The manager here is extremely rude and disrespectful. He got into an argument with my husband and refused to give my husband the vehicle part he asked for because he was being persistent on a different brand. As an employee, manager or not, your job is to give the customer what they ask for. I understand suggesting something different, but when you go as far as belittling someones knowledge and skills as a mechanic you have no place running the store. You treat customers with RESPECT.We will be taking our business next door to OReillys.Dont waste your time here.

They never answer the phone even after several times its irritating! And when there in person they tend to ignore u knowing youre waiting by the counter...id much rather go next door to oreillys. Autozone in donna has the shittiest service period

Just bought a battery and the staff changed it checked it prior to make sure the battery was bad. Then checked the alternator to cover all bases
