Very easy set up and move in process, Manager, Brady, was fantastic to work with and provided every piece of information needed. Unit was easy to find without any directions or maps, clean and ready for move in. Units have high ceilings, climate controlled, and plenty of security in and around the area.The location could be missed, its off the side of an RV park, tucked in the back. Units are kept decently warm felt like 80s. Would recommend to a friend

Bathrooms haven’t been cleaned in months. Trash cans overflowing, out of toilet paper, paper towels, soap. Toilets, showers, sinks, floor all need to be cleaned. Any help you can give us will be greatly appreciated. Out of 3 bathrooms only 2 are being used.

This place is amazing!! We called after we suffered a horrible loss from Hurricane Laura in September 2020. We salvaged our things and couldnt find a climate-controlled storage unit within a reasonable price. While looking all over from Beaumont, TX to Houston, TX and down to Galveston, TX and everywhere in between. Extra space Storage in Dickinson, TX and the amazing managing team got us into a super affordable climate-controlled storage unit on the spot. It was fast, easy and we have had zero problems. No break-ins, because of the secure gated access! I would send anyone I know or dont know to Extra Space Storage in Dickinson, TX!!!

Great ladies at the front office; very helpful and sweet. The facility is clean and quiet. It has a pool that is cleaned every week and is a quiet place to relax and there is a lot of green space as well. It’s a very nice place to be!

I have been with Extra Space Storage (517 & 45) going on 10 months and have been very satisfied with everything. The front desk employees are always friendly & efficient. The facility inside and out is always clean and I feel safe every time I go to my unit. I can’t remember his name, but the maintenance man is awesome! I see him every time I am there and he is always working, cleaning, fixing something or helping someone. He is very friendly, helpful and always smiling.

Reasonably priced, clean, and well-run storage facility. They did, however, lure me in with a low online-rate, only to double that rate on me several months later. But, that kind of thing is typical from storage facilities, and it was pretty darn cheap at first, so I guess I can’t complain too much

It was super easy and quick to rent at Extra Space Storage - all my questions were answered, I was shown the space and I was even offered to be shown different units, so that I could select the one I wanted! This is the first time ever that I rent a storage unit, for some reason I was expecting a big hassle...at a time when the last thing I need is stress, Im grateful that Extra Space Storage made it a very pleasant experience!!

The facility itself is nice. The reason for only 3 stars is this. Every single time I needed to talk with management it was always someone new. The worst of it all is during the pandemic they raised the prices and not just by $5 or $10. It was raised $25+ in the time of when people were struggling to even keep a roof over their head and food in their mouths, these people thought it was a good idea to raise rent at the same time. To me that shows nothing but selfishness. And to me that deserves ZERO stars but Im being nice. Other then those 2 things my stuff was well kept here and safe.

Not bad for uncovered storage although my license plate got stolen while stored there. The spots for campers are a lil small as well.

The facility is clean and organized. The lights are on timers, and there are sled bed carts awaiting use. Our storage room had the lock waiting inside for us. The lock package was already sliced open for us! You know how hard those packages are to open-it was the perfect welcome.

Got a great price for two 10 by tens, around 50 each. Unfortunately, they raised the price to 70 each after about 6 months. The storage is clean and dry, I have no other issues other than misleading pricing.

Jodi was very helpful and friendly! She showed me where the unit was and even took time to look over my rental insurance to insure it would cover any damage on my storage unit! I got a 10X10 here because it cut my other storage unit bill in 1/2!

Other tenants starting trouble trying to get in gate when my wife was leaving without entering their pass code. Will be moving my stuff sooner rather than later.I will say that the facilities and staff really are top notch. I have had a unit there for over a year without incident at all. I will admit that I was really mad when I wrote the original message about moving my stuff, but NOT at the staff or facilities. The manager was there making every effort to calm the situation. The other tenants or workers for a tenant were just horrible towards my wife. If people like that have potential to interact with members of my family, I feel that its just not safe enough to maintain this unit.Again the staff is always nice and helpful and area is always clean.

Do not store your Rv here it is not secure or safe. We just moved out after only 2 months because ours was broken into and stuff stolen. Employees had a lack of concern. They also lied to my face when asked if they have other complaints of theft. Cop says different.

No matter the issue, Brandy was able to solve it and make me smile!

I was able to do everything online. Everything was super easy & I just had to come in to look at the storage & sign paperwork. Jodie was very helpful & covered all my needs.

I was rented a space and was told by the representative that it didnt matter on how many vehicles I could park in the space because I rented the space. I was later contacted and told that I could only park one item in the space at a time and that she had gotten in trouble by her boss. After looking around at other spaces that had more than one trailer or vehicle in one space, with grass up around wheel areas seems to have been there a while. I have my own ideas as to why we were targeted. I dont recommend this business. When doing business with their representatives please be careful on the information that is given to you. I will not disclose the representatives name but she knows who she is and that her company has done bad business. Avoid the trouble Go Somewhere else.

My unit inside that is supposed to be climate controlled was hot and has been anytime ive gone. But other than that i like it
