I visited the facility today to check on my unit and also had questions regarding my account. What can I say about this location. Very clean and the staff was very respectful. Miss janice helped me find the perfect unit for all my belongings. Moving from California to Texas was a big move and until I find a bigger place to live I am happy to say I feel very confident in storing my stuff here. Thank you!

I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking to store their items. I do not have a very big house so it works perfect for all my Christmas decorations. Janice was very helpful and informative on the phone and even in person. This facility was very nice and well kept. Wil continue to use them and also will continue recommending them to my family and fiends.

Recently moved here from California with my fiance and miss Janice definitely helped out alot. Best place to store our things and so conveniently near us. Definitely ask for the 24/hr access. Well worth it.

If I could give this place more stars; than I would. My mother has been renting here for over a year now. Both her and myself have had nothing but top notch Customer service from Public Storage. With all the world problems going on and how it’s impacted everyone financially. My mother was hit hard and with the economy recently, and wasn’t sure how any bills would be paid. I went to the office and spoke to a young lady named Samantha. She welcomed us with while I expressed my concerns and she welcomed everything and helped ease our stress. Never been more thankful for such reinsurance. I recommend Public Storage all the way.

I havent had a good experience with these people at all. 1st the girl who lives above the office lied to me & my daughter, then proceeded to tell a complete stranger my business. That is illegal by the way. THEN and 2and, the very next day when I went into the office (below where the 1st girl lives), i was told by that lady, the girl only lives up there, she doesnt work there. Hhmmm, so why was that girl behind the desk just a couple days later? I even took a picture to prove it. So as for my experience, they lie about anything and everything.Save your money and go elsewhere!!!!

Do not rent here I was here before public storage ever came. Once they took over the storage facility that used to be there they’ve been nothing but all about taking and jacking up your rent they will get you in cheap they will take and Jack your rent up my rent went from 259 to 3:12 and one month that is ridiculous do not rent from here do not rent from here do not rent from here you can call customer service they do not care
