are deathtraps too avoid at all costs.The ppl I mean qt is ok

During these Uncertain times I find the QT to be one of the places that I feel safe. Their employees work hard and stay focused on their task . They always seem to have some safe parking for me as well I work out of my car and I depend on QT quite a bit to eat privacy to do paperwork whatever but I’m never disappointed. Q T is a fine company I think others should follow suit ... The Pleasant Dale store runs like a well old machine .......

QT is usually a great place for gas, food and a coke. They are known for being brightly lit and safe.They are usually really clean.Unfortunately this location falls short. There is trash in the plant beds that has been there for months. I know because I buy gas here at least twice a week.There is way too much trash in the parking lot. For example, the trash I saw on Tuesday was still there today (Thursday). Why can’t QT hire people to keep this location picked up?This store does a boatload of business so why not have someone dedicated to keeping it clean 24 hours a day? It really wouldn’t be that difficult.It’s a shame to see such a well run company stumble repeatedly at such a simple and basic task, cleanliness.

Womens restroom was closed for cleaning. Problem was that no one was in the bathroom cleaning. Are they just trying to prevent having to clean the womens restroom multiple times during the night?

Fast and great service, a great place to grab a bite to eat when youre on the go.

The truck parking is very limited nice big beautiful parking lot but theres only like 10 legal spots the rest are all creative I stayed the weekend woke up to an illegal parking letter in my window. No showers there seems to be a scale but its not a cat scale. The place is extremely busy and that is quite the understatement expressione in the mornings. The cashiers do their best but under the pressure you dont get any really good service its just get she cashed out and get you out of there and they do 2 and 3 at a time. Lots of fast fried food many different types of sandwiches and drinks.

I’m a big fan of QT so I was very surprised to see a store that was no where near the standards of the other QT’s in the area. This store is not clean, at all. The wait times to check out can be quite lengthy.In my opinion there is absolutely no reason for a business to be this dirty. None whatsoever.Someone needs to get on the stick and clean this store.

I come here often. The staff are AMAZING!! They are always so helpful and friendly!! Good job QT!!

Location is super busy but doing most times they have a lot of staff on hand so lines go very quick. The parking lot gets pretty hectic so be careful especially during the morning rush. They have a huge selection of food and drinks. QT has the best gas prices around Atlanta usually. Store is also very new and clean.

Quiktrip gas station 4086

This location is very very busy. Because of the high volume of customers, it would be nice if they had additional air pumps. Theres often a line of cars waiting to use that single air pump. Other than that the cashiers usually move quickly and Ive never had a bad experience.

Not only was I completely disrespected and made to feel like a criminal for taking something that was free (ice and water in my own personal cup, which I had done at several other QTs) I also found mold in my cup from their water spout. My boyfriend and I were there to get water in our cups. My boyfriend went to the bathroom & almost immediately one of the employees and the cop on duty there rushed over to see what I was doing over there so I paid no mind & proceeded to fill my cup with ice and water as I had done several other time at different and this same QT. Once I filled mine I waited for my boyfriend to come out the bathroom but the employee & cop just kept watching me even after they left the drink area. My boyfriend got something else to drink & proceeded to wait in line to pay, he forgot his wallet so I walked out with my cup of ice water to go get it for him & the short black employee ran to the door to look for me. So once I came back in gave my bf his wallet & went to comfort the short man & remind him that when a person brings their own cup that ice & water are free so he does not need to watch me. Him the white lady & the officer on duty they had for security made me feel so uncomfortable for no reason when they really should have been doing like the other manager had said which was their jobs & cleaning.

To start off I will start with the good.Very nice, neat, and clean. The restroom is clean and doesnt smell bad. I really liked the food selection so thats pretty good for an Atlanta truck stop. The workers are friendly and polite. I did not have a problem at all with the inside of the building. Very satisfied with the inside.The bad.There are only 8 truck parking spots. Everyone is always double and triple parked. There are usually more cars going through the truck parking lot than trucks. Trucks are always going every which way. I sat there parked along the side of the curb for over 3 hours without a problem. There was a car parked next to my trailer for almost a half hour, then I got out of my truck to go inside and get something to eat. I was inside for not even 10 minutes and I come back out to my truck and the car was gone and I had a note taped to my door window. The note will be in a photo. I guess next time if I come here again maybe Ill just park in the fuel island.

This is the worst truck stop Ive ever been. I will never spend another dollar at Quiktrip. Gone 30minutes to do laundry and they towed my trailer. There was no sign saying no dropped trailers. Had to pay $500 to get my trailer back. I was there for my 34hour reset. Drivers dont spend your 34hour reset at Quiktrip in Atlanta Georgia. They might tow you. Go to Pilot or TA, where they understand a drivers needs.

My stuff came out to 5.15 I gave the cashier 6.00 because i only had 12cents she didnt count my money at all just threw it in the register and asked if i had the change. I told her i gave her 6 she denied it, so how could you have known if you didnt count anything. I understand your busy but why would you not count the money handed to you just utterly ignorant. Do better.

Very bad attitude from manager tonight, ask her for her to give me 20 or 10 in quarters tand she answer me and said that there was a ATM that they don’t do cash back when other managers have in the past I responded, than she asked me who were those other ones to write them up very very disappointing the attitude even worse in front of all this customers.... I leave near by and purchase gas her for all my 5 vehicles hope some one get back to me pronto in regards of this issue she is being here for 10years she said with a none friendly response....

Imagine giving a bad rating to a gas station un ironically. The people who actually bother complaining about this place are probably the same people to press charges for using the Heimlich maneuver on them while theyre choking without asking for permission first.

I ordered eggs and they literally taste nothing like eggs. Ordered chicken strips and I have no idea why they were so disgusting. The only thing I feel comfortable ordering is milkshakes, grilled cheese sandwiches and pizza LITERALLY EVERYTHING ELSE IS DISGUSTING. The reason for even eating there is the variety if you narrow it down to eating the same thing everyday you get tired of eating there. If every other time you spend 4 or more dollars wasted it will eventually stop you from spending your money there. By the way this is MELISSA BARNES writing this review Dallas Barnes mother. Among other things that bother me that wont stop me from shopping there this issue will.

The coffee, apple fritters and all pastries on sale after 4 or 6 pm, cleanliness, efficiency of staff, good price on gas, but I chose THIS Pleasantdale location bc I can jump right back onto I-85 S from the back exit(through the semis).

The way they treat truckers is aweful i will never ever stop at any of their locations

Very Very Busy Store. Store is also very very dirty. Doesnt matter if its Sunday morning or Wednesday afternoon it is always filthy. For the money this store makes you would think management would take pride and keep it clean but that does not seem to be what is happening. Check it out for yourself, youll see that the grounds are filthy, inside is dirty, bathrooms are dirty, the area around the dumpster is a rats nest waiting to happen.

I really like how this QT is situated right across the street from a bar. Met a bunch of gorgeous ladies at this one. Haha

This place is listed as a truck stop. But dont try to park there they will tow you. Note to truckstop owner trucks like to park in spend money at your establishment. Just because theres a club across the street and you dont want anyone parking in your lot going to the club doesnt mean you have to disallow your customers to park there. After reading reviews Im not the only one to experience this. I will never patronize QT again. Just one more thing to hate about Atlanta.

Filthiest restrooms I’ve seen in over a decade. The should at least put signs in English and Spanish put tissue in toilet not floor. Especially if they don’t want to clean it up. Disgusting.

I came into QuikTrip, to get a cappuccino... And the machines were being cleaned so I waited patiently until the machines were finished being cleaned in order to get my cappuccino... And the manager have me my coffee for free because I waited so patiently... Now thats customer service!

Panhandlers will come up to you at the pumps. I’d recommend going down the street to another gas station.

Anytime a employee walks out to trucks and starts in about the parking only to continue with threats of calling the police to make you move... They in my mind simply dont deserve any business. Customer Service? What service? I would much rather park anyplace then here. Cars have full access to truck area and makes it dangerous. Rude and insulting staff and NO PARKING!!! Do yourself a good one and find a better spot. A scalehouse would be a better bet with the DOT feet away.

Finally got the diesel area rebuilt. Great updated QT. Good food and drinks.

So im a trucker. I stop here for dinner. In the middle of my meal a employee and a sheriff deputy start beating on my truck. Food in hand he tells me i have to leave now or face getting towed and arrested for trespassing. I have my receipt in hand explaining that i just stopped for my 30 minute break and to do business with this establishment. He told me he dont care i need to leave now. Like WOW really thats how you treat paying customers?????? I tell you what i will never patronize any quicktrip and EVER! What a disgrace of a business!

This was by far the worst experience at quick trip I have ever experienced. Today at 11:48pm on Sunday June 10, I walked in QT with a line out the door with Robert working the front. I have never seen one guy run the front when 4 other people walking around laughing and doing absolutely nothing. There was two girls in the kitchen not serving anyone and just laughing and two other people, one black female and one short white guy, just ran off to the back, not helping Robert out at the front is beyond me. Robert kept a smile and still greeted every customer while not one employee came and helped. Everybody that stood in line was wondering why in the world is this line so long and he up there by himself while the others ain’t doing nothing like this is Walmart. Some customer service!!! SMH

Everything is perfect and reznabl price but not mach parking lot for trucks and the pamp is buzy (some drivers are parked on the pamp ),the staffs are very friendly .

Bathrooms were a disaster . Nothing was clean at all in the bathrooms and neither ice machine was working and all of the tea was empty . There was no customer service and no one seems to care about helping customers.
