Im having phone issues. The representative explained EVERYONE is. There was a recent system update that is the cause. We are ALL waiting on a Google patch.5 stars (I rarely give 5s or 1s) because the representative was honest and didnt try to sell me a new phone. I appreciate that!

Just left Verizon in a huff. What do these people do there? Overheard with another customer that shed have to swap/setup/whatever her new phone because they dont do that in the store.I went in with my new Samsung Ultra and asked that they put on the case, screen and lens protectors. Answer, they dont do that even if you buy from them, not even if you pay them. Difficult to buy from them what they dont carry in the store.I bought the phone there, as in, swiped my card and they ordered it; at time of purchase, they didnt have the new Samsungs in. They shipped it to me. I bought the case and protectors online. Why? At least in the case, of the case, I bought an Otterbox Defender Pro case. The local store only had black. So she me, I did not want black. I ordered a, I think its navy and sage. Putting on my own screen protector? I dont have the steadiest hands and seeing close up, even with readers, isnt the easiest. Maybe Verizon can find their customer service at the bottom of the La brea Tar Pits.

I try to shop local but this store is not friendly at all. Wanted to buy a new phone, however they won’t let you in to compare phones. Taking my business elsewhere. Not the first time I’ve had issues with this store.

The most awful experience of trying to enter a store there can be. Upon arriving my wife and I were stopped with a man holding his hand out asking what he could do for us. While standing in the rain we had to explain my wife needed to upgrade her phone and I needed to activate a mod. With no other customers in the store the employee said only one of us could enter with him at a time, the other had to wait outside. In the rain. Physically standing in front of my wife holding his hand out to block our entry. Guess which couple is now in Walmart down the store about switch to one of their non-Verizon family plans? This couple! Congrats Verizon, your one customer at a time policy has cost you!*this edit added after reading Verizons reply*You cant tell me youre following any sort of official guidelines after we visited the Walmart that allows 100+ people in its store and ate lunch at the Applebees up the street that had every table seated with people. What good is wearing a mask, standing on a blue circle 6 feet apart, and using hand sanitizer if you cant go into a store? Your employee wasnt following CDC guidelines, he was high on a power trip. You didnt miss the mark, you obliterated any chance of my business.

What a rip off. I bought thousands of dollars worth of stuff. I didn’t use the headphones I bought. I tried to return them 15 days. Their return policy is 14 days. Customer service says that the manager can return them at his discretion. The GM won’t even talk to me. They are awful. I should have never left T-Mobile. . ... Revised. I returned to the store. The GM finally took the time to talk to me. He offered to give me a keyboard for my iPad that was valued at almost the cost of the headphones. Then Verizon customer service credited my account for the difference. It was not exactly the outcome I wanted, but it was a outcome that worked for both sides.
I am a guy that always has the latest apple products. We had an issue with our new IPhone 11. Customer Service told us to go into the store after attempts to correct the concern failed. The sales rep was very rude and showed very poor customer service telling us no way you are getting a new phone. Also when we went in to upgrade one of our phone lines we were told we were not eligible for an upgrade. funny thing I went to the parking lot and did the upgrade online and walked right back in and picked up a brand new phone.🤔

Customer Service representatives are very knowledgeable. They actually listen to what you have to say and give you options. No high pressure sales tactics. Been with Verizon for over 10 years and Im very happy with my service.

We stopped in this store to see about getting my husbands phone fixed. It was a spur of the moment decision. Mario was amazing! He talked to us about our options and upgrades. He was knowledgeable and showed that he was more focused on our best interest rather than making a dollar. We ended up taking advantage of the BOGO deal and he gave us an amazing deal on cases and chargers. We continue to be extremely happy with Verizon. Thank you again for making our upgrades painless!
Well common since doesn’t go that far with Verizon either now you have to order everything online and have it picked up at the store. Question if you don’t have internet how in the hell are you going to get on the internet to order a MIFI!!!! I really don’t get it!

It’s a good product. I wish the people in the stores were more professional and less car-salesman like. I understand it’s commissioned sales, but I just had an associate argue with me about what I’m paying a month with an overage. He said I was paying $101 and an unlimited plan would be 111 - I’m paying 91 with an overage. Just paid it. The people are always looking around, they seem disengaged like they’re looking for the next big deal. Whomever trains their sales staff must wear white shoes and a white belt. Gross.

Ive been to the Verizon franchise in Dickson,TN plenty of times and have had multiple issues with the plans, waiting to be serviced,having problems fixed to just having to come back for more problems to be fixed and if my phone wasnt locked to this carrier I swear I would change service providers because its simply too expensive and too much of a hassle to do anything there. Sure they have good service Nationwide but the speeds of 4G LTE simply just dont cut it with these guys because its non-stop buffering and the mobile hotspots are even worse. Highly recommend using other carriers.
There needs to be a way to sign in. No one knows who is next. Waited 30 minutes. Saw 2 people who came in after me get served. No one greeets you like before. I jjust left without getting served
Didnt know u needed an appt. Staff didnt tell me my phone could not be used by Verizon. So my old phone was off and new(unusable) phone on. REALLY????

Almost always helpful and willing to spend time with you until your issue is resolved. Verizon itself is quite more expensive than other companies but do provide good coverage areas well.
Customer service is great but if your looking to buy they are looking to up sell. Went in with a phone issue tried up selling me and my husband to the tune of almost $700 a month left went to sprint

Ridiculous... either hire more employees or get new management. My time is valuable and every single minute of it ! Im not gonna spend 45 minutes waiting to be seen again, I walked out after 45min ! I simply needed to get a sim card and hope that fixes the the phone they sold me that has been problematic from the start ! Phone was new and had to get a refurbished phone to supposed be the other phone was faulty... was new and I get a refurbished to replace my new junk ? And still pay for new price and replacement has been exactly the same problems as the new one Im supposed to have ! Fixn have them cut my junk off and go Att.
We were converting to a business account where my business number was being transported over. I was told it would take 1-2 hours. 6 hours later, after repeated calls to the rep who helped me and the business manager I was still missing calls for my small business. I called store upper management, empty promises made without results. I called corporate and spoke with a corporate manager. Again a lot of empty promises made and no results. After 2 and a half hours on the phone with corporate, I finally spoke to the right person who got my business number forwarded to my cell so I could receive business calls. Verizon is my only option that works where I live or I would definitely be spending my money elsewhere.

What we were told on the phone with tech support and what the corporate store in Dickson, TN told us was very different. Needless to say I wont be going back to the store. We left and are doing our business on line. Classic case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing.

Poor customer service and Verizon fees are ridiculous. I have been due for an upgrade for at least 2 years. I attempted to upgrade to a new phone and they charge a 30 upgrade fee. I initially decided on not moving forward with the upgrade only to be told by the manager there is a 35.00 restocking fee just for simply openning the cell phone box which was perfectly in tact.What a joke. Never again. Att, here I come!
