Wanted to warn anyone that tries to rent the 4 bedroom trailer on 205 D St, You will be exposed to Carbon Monoxide. My Family had many issues living there for 8 months. My advice if anyone rents this place to have it fully inspected by processionals including electrical !! Do Not Trust Them Or There Own Maintenance Workers !!!!

Have not had many issues that couldnt be solved, old eyesore and dangerously vacant homes should be removed.

Doesn’t even deserve stars. They never come to fix anything when they are broken, high crime in the area where people steal things and they will never give back your deposit. Do not live here.

2 words Slum Lord !! Refuses to fix anything you will be told lies and excuses and when u ask to have issues fixed u will be told to vacate in 30 days .. My family was living with Carbon Monoxide due to heartland, Electrical problems due to heartland, Furnace not working & Broken Windows, for 8 months we had to deal with said issues . All they care about is taking your hard earned money .. They will lie and Steal your money !!!!

Won’t fix the trailers they rent. I’ve been waiting for 2 day for them to come and fix the stove.

Nice area but the roads are horrible unless you have good stocks and hard to read the little street and road signs..
